From my own personal experience, this company 100% disregards you if you are not their customer. One of their insured drivers backed into me and I am forced to fight to get my car repairs. The adjusters don't call you back (every interaction I have had with these people have been initiated by me) and don't tell you what they need to complete the process for them to accept liability. Even with video evidence I am stuck with an un-drivable car and no rental 6 days after my accident! Maybe they treat you better if you're paying them, but if the culture I have encountered is indicative of anything, you will likely be seen as an annoyance to them regardless.
