GREAT JOB HF&C!!! Recently I asked the Personal Lines Department to shop my Car and Homeowners Insurance Policies, with a primary interest in making sure I had the proper coverage, and not only was I able to improve my Insurance coverage, but also save about $800 per year.

I found the folks there both knowledgeable and professional A+

My father and I went to insure our tractor and Trailer with no previous accidents or tickets whatsoever and with so many years of tractor and trailer driving experience. This lady came to us and asked how she can help us and we told her we wanted to insure a truck. She took our IDs and came back after more than 1hr and told us we have to make deposit of $30k cash front to get insured. I looked at my father and he looked at me back and we both asked the lady $30k???? She said yes! We laughed at her and said it is suprising!! and we left. We called other insurance company we only made $3000 deposit to get insured for both our truck and trailer. We thought Haylor, Freyer & coon dont accept black people or muslim names in their insurance company. We will never come back there again!

Called because I had a question regarding a rate increase in my auto policy, found out my agent no longer worked there, but Natalie was SUPER helpful. Natalie was able to find out why my policy increased, but was also able to let me know who my new agent would be, an upcoming discount to look out for from my auto insurance company, and send me info regarding a defensive driving course that could result in a lower auto rate. To much red tape, most you have to handle yourself. takes forever to get claim adjuster to look at vehicle and then try to tell you it wasn't accident related. Going back to local agent, much better service.

From my own personal experience, this company 100% disregards you if you are not their customer. One of their insured drivers backed into me and I am forced to fight to get my car repairs. The adjusters don't call you back (every interaction I have had with these people have been initiated by me) and don't tell you what they need to complete the process for them to accept liability. Even with video evidence I am stuck with an un-drivable car and no rental 6 days after my accident! Maybe they treat you better if you're paying them, but if the culture I have encountered is indicative of anything, you will likely be seen as an annoyance to them regardless.

Always very helpful. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Very happy with the savings that we have a New York Central and very happy with the very quick response we got from Bryanna On our homeowners, automobile, and umbrella policies. They have been all issued now and paid for and the effective date isn t even until August 5. So she did a really good job we went through the coverages together. I worked in the insurance field for 33 years and I appreciate a good customer service rep when I see one. I think she did a great job and we are very happy with her savings. I received a quote from another agency that seemed like a better deal price wise, my NYCM agent looked it over and broke everything down item to item and compared the prices for me, my agent is wonderful!
