No professional at all, only talked to the mum of my son and new husband, never contacted me(we divorce) they never called me back(BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS) so I can provide more information to help with the diagnosis of my son, when I SPEAK to them the first time they were very negative about whatever info I could provide, WON'T RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!!

Myself and my daughter both had a great experience with healios and I would highly recommend this service. The assessments were extremely thorough and I felt that we were probably given more time for this than we would have been, had we been seen in a standard nhs setting. The assessors were very kind and compassionate and were able to put my daughter at ease very quickly. The report I recieved with my childs diagnosis was 20 pages long and extremely detailed which has been very helpful in terms of evidence required by her school. All in all I am very satisfied and would reccomend the service tl anybody based on my experience.

After waiting so long, for support for my son, in my local service. My family and I, were able to be seen quicker with Healios. Unfortunately, it felt like they wanted to diagnosis as quickly as possible but we needed support. It was disappointing and we are still left struggling.

My step daughter recently had her autism assessment with Healios. After a long wait in local services, her assessment was then processed quickly once passed over to Healios. She was able to access her observation appointment in the comfort of her own home, making it a much less anxiety provoking appointment than going into a clinic. The clinicians were thorough in gathering detailed history, and the report provided was very comprehensive. We were made aware that they are only commissioned to offer the assessment, and post diagnostic support remained with the local camhs service. Would highly recommend anyone offered a healios assessment to go for it.

Extremely thorough service. I'm lucky that i was able to be assessed by Helios - such high professionals that go into a lot of detail and gave me a tailored service that catered for my needs specifically. It wasn't just about diagnosis, the assessment report and feedback session provide help for a clear pathway forward and provides help and ideas for self help and how others can also help. Every question i could have had has been answered without me even having to ask! Doing all this at home was good too. Thank you for all your help!
