the main light was broken, response rate was about a hour. place was extremely dusty

Good location for NJ guests and business people who want to be near the train to NYC, some shopping and night life.

I went to a gaming convention but I live nearby so I didn't stay overnight

Outdated hotel that is worn down. Definitely not consistent with the Hyatt Regency brand

The facilities at the Hyatt are wonderful and the layout is expansive if unintuitive. The room were nice but there were several issues with the shower and fridge. Overall the even was excellent the hotel was ok.

Great staff, except for the guy who hit me with a wrapped up newspaper because I fell asleep on the couch while waiting for my room. [shrugs] What'ya do?

Stay was very enjoyable. Room was clean and nice. Hotel staff were courteous. Rate was affordable.

The organization took care if most parts if the stay, however, the hotel staff was amazing.

We stayed in room 1111 and it was a suite. The king bed was very nice and the sofa matress wasn't terrible. Our view was amazing too.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. I enjoyed it, and would return here again.

Great location, ambience more "shabby". Pretty old. Pool always under construction.

I was so happy the services they provide with this hotel in town. My hotel room was so nice and well clean and has a comfy bed. Staff were so friendly and well trained. Love my whole stay here so nice atmosphere and ambiance.

Good. Should have noticed when booking that there was no continental breakfast.

We checked and had to put down a $100 security deposit. We were told that we would receive the hundred dollars upon check out. We never received that money and we are all still bothered by it

Stayed overnight for a professional event. The rooms are dated and my bathroom walls were dirty but otherwise the room was fine. The meeting space was great and so were the meals.

Does not live up to the Hyatt name at all. The room I was first given was extremely dirty. I asked for another room which they quickly accommodated however it wasn't much better (photos are of the "better" room). The noise insulation is non existent and you hear everything outside of the room. The property is outdated and is in serious need of a renovation. The only good thing is the hotel's location but there are better options in the area.

What a fantastic hotel, the staff are very friendly and eager to help. They helped us to find the best places to eat and we're more than accommodating. The room was beautifully set up and everything was very well placed. Our view was fantastic even from the 5th floor you could see a great deal of the city. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Place for events, Clean Facilities, Professional staff.

This place was really big and there was so much to do! I was there for an event for one day, but that one day was so good! They're right by a movie theatre and some nice food places in the area. They also have a bar that serves food if you don't want to go far. Overall, had a blast and felt comfortable at Hyatt. Staff was kind as well as professional.

Not recommended very old and lousy they nickel dime you For everything The linen was dirty and furniture was all turn out

Had an event and walked around for 15 min trying to find where the room was. Not that it mattered because everything was 45 min late. No help from staff as no one spoke a word of English so we walked around till we found the front rest and even they did not know where the initial cocktail hour was . We got on an elevator all dressed up and cleaning people loaded it with smelly garbage right up against us! Besides all this the buffet food qualify was poor (Besides a raw bar which was good but ran out of food) like a cheap buffet. The deserts were dry and not plentiful and no coffee to be found. The place is dingy. Would not recommend for any event.

Room service is absolutely terrible,food comes to your room in a brown bag, the worst,I would not stay here again

Everything looks like from the 80s but it's clean and the service is good.

Great hotel with great views, especially higher floors

Nice staff, helpful. Big underground parking, free with validation. Good restaurants on site in the attached mall. Restrooms, too few, too small. Too few luggage carts, yes people keep them too long but the hotel already knows that will happen so they should get more.

Center of Morristown, next to amc theatre, opposite CVS, opposite many restaurants, walking distance to century21 and the GREEN park simply can t beat this location for convenient

Its too smelly old carpet disturbed our sleep and next door guests had ongoing party.

The Hyatt Regency in Morristown is wonderful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We come here for conventions and they always remember us personally. The chefs and restaurant and bar staff are fabulous. Great vegitarian & non-veggie options. The coffee bar sells Starbucks coffee. Beds are super comfy. Down & down alternative pillows are available. Big TVs. Beautiful spaces. Contemporary decor w/ eclectic & modern touches in a neutral/earthy color palette. Fully disability accessible except for poor accessibility at the connecting but unaffiliated AMC movie theater. The Hand & Stone Spa is top notch. After so many years of tri-annual stays, this hotel really does feel like home away from home.

Nice hotel. Getting a little worn though. Great staff makes up for it.

No heat on entire main floor for new years eve 2017. Paid $343 for package and spent entire stay in the room. Staff, guests, security, barmaid all wearing heavy winter coats. Lasted 20 minutes at the hotel bar i that i thought i would be staying in for the ball drop at midnight, was shivering even with my heavy winter jacket on. Comedy show held in room that was so cold the comedian stopped the show to put his winter coat on. Morning breakfast included but dining room was 100% deserted as it was maybe 35 degrees in there...totally impossible to sit in. No communication from staff at all...of course they were miserable also working in such conditions. Epic fail, and worst of all ... no apologies or comps of any kind the following morning at check out even though it was still unheated on the entire first floor at noon the next day. Oh yeah, stuck in room all night and all TV channel's were skipping and pausing and breaking up every minute or so....couldn't even enjoy the ball drop.....all other guests in our party reported their TV's did the same thing. No comforters/blankets on beds ...white paper thin "blankets" that were 2 sheets sewn together with nothing in between! All towels were faded/brownish in appearance and tattered. Horrible experience any holiday inn would have easily surpassed this stay. Will never spend another $1 at a Hyatt.

Went there for dinner from the Chinese restaurant. Delicious food. Excellent service.

Didn't stay the night. Had drinks but everyone was nice and accommodating.

Great location in town, good customer service, clean and comfortable rooms.

Bed mattress has a lump in it and currently my lower back is in pain.
Hyatt Regency Morristown there's nothing regal about your mattresses.
In the picture you can see the lamest arrangement for using your soap bar.They've replaced the soap holder with a metallic plate for the soap.Nice touch of class there Hyatt Regency Morristown!!!
Dont be cheap install a in the wall soap holder!!!

Morning shower was barely cool. Towel rack fell off. Inside of window was dusty and spattered with white mess. The downstairs bathroom smelled like an open sewer the urinal was shattered and the plumbing was exposed. It should have been condemned! Hotel got an extra star for location and comfortable bed and linens and they knocked off the parking fee of $17 when I could not shower in the AM. Oh, did I mention the Parking fee, there is a parking fee...

It was nice. I attended an event there and it was a good experience.

This hotel is great for conventions. The morning buffet is quite good, complete with smoked salmon. The rooms are a bit dated, the Wi-Fi is good and stable. I had to have housekeeping come and change the bedsheets because of hair...not mine.... Not a great impression, but they handled it very well. Service is very nice and pleasant.

Seems to have a public pool. The pool is shared and a distanced frpm the hotel. Walking between poeple going and coming from the movie theater. Very public for what you pay for. And paid parking

We had a beautiful experience, our room was nice clean and spacious, big lobby. However the shower and bathtub weren't working properly.

The Hyatt r one of two top motels n the Morris County area.

they charged my card 2 times for parking and one was with out my consent. When calling in reference about it the manager did not want to help me and the person above her was rude and kept talking over me, they finally refunded me and have to wait 3-5 days for the refund when they should not have charged me to begin with, the room was outdated and the staff was not friendly, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Attended Ming II.. It was very good food and a good ambience

Gym, with pool and sauna, was great (run by a private company), room was adequate, service was mediocre. There is no complimentary food service, food from the restaurant is overvalued. Manager argued when she downgraded our room and wanted to charge the original suite price.

Visited the Hyatt during Dexcon. Always have enjoyed my stay.

Celebrated here for my friends wedding and everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, and large rooms it was a pleasure staying at the Hyatt. It was a little noisy and they had no free water in the rooms, but other then that it was a great stay.

The showers are poorly designed. The water runs right from the showers into the middle of the bathroom floor! The shades have control buttons but they don't work. That said, the staff seemed quite nice.

Nice place. A bit confusing to navigate but good place

The hotel is big, the bar is beautiful. The room is nice, but needs improvement. It's in need of renovation. The employees are very nice, especially Eric, at the front desk.

We were there for our annual fireman inspection dinner. The atmosphere was comfortable, service was great and it was an overall good experience. They even validated our parking which is really a big deal.

Clean room, large location for a conference. It can be confusing getting around parts of the hotel and coherence center apart from the lobby to your room. Parking garage can make it feel cost more, but the area is still walkable.

Was charged a $250 "smoking fee" when I don't smoke and was never even made aware of this charge. Maybe if I was aware of this HIDDEN FEE I could have let my 2 friends who occasionally smoke know to definitely NOT DO THIS. ALSO ASKED THEM TO EMAIL ME THE PROOF AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PICTURES!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ALSO A GUARD CAME KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AT 9PM BECAUSE I WAS PLAYING MUSIC. NEVER WILL GO TO A HYATT AGAIN.

We attended a movie at the AMC theater. The hotel has so many shops and benefits on site, as well being in central Morristown which keeps everything in walking distance.
