Saw Get the Led out, went out front for a smoke & about 5 minutes later realized I lost my phone. Don't know how they got in my phone but they sent a message to my son's phone that my phone had been turned in. Staff was awesome before this happened but they are a class act as far as I'm concerned. Definitely going back and telling EVERYONE about the staff and what they did with my phone

Concert venue that boasts a great line up month in and month out.
Staff is friendly and super accommodating

There is a parking lot right above it ..costs about $12 but you just have to take the elevator down and you are at the box office

Entry process is slow because of heightened security. But necessary I guess

My only complaint is the the sight lines. Make sure to get there early for a sold out show. Otherwise you won t be able to see the stage very well

I've seen about a dozen shows here. Decent venue, with a fair acoustic value. Beer selection is rather sad and way overpriced. Somewhat easy to get a decent vantage, but several pillars get in the way of a lot. If you can get there early head upstairs.

Not my absolute favorite venue because when there's too many people it gets extremely hot, but there's a lot of great shows here. Pretty strict venue but none of that stuff has anything to do with me.

a solid, fairly intimate venue for Baltimore. the venue is clean, air-conditioned, and has solid acoustics + a pretty good bar. I ve never had a bad experience with staff and I like the selection of shows.

Ram's head is a good venue for larger indie artists it's the 9:30 club of Baltimore but it pales in comparison. The sound is good and the visual performance is good but that's IF you can see. I'm tall so I'm fine. Also parking is an absolute nightmare. But that is true of most things in the popular Baltimore. It's not their fault Baltimore isn't car friendly.

Went for KIX-mas and it was am amazing show! The drinks were good too!

Only bad thing is Baltimore itself. Got hit up right before we walked in by a guy who got up in my husband's face demanding money and gift cards. Very scary and uncalled for, especially since we we're right next to the police station.

Fun venue. Great views. Lots of space. Multiple levels to stand on and watch bands from different angles. 4 stars because the bars are absurdly overpriced and have a terrible alcohol selection.

Favorite venue in Baltimore. They have multiple levels to the venue (regular floor, upper balcony with a roped off section for wheelchairs/people with disabilities, riser style seating on upper balcony, and a second upper balcony that costs $10/person to access). Bring ear plugs because it's loud and you can't buy them there. Order the grapefruit cocktail at the small bar next to the large bar on the first floor (it's $10/drink but it's good)

Will no longer go to any shows here because they use a third party ticket service that doubles the face value of the tickets. Charges you a delivery fee for a delivery fee and they are only doing an electronic transfer.

An excellent venue with superior vantage points all around the stage area. Plenty of bar locations on every floor. And an exceptional staff that is concerned with the patrons' safety. Highly recommended for any concert.

Great venue with lots of good bands coming and lots of bars to keep your wait times to a minimum. Unfortunately you often run into the issue where you've got a great view of the band but the sound isn't great, or you can't see the band very well but the sound is fantastic. The prices at the bar have increased dramatically throughout the 5 or so years i've been coming here.

Great venue for a show. 3 levels, comfy couches on the top one. 4(or more) bars so you're not stuck waiting for a drink and great sound throughout.
The plaza it's located in is great, with tons of bars withing walking distance and you can take your beer outside too!

I'd give less if I could.

I'd give less if I could.

I was denied entry because I had a backpack got rid of it, stepped outside to grab some air, was denied re- entry because of a pair of pliers I didn't get rid of, was thrown to the ground and kicked in the stomach by some Baltimore police and told I want allowed back
Fine by me

I was here to see Portal on the last night of Maryland Deathfest. After waiting 2 hours to buy my tickets, I was so stoked to see this band, as was the rest of the crowd, and they played HARD. They were booked to play until 1:40, and they ended up going about 5 minutes over since the crowd wanted an encore. Well, apparently it was past Rams Head's bedtime, so with 90 seconds left in the encore, they brought up the lights and cut the PAs. The band finished their set anyway so the venue didn't save themselves any time. I can't think of a more disrespectful thing to do to a crowd full of people who are more than willing to buy your overpriced beer and shitty food, much less to a band that rarely comes to this country. I loved MDF as a whole, but I'll skip the Rams Head tickets next year.

Rams head is a great venue no question about it, however I was for the first time disappointed with the sound quality during my most recent show. Could not here any vocals, or anything in the mid to high range for that matter. Just bass drums and the horns.

This is a perfect sized venue for an intimate concert feel while still being able to accommodate a large enough croud to feel the energy of an amazing show. The bars are large and allow for multiple tenders to serve patrons. Clean rest rooms and tables with comfy seating are also a plus. I have been there to see Far East Movement, Jason Darulo, And La Roux all had amazing lighting sound acoustics and pyrotechnics.

Have electronic tickets on your device screen BEFORE entering the building. There is a known dead zone at the coat check/security checkpoint/entrance. I had to walk back outside to sign in to the Axs app (AT&T network). This venue offers numerous, comfortable vantage points from the balcony area including; stools along the railing, elevated perches, and a set of bleacher-like concrete steps. Floor seats were simply folding chairs. The staff were friendly, and did give helpful advice when asked. For instance, I was advised not to pay for premium parking, as they can validate parking down to $5 at the door. (Full disclosure: the validation machine was malfunctioning the night of the show, so I wound up paying the full amount.) You can get food there too - the huge chicken tenders are quite good and served with fries, $18.

Surprisingly tame venue and excellent to see your favorite groups up close. Parking/logistics couldn't be easier. On the day of the show, it's usually $10 to self park or to use the valet. Plenty of eating options for before or after the show.

Much prefer the smaller venues where great bands still want to play.

Staff friendly and no incidents with the crowd control at the shows we've seen. Certain bands attract certain types of crowds...

Everyone is absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and nice. The venue is small but roomy. Bathrooms aren't bad. I have not met a staff member yet that has had a bad attitude. I cannot wait to come back here for concerts!

Outstanding place to see a metal show. Ground pounding drums thunder off every rafter. I've never seen a crowd worked into such a frenzy. If it was a cup of beer, the brew would be foaming over the rim like it was shaken by Ray Lewis for 24 hours straight. Highly recommend.

Love it here!!! Well...of course I prefer smaller venues but this one is right for a not too big but not too small show! We have seen the pietasters here and Gogol bordello as well. Awesome drinks that actually have the right amount of alcohol! Test yourself to some love music and a couple drinks :)

Good layout for a venue. Views can be obstructed but there's live TV feed to screens around the venue. Bartenders on point. Staff is horrible. Lighting not impressive, sound decent but nothing special. Usually cut shows short and kick everyone out

I took my 14 year old son to see his favorite group RED last night! He had been anticipating this for over a month and was completely "stoked". I was NOT happy at all with the security during this event. There were a group of 3 young men that grew into about 8 that were just shoving themselves around and crashing into non-participants who were trying to enjoy the concert either with their family, loved ones, friends, etc. Instead of breaking this up either from the beginning of it or even after it continued Security personnel just looked on. One of the Security men even came beside me looking for an innocent person's glasses that had been knocked off his head when he had been shoved. I was not able to enjoy the concert and the people around us were more concerned with looking over their shoulders to see where the next shove was coming from and to prepare for it. I know that in concerts that this happens but this was not published on the website as acceptable behavior or even tolerated behavior. I am previous military with extensive martial arts training and could have easily rendered at least one helpless; however, I showed restraint because as I said I had my 14 year old with me and did not want to do this to possibly have the remaining young men gang up on me. Lastly, I thought it was pretty bad when instead of talking about the concert and having a GREAT time and a FANTASTIC memory that we established together as father/son, my son talked about being shocked that nothing was done the entire 2 hours it took us to get home. I will have to think long and hard before I venture into your establishment again.
