No heat on entire main floor for new years eve 201...

No heat on entire main floor for new years eve 2017. Paid $343 for package and spent entire stay in the room. Staff, guests, security, barmaid all wearing heavy winter coats. Lasted 20 minutes at the hotel bar i that i thought i would be staying in for the ball drop at midnight, was shivering even with my heavy winter jacket on. Comedy show held in room that was so cold the comedian stopped the show to put his winter coat on. Morning breakfast included but dining room was 100% deserted as it was maybe 35 degrees in there...totally impossible to sit in. No communication from staff at all...of course they were miserable also working in such conditions. Epic fail, and worst of all ... no apologies or comps of any kind the following morning at check out even though it was still unheated on the entire first floor at noon the next day. Oh yeah, stuck in room all night and all TV channel's were skipping and pausing and breaking up every minute or so....couldn't even enjoy the ball drop.....all other guests in our party reported their TV's did the same thing. No comforters/blankets on beds ...white paper thin "blankets" that were 2 sheets sewn together with nothing in between! All towels were faded/brownish in appearance and tattered. Horrible experience any holiday inn would have easily surpassed this stay. Will never spend another $1 at a Hyatt.
