Sally B. In the Ithaca office is always helpful even though I always wait til the last minute to request ID cards while I m about to head to the dmv. I truly appreciate all the help with my insurance needs. It s agents like her that will make me stick with HFC. I ve never even been in the office and they have been handling my vehicles and my home policy for over a decade. Through calls and emails I have been able to get everything ive ever needed.
