I have had Vantage insurance for over 5 years and they have always taken great care of me. They covered a specific medication when many other insurance companies would not; reducing my monthly medication costs from $200 > $30. The few times I have had billing issues with a pharmacy or doctor, I called Vantage and they took care of everything. I also went to them to join a smoking cessation program and didn't have to pay anything. This included a free trip to a counselor and nurse, followed by 100% coverage of my prescription for nicotine replacement medication. The amount they cover may vary by plan, but their customer service has always been surprisingly wonderful.
