Nice hotel. I go every year for a convention. It doesn't change much but is always clean and the staff is friendly.

This hotel is in a great location. It's very clean and comfortable. The biggest down side is how difficult they make it to get back to your room if you come back later in the evening. They station a security guard (in my experience, he is very rude as well) at the bottom of the elevator and you are forced to show your room key in order to go up. This is very inconvenient, especially when you are with a group that does not all come back together.

The business center arrangement is terrible. Having to swipe a credit card to use it was ridiculous.

I always enjoy staying at Hyatt Hotels and this one didn't disappoint. There's a parking garage you can park at no charge as long as you get your ticket validated by the hotel. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly and courteous. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants that are in walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Attended the 2017 USAPL Regionals at one of the larger rooms in this hotel. They were very professional and the room was very clean and well arranged too! I would definitely go back for a room or another event in a heartbeat!

We went for Dinner at Ming II. The food was luscious and perfect to the taste. Being a vegetarian foodie all thye oor uons were delucious.

The room was clean and everything worked, however the ac unit underneath the window was outdated and in poor condition (dials missing, plastic pieces broken). When I turned on the hot water faucet in the bathroom it made a loud mechanical noise and wouldn't stop until your turned the cold water on. The shower head was missing the trim piece that covers the pipe coming out of the wall so the drywall behind was exposed. Nothing that would make me not stay there again just expected a higher level of quality/maintenance from an upscale hotel.

Rooms are big and spacious, and the location can't be beat.

Excellent hotel. Built in restaurant and Starbucks too. Also connected to AMC and an inexpensive parking garage.

I was charged more than the $50 I was told would be held by the front desk for incidentals. The charges were on my card for more than a week and the on site management said it was nothing they could do. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel with sub par customer service.

We walked through the lobby area to get to the movie theatre and again to go to a bar. The lobby is cavernous, generic, and ugly. It's layout and design is very confusing. But it's also overwhelmingly generic looking. The utter lack of windows doesn't help either.

It was great. Nice room, nice lobby. Very close to the downtown area, which is perfect!

we had the most wonderful experience on our stay. From reservat to arrival. Thanks to Nickeisha at the front desk she went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Always a lovely visit. I am there for a gaming convention and the staff are always courteous. The accommodations are well maintained, and they do a great job of keeping things clean and stocked. The trash never accumulates to excess and the staff is receptive and respond to anything that needs their attention. A wonderful event location.

Stayed here for a quiet Valentine's weekend and we were highly impressed with everything that the staff did for us. When we arrived in our room upon check-in, we were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. They also threw in late checkout for us which gave us time to enjoy the awesome gym/sauna.

The food was good, definitely recommend the calamari and the lemon trifle. We got to visit the Hand & Stone Spa and it was very relaxing - definitely worth checking out. There's a pool right next to the spa as well. On top of all that, the movie theatre attached to the hotel is state-of-the-art, with reclining seats and curved screens. Very high quality place, we'll definitely stay here the next time we come to Morristown.

Right by the green in the heart of Morristown! But the room was not clean. The water in the shower was not hot and the water pressure was very underwhelming.

Fantastic hotel with hardworking staff and amazing bartender. A perennial favorite.

60 restaurants within walking distance, a very cool city square that always has something going on, great gym, and comfortable beds. Hope to come back for another stay

Very nice hotel. Muy church meets there, and the hotel is a very nice place for hosting it there every week.

I stay here a couple times a year, there plenty of food within walking distance and a movie theater connected to the hotel.

I was here for a convention. The facilities were great. Very comfortable. Lots of space. I would definitely come back for a similar event.

Nice rooms they where quite. The buffet in the morning was great big black berries.

Its so familiar it's just like home! Visited SM23 lounge/night club. The DJ was outstanding the atmosphere was very upscale and warm. Great place to visit for hotel stays and don't forget about AMC theaters!!!

I like how everything is clean and organized. The staff is attentive and accommodating. I don't hear my neighbors unless they're in the hall. Almost Everything I need is within walking distance. The only downside last year was that the pool looked dirty. I'm going to check it out now. Bye, going swimming.

Good location near lots of restaurants. Friendly service and easy check-in. Rooms seem a little dated and general not super clean. Hair on one bed with a seriously sagging mattress!! Rooms are spacious. Overall a good hotel, but definitely sub Hyatt standards. Sound machine in room along with the usual coffee maker, waters, and a mini fridge in a cabinet that made more noise than it was worth.

The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was inviting.

Amazing staff and service. Wonderfully stocked bar. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. And located in the center of a beautiful town, with a variety of shopping and dining within walking distance. Highly recommended. Prices are very fair, in fact low when considering the quality!

When staying at a Hyatt, my expectations are always pretty high. I usually enjoy every Hyatt I stay at. Unfortunately this particular one did not fall in this category. The bed was comfortable with almost perfect choice for pillows. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern along with the decorating in the room. The bathroom however had a strong mildew smell that hit you as soon as you walked into it. My plans for sleeping in were all for not when the engineering team of employees were fixing something in the room next door to mine. The machine they were using was extremely loud as were the boisterous voices of the employees. I heard at least 5 different voices throughout the morning that were outside my door and were so loud it felt as if they were right next to me. The employees working on the room next door had total disregard for the fact that they were working in a hotel and that not everyone is an early riser. When explaining my discontent with the front desk, the woman behind the desk only stated she'd inform her manager. Disappointing is an understatement when it comes to my feelings of this particular Hyatt.

Staff is very nice and helpful - the bar is great - and hotel lobby is beautiful!

There is an AMC theater in there. They are also known for hosting game fests which are attended by many people.

Nice venue. The conference wasn't what I expected so I was disappointed. But the hotel was great. Would recommend. Professional staff.

Average Hyatt. A bit outdated for some room furniture and no real solution for power outlets aside from 2 outlets used for alarm clock and other light fixtures.

Vendor for a convention, staff was super nice and helpful, very fun and friendly environment
