A very nice room where the staff do their best to satisfy the guests. A team of adorable coaches and a manager who manages at best a large room like this one.

Ill equipped gym with bent barbells and without a squat rack and charges an absurd 30 euros for a day pass.

!! Attention collection of subscriptions during confinement !!
Only 2 stars because not informed of the summer hours (by email for example would have been wise). And closes at 5 p.m. And no air conditioning during hot weather. Not at the level the club claims to belong to. Poor.

Health City is a very nice gym, we are always well received. The advantage of this room is the diversification of the courses.

Very beautiful volumes, many surfaces, but essentially empty. Pity. Very few machines in cardio and bodybuilding: result between 17h and 21h interesting machines are taken.
What's left, a 6-seater sauna and a 5-seater hammam in which the guys come in underwear without towels. Hello hygiene!

If I had to describe this club and the people who work there, I would say it is my 2nd home and my 2nd family!
The manager is amazing, funny, attentive and constantly strives to make the customer experience the best it can be.
The teams are, for their part, like the manager and they are great people that it is pleasant to see in the evening when you go to train after a day of work!
This club is great and has changed the lives of a lot of people and I can only recommend it!

Worst Customer Service Ever! No worries to suspend the subscription because of knee problems stopping sickness in support, on the other hand they continue to charge me during the stop and refuse to reimburse me! Their after-sales service is zero, a shame because the room and the team is great, I would surely be back!

Spotless and very clean room, the staff are very professional and super friendly. There are all the necessary machines to ensure a good training at each session! :)

The general atmosphere of the room very pleasant! Whether you are starting fitness and bodybuilding or are already a regular, the team is always available to advise, help or correct your movements and workouts. I really like the wide choice of group lessons offered (cardio, reinforcement, stretching ...), there is something to vary according to your desires and the shape of the day, all whatever your level.
Another big advantage of this room: the wide openings (7: 00-22: 00 on weekdays) convenient to add sport to your personal schedule.
In short, I have been registered for two years now and I continue to go very regularly: I highly recommend!

Overall Paris is not the best city for gyms - the ones I have tried are in general too small and have too many people, it s sufocating. That being said, this one is one of the nicest in terms of space and equipments, at a good location too. It s perfect if you can workout between 10am and 5pm, a nightmare if you can only go during rush hour.

Sudden deterioration since September 2016 following a sudden change in the type of course and passage to the mills: pre-choreographed courses from New Zealand, always the same, boring and violent for some: many members are injured; the others are repetitive and boring as possible, others very brief (25 minutes). Few teachers, always the same, great beginners in the trade with the exception of one or two teachers, very good but who do little course. Very beautiful spaces, poorly exploited because of bad courses decided by salesmen who have never played sports of their lives and are cut off from the clientele. Bad club, to avoid absolutely. Club entered the perversions of "globalization": coca-cola / hamburger, the mills, monsanto ... At the end: injuries to repetition. To avoid.

Group classes of quality. No air conditioning in summer!

Great gym but they really need to review their summer hours. I don t understand why they think 7:30am is a good time to open but that s just me. And next time please communthis change because you have people waiting outside from 7am.

Health city boulevard saint germain des pres, is a real sports hall, suitable, decorations, equipment, logistics everything is at the top and also the staff is pleasant always smiling, sports coaches who help you for the progress Staff and who give you good advice to increase your performance. The changing rooms are always impeccable clean just like the toilets nothing to say the hygiene is respected, many machines available to fill each part of the body desired. You can work freely, at ease and make you want to come back the next day in a warm atmosphere.

I came to this room on September 30 in order to register but I wanted to do a test session beforehand for half an hour to test the premises a bit, which is normal I think I have to book and confirm my arrival, by phone, I come 1h30 before closing, the manager David refuses me access or when I had to call beforehand I was assured that I could come until closing I explained to him he was not listening nothing and treats me with an incredible lack of friendliness, if we do like that to future members, I pity what we have to do to some of those already registered, health city review your customer relationship even if it means reforming some of your employees. .cmg treats these potential customers much better, that's why I hesitated but my choice was based on the reception, and undoubtedly they are better trained to treat people with respect and kindness

I have been attending the club and the staff for several years. We feel good there. The lessons are impeccable, the club is pleasant. To recommend necessarily.

I have tested several sports clubs and this one is by far my favorite, whether in terms of friendliness, reception, room equipment, machines and the competence of the coaches present and listening.

Visited in June and only Gym I could find that opened early than 9am on weekdays (consistently) vs the other 2 gyms I visited, Health City had more equipment (cardio & strength including free weights and machines). $30 euro for a day pass; no breaks for a week+. The spin bikes I saw where tucked in a corner; There may be more on the third floor and that was temporary storage. There was no one at the front desk and a customer was kind enough to a) look for someone to help me b) let me in to wait as for someone to return. After a few minutes, a gentleman kindly helped me and introduced me to a young lady who offered to show me around. She recommended cardio on 3rd floor because of the natural light vs first. All in all a very good experience. I will be back.

Great atmosphere: necessarily group lessons are very pleasant. Not to mention the location which is at the top and the welcome always with a smile.

Poorly equipped gym and scam from people working there. The personnel confirmed before I entered that the gym was fully equipped including a squat rack. Paid 30 euro for a day pass. When I came in there was no equipment for doing squats so I left the place but they refused to refund me.

Really premium fitness center. The stuff are cool and helpful. The coachs are 'sympa'. With the machines, you will get access to Body Combat/Attack/Bump, RPM, HIT Boxing and Grit Series trainings.

I put 1 star because of the air that kills all the time but promised as soon as it is 5 stars direct, the place is top

Very nice club located in the heart of Paris with a competent and very professional staff who were able to meet my expectations. The weight training platform is clean and well lit with beautiful natural light. Good conditions for serious training.

Way too many people! There is not a lot of equipment for all users, and the gym/showers are usually crowded throughtout the day. Look elsewhere for your work out needs!

They just charged me 89th for my so-called "month's notice" which was due in relation to my termination, except that they are not legal and that they do not even warn their client !!!!!! Customer service is pitiful !! And I'm not even talking to you during the confinement, a real disaster, they were not cool at all with their client, they offered solutions that were really pitiful (type postponement of subscription or 3 months offered for a friend) compared to at the price we pay every month. (Read the other reviews on FB or google and you will see that this is not the first time that they have had this kind of method).

As for the teams, the manager, Coralie, who takes the liberty of telling me (after having explained to me that I will not be reimbursed for my 89th): "good vacation anyway!" with a satisfied voice !!!!! Whatever !!!!!! Who does she think she is?

As for the room, it is old-fashioned, the equipment is not up to date and it doesn't make you want to.

In short Healthcity, it's over, scams, a waste of time and money!

Everything is perfect ! Reception, availability of staff, condition of equipment, choice of group lessons, cleanliness. I recommend !

After two weeks of not having AC in the hottest summer ever recorded, the receptionist didn t know how to turn it on once it got fixed. Perfect example of French mediocrity at its finest.

The machines are old and the bathrooms are not particularly clean. Better luck with a different gym (the ones in Boulogne and CE are much better).

The manager and the staff are very welcoming you all the time. So friendly, I might say the same for most of the personal trainers that I know about.
If you are looking for a place to workout without annoying people, it's the place to be!
To be perfect and get a 5 starts, it will be great to have few new equipments...

Me and my husband were disrespected, offended and bad treated by two members of the staff. Our subscription is still valid but we just think it is not worth going there anymore and receive bad treatment at this gym.

Good club but equipment damaged. The pulling machine / dips is rusty in addition, the rings of the bars are sharp because not replaced, and all the machines are fat and dirty at the handles.
Otherwise a lot of space and a general service of quality.

I ve been to Healthcity Saint Germain since 9 months now and i just love it.
Good gym, lots of equipment and a really nice team at the reception.
The instructors are extremely knowledgeable,highly motivated and awesome people to be around.

It s not cheap to get a day pass. But once you do, the facilities (aerobic, weight machines, locker rooms, showers) are top notch!

I find the prices too high , for the rest, there is nothing to complain about.

Very disappointed, slippery floor in the main room, second class teacher, careful read when signing a contract, I committed for 3 months, it's been 6 months that I pay .....

They continue to take 99 from my bank account three months after i cancelled the membership. Health City are fraudulent operators and there is no manager to explain any situations to. Beware of this business.

Nice gym over three levels. Free lockers are provided. Only thing I'd there were no lifting platforms or squat racks. There were free weights and a bench press but that was about it. It's mostly for cardio. Otherwise staff were helpful. The 30 for single entry is a bit stiff too.
