Creative Niche :: Toronto Review

I've been working with Creative Niche for several years now as a freelance creative. They are hands down the most prominent recruitment firm in Toronto - all of my biggest and best roles have been sourced through them. Mandy, Dorothy, and team set the bar in terms of expertise and professionalism in this industry and their network of clients and talent is unmatched.

I had an excellent experience while working with Creative Niche's talent recruiter, Marta. She assisted me with updating my resume and LinkedIn profile to help make them stand out. I also felt very prepared for my interview thanks to her insights and suggestions beforehand. Marta is a very friendly and professional recruiter that I would highly recommend.

Big five stars for these people and that's because I cannot give more! They move quickly, answered my e-mail / Linkedin message within less than two hours and scheduled an appointment right after to start with the paperwork and go through my work experience and expectations asap. After that, they were in touch regularly to discuss potential opportunities.

I've signed up with job agency over a year ago and never gotten a reply from them. This is like your typical job agency they contact you once and never do it again! If you want a job just look on Indeed at least someone would contact you directly if your qualified.

Once arrived I have to fill out a form (name, adress,..). Then we have a nice conversion about what possible job (teacher/trainer or software engineer) there is for me here in Toronto!

Have been working with Creative Niche for 15 years. Started early in my copy editing career with very little work experience.
