I would literally give this zero stars if I could. I have been going back and forth with billing from services I received OVER a YEAR ago. Each time I call to get clarification, I get a different answer. I have all of my EOBs from my insurance that show the date they sent payments to Healogics. None of my statements have corresponded with the dates on my explanation of benefits. I had a total of four visits with them from 01/28/2020-02/18/2020. All payments per my insurance were paid in Feb. 2020 with the exception of one that was paid 08/2020. Neither my September, October, November, December, January 2021, or February 2021 statements reflected "some" of the payments, so imagine my surprise when I thought I had paid my balance in full and get another bill with a "Final Notice" saying if it's not paid in full in 10 days they were turning me over to collections. For someone who is very organized and keeps up with their bills, to say that i'm not happy is an understatement. I don't know how they operate with such a disorganized billing department.

Unethical hiring practices. I received an email to self schedule a telephone interview with Alyson Stone. I promptly scheduled the interview. The next day I received a generic canned email with minimal explanation that the interview had been cancelled.

These are the actions from an employee representing this organization. Where's the integrity in that behavior? Thanks for the ZERO professionalism & courtesy Alyson Stone.

Be very careful regarding their illegal activity .... !!!!

As an employee you are entitled to offer care based on patients clinical needs and not (Healogics) financial goals !!!!
They will push you in the first few months for profit only without any care about patients real needs , if you refuse they will terminate you within few minutes for any cause !!!
Federal government need to investigate their illegal activities.

Mr. Bywater should act in a more professional manner when leaving negative reviews for other businesses. He should understand unnecessary negative reviews hurt businesses. He should be more responsible as a regional director.

I received a bill from Healogics, after having received treatment on 6/1/2020. However, they did not run the bill through my insurance company prior to billing me. When I asked why it was not ran through insurance, no one was able to provide me with a reason or explanation. I was also told to disregard the bill I received until they ran my bill through insurance and another bill is sent. I received a second bill on 7/29/2020 for $199.67, which was an adjusted amount. I paid the bill on 8/3/2020 via credit card. On 8/13/2020, I received a letter from Oregon ARG, Inc. Collection Agency, which was dated 8/4/2020 for $144.27. If I owed $199.67 to Healogics, then why is collections only billing me for $144.27? There is no reason why this bill should have been sent to collections. First of all, it was their fault that the bill was not submitted through insurance right away. Secondly, I paid the bill five days after receiving it. And third, the bill was paid in less than 90 days. This entire matter is ridiculous. Apparently it's Healogics policy to turn bills over to collections after 60 days, which is too short of a period of time. Plus if the bill isn't paid until after 60 days because of an error on their part, then the bill should not be submitted to collections. This company apparently is not in business to help people. Their sole purpose is to make as much money as possible, screw people over and cause negative marks on people's credit report.

Don t work here, if you have a medical emergency after you tell them you have medical issues and even if they are informed you will get fired without and ounce of regret. Have a doctors note? They really don t care, only that a company that is being sued gets its money. Very unethical here.
