Great atmosphere, music, plenty of room and friendly staff, the only downside are the high drink prices and having to pay for parking. So after tix, parking and tab it's close to $100 for a night out.
World's most inefficient process to get through the metal detectors. Got here 45 min before show started, STILL waiting in line.
They are so accommodating with people and special needs. My husband has cancer and can't stand for an entire show. They always go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable!

Great small venue for a show - no lines for entrance and great view of stage from all over. Highly recommend buying tickets directly from box office and saving on fees whenever possible.
Great venue. Very secure and plenty of room and staff to handle the crowds. Restaurants nearby if you're killing time while the kids are rocking.
Not cozy at all. More like a mini stadium. Food is trash. Drinks are beer focused. There are some obstructed views. No discount parking. Oddly, the acoustics are very good for a place with steel beams and concrete floors. There's a live video feed into the side lounge rooms which offers better views of the performance.

This is my least favorite venue in the Baltimore area because of the set up (The bar and stage are too close together) but it's still a nice venue. The staff is helpful and the place is always clean. I plan on going back here for shows in the future.
Hard to figure out the entrance, but all was good when we got inside. Probably more a credit to the band and not the venue, but the music was the perfect volume, not too loud, not too quiet. Parking right next door cost $15
This venue gets some good acts and the tickets are often cheap. It is standing room only, which is something just to be aware of.
Very cool place to see a concert. I just saw Matt and Kim and it was a blast. Great, attentive bartenders too!
I have been here many times. It is a great place to hear a band. The acoustics and lights are great. They have a few bars dotted throughout the venue, so if you want a drink you don't have to go far. The beer is $10 a pint. This is a mostly standing up venue with very few seats. I love this set up, but it can be difficult if you have trouble standing for a couple of hours at a stretch or of you're not prepared mentally to be standing up the whole time you're there. They have a coat check. It costs $3. It is well worth it since you'll be holding your coat in your hands or wearing it if you don't check it.

You have to download an app to get tickets...no pdf emailed to you. You have to download axs what is that about, they don't post set times, people generally like to know what time bands are playing. Been there 2x for 2 of my favorite bands probably won't go back unless they get a great band that skips DC
Excellent venue. Friendly, helpful staff. Accommodations for folks with disabilities could be improved. They weren't bad, but there WERE a lot of stairs to walk for someone who is mobility challenged.
Acoustics in the concert hall is absolutely first class.
Here for Kixmas. Venue was absolutely packed. We arrived early and we wandered up to the "bleacher" seating but the views were terrible when people just stood directly in front of us. If you want to see anything when the venue is full stay on the first floor.

Pros- The music was great and band was amazing! Cons- THE PEOPLE in the PIT WERE TRASHY! Definitely felt like there was no limit on how drunk a MANOR could get. Summary- Great outline of the place, horrible security.

I was here several years ago for another concert and it was nice to be back again. We saw Hillsong Young and Free and they brought a great show!
Saw Sevendust again,and for the 31st time,they were amazing. Rams head live is one of my favorite places for concerts. Unlike most venues of its size,the stage is visible from almost everywhere.

Always loved going f to Rams Head Live being from Baltimore. They're are plenty of GREAT spots to catch a show at depending on when you arrive (try to avoid the pillars). Bars up stairs and on both sides of stages. Don't sleep on the openers!
There was one summer during college where I interned with Rams Head Live! One of the perks was being able to see shows for free. Was able to see both Red and Crossfade play here. Assuming things haven't changed, the venue was always fairly clean. The acoustics were great. I'm hoping that AEG is doing right by the space and keeping it the same.
Saw Within Temptation here. Pretty awesome venue.. it has a high stage of your vertically challenged . Good sound. Had lots of fun
