Actually I was in area of this establishment. Visited food for less
Which I can comment on my visit there.
Employees at this food for less are friendly polite, exception of (2) .
The quality of produce I don't approve of. On two occasions I purchase (1) strawberry jam. A few days later upon opening jam, mold was visible around lid and on jam! Expired date which I took for granted store would remove from shelves.
Also included in this purchase was (1) pack of (12) flour tortillas which contained mold in center tortillas! Store exchanged apologized but there is no excuse for this. Management should oversee removal of expired food and routinely ensure it's removal.
No longer patron this establishment.

About Coachella Valley Housing Coalition

The Coachella Valley Housing Coalition (CVHC) is a nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions since its inception in 1982. The organization was founded with the aim of addressing the housing crisis in the Coachella Valley region, which had left many low-income families and individuals without access to safe and decent housing.

Over the years, CVHC has grown into a leading affordable housing development organization that serves communities throughout Riverside and Imperial Counties. The organization's mission is to provide affordable homes for families, seniors, veterans, farmworkers, and people with disabilities.

One of CVHC's core programs is its Homeownership Program. This program provides low-income families with an opportunity to purchase their own homes at an affordable price. Through this program, CVHC offers homebuyer education classes and financial assistance to help families achieve their dream of homeownership.

Another important program offered by CVHC is its Rental Assistance Program. This program provides rental assistance vouchers to eligible low-income households who are struggling to pay rent due to financial hardship or other circumstances beyond their control.

CVHC also operates several community facilities throughout the region that provide essential services such as childcare, after-school programs for children, job training programs for adults, and health clinics.

In addition to these programs and services, CVHC also engages in advocacy work aimed at promoting policies that support affordable housing development. The organization works closely with local government officials and community leaders to ensure that there are adequate resources available for building new affordable homes and preserving existing ones.

Overall, the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition plays a critical role in addressing the ongoing need for safe and decent affordable housing in Riverside and Imperial Counties. With its innovative programs and services aimed at helping low-income families achieve self-sufficiency through homeownership or rental assistance vouchers combined with advocacy work aimed at promoting policies supporting more accessible living conditions across all income levels - it remains one of California's most important organizations dedicated solely towards this cause!
