Well, for a new customer and a first time caller, I could not be more pleased. Prompt answering(!) , very polite person (thank you Selena), and services requested done...just like that. What's not to like?

I was with Healthchoice for many years. A few years ago they decided they were no longer covering endocrinologist they said they had too many diabetic patients. I have a tumor on my pituitary ! With no option for treatment I left. Not helpful to have a Health insurance that cannot care for my health. If I could leave a zero I would ....
My doctors are good but medical transportation is in serious need of an overhaul. I really appreciate the service. However, no ride dispatched until I call (already scheduled)and sit on hold for 30+ minutes. It's stressful.
My fiancee worked for this joke of a company for a little over a year. When she first started, she received tons of praises in regards to her work ethics. They even volunteered her for projects that included longer hours PLUS working weekends because of her reliability. But as soon as she had to tend to her own medical needs per doctors orders, they began to treat her differently using ridiculous tactics in attempt to FALSELY attack her work performance. Their motive was to terminate her, but was unsuccessful due to HER accepting a better position with a different company. I would NOT recommend being insured nor employed by this company. Their level of care for their employees is nonexistent, so i cant imagine how they treat their members.
My cabs rides to my cardiologist and Dr appointment we're never scheduled and never arrived. These are vital appointments. The wait time to even speak to someone is always minimum 30 minutes, my will calls are never answered or dispatched. This insurance is absolutely terrible. If you truly need insurance and care, DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE! If I can give them negative stars I absolutely would. The supervisor Shelly is awesome and has sat on hold as long as I have just to be told that I never had a cab sheduled though I have my confirmation numbers for them. They are ripping people off. Most providers in the Valley refuse to accept their coverage or plans.
This insurance assured us the bill would be paid in full, we jumped through every hoop they asked and then did not pay the bill. Don't trust them.
5th and 9th floor staff sells good Drugs at great rates! Love working here, we re all a big family that lives in a Solitude Communist dictatorship work environment. We all see Behavioral health providers due to management on this floor.
These people were the worst ever. They had me in tears anytime I asked for something. Case Manager seemed to care but would question my needs to the point of extreme frustration. I had to elaborate about every minute of attendant care I received sometimes having to explain up to the seconds it took to perform any given task.
Wish i could rate 0 stars because this insuraunce is a joke ive been trying to get help with mental health services and none of their providers will take me. No wonder so many people on the U.S. commit suicide because they reach for help and nobody is there they are dropped like nothing. Thanks a lot health choice
