Called because I had a question regarding a rate increase in my auto policy, found out my agent no longer worked there, but Natalie was SUPER helpful. Natalie was able to find out why my policy increased, but was also able to let me know who my new agent would be, an upcoming discount to look out for from my auto insurance company, and send me info regarding a defensive driving course that could result in a lower auto rate.
