I have asked to be treated equitably by Vantage Insurance on co-pays and up front out of pocket costs. Billy Justice has refused to treat me in an equitable manner. He is biased.

Dr. Kyle Bruyninckx, associate of Dr. Ralph Abraham, have / are engaging in the practice of patient dismissals / medical abandonment.

Have tried to find answers to this behavior. There have been none.

Vantage Health Plan is a wonderful company that cares about the local community and its members. Compassion, and a desire to serve are some of the few reasons why Vantage is one of the best Insurance companies!

I have had Vantage insurance for over 5 years and they have always taken great care of me. They covered a specific medication when many other insurance companies would not; reducing my monthly medication costs from $200 > $30. The few times I have had billing issues with a pharmacy or doctor, I called Vantage and they took care of everything. I also went to them to join a smoking cessation program and didn't have to pay anything. This included a free trip to a counselor and nurse, followed by 100% coverage of my prescription for nicotine replacement medication. The amount they cover may vary by plan, but their customer service has always been surprisingly wonderful.

Absolutely the worst insurance company on the face of the earth! They make big promises but when it comes to paying they always just say "Not covered." Then just try to contact someone to get them to explain... impossible. They dropped my mother's medicare supplement because the payment was late one month and refused to re-instate it. You are throwing your money away with this one.

I am confined to a hospital bed. The remote for the bed stopped working this afternoon. I called vantage to get some help and told sorry even though I need the hospital bed and lack of its use will cause major medical problems there was nothing they could do to help me. So, for the lack of compassion to replace a bed remote they are facing greater hospital cost when I end up having to be transported by ambulance to a hospital, use the er and admitted because my body has gone septic. If nothing else seems to me it is killing the cow to stop the milk from spoiling!
But, I have to admit they were very polite about endangering my health and my life.

I really can't believe I'm saying this but I actually really like this health care provider. Vantage Health Plan has a lot of roots here in Monroe! There are also helping in purchasing, reinventing, and preserving local historical building. Love the service they provide and seem to be always friendly.

Can't go below 1 star, but would for them. Worse customer service and coverage possible. Ready for them to be taken over by someone that knows what they are doing.
