Everything went great!! They were so easy to work with and if there was something that I really wanted, they worked with me to make it happen. I would definitely recommend them and have to family and friends. They build an awesome house for a reasonable price!!

Something that helped me decide on Ivie League Homes was finding out things that are options with other companies was actually standard features with Ivie League Homes.
Had multiple electrical issues so they had the electrician come out. Every time we open open the fridge or turn on the stove, our lights flicker. Our front porch gfi went bad, and it wasnt covered under the electrical warranty somehow. Had them come repair the vaults in our ceiling as you could see the tape peeling up, and they made them 10x worse, so now i will have to paint the entire vaulted ceiling in the living room and bedroom. Every repair they did for our 1 year warranty will have to be redone, because they look horrible. Every nail pop was not sanded correctly and they stick out like a sore thumb. They told us the sod company they hired was going to grade the yard before they laid the sod, i came home on lunch and they definitely did not grade the dirt before. Giant rocks everywhere in my yard I had to dig up. I told them about it and they have the nerve to tell me that i need to call the sod company and handle it with them when they appointed the company to sod the yard that I paid for included with the house. After all the repairs were done for the one year warranty and were absolutely horrible, i reached out to let them know. I provided pictures and everything and they wouldn't reply. Good entry level home, but going to have to put lots of money into it to correct the lack of craftsmanship and the corners that were cut. Not to mention, they are really a pain to deal with when it comes to doing warranty work.
I bought a home a few years ago and was the best experience I have ever had . Kim is the greatest to work with . Never had any problems with the home ! If I ever decide to build another home they will be my first and only choice.
Ivie builds a great sound long lasting home. They are super easy to work with, and they think of all the little things you may have not thought of. Let their designer pick colors and combinations if that's not your calling, she does design some beautiful homes. Kim is awesome, totally down to earth and will consider any wants or needs you may have. I recommend Ivie League Homes!

As a first time home buyer, Ivie League made the whole process fast and easy. Kim was wonderful working with and made the whole process fun! If you re in the market for a new home, I would recommend them hands down! My home was built with lots of extras that other builders charge for and was included in the price! Go visit their display home in Wentzville, you will not be disappointed in any of their homes!
I have had an absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company. They made buying our first home a nightmare. Absolute WORST customer service...had to redo work (in our kitchen THREE times and had to tear out our front porch and redo that). Huge sink hole in front yard that they just DUMPED dirt in and said "good luck!" No sod, no grass and a mess.
You get what you pay for!!! Be careful to get everything in writing and read the fine print.
I would not do this over in a million years.

Purchased a new home from them that has had issues with the foundation from the beginning. When the house was less than five years old, the foundation cracked so bad it tore through the flooring in the kitchen. There are so many good options for other builders in the area, I would recommend researching them so you don t also have over $10k in foundation stabilization repairs as well.
