Had an awesome experience! Casey and Timothy were amazing and my friends and I throughly enjoyed the room we chose. Can't wait to go back and do it all over again, lol.

Really gone down hill..waited in long lines even with VIP pass..some of the houses only had 2 actors to scare you. Nothing really new.

It wasn't very scary i think due to covid most of it was props not many actors and the actors didn't touch/chase or stare at u would jus pop out of a door and go back in. It was a good set up and walk through they did a really good job on the props and the scenes and enjoyed how it was kinda like a maze u were goin through. I think it coulda ben a little cheaper but hey they tried to do the best they could under covid restrictions not many others even opened this year due to restrictions.

It was amazing, well worth the $35 for 6 attractions. We got there at 7:30pm and we're able to go through all the attractions before midnights. I definitely suggest buying vip tickets, so you dont have to wait in the long lines, its like an extra 10 bucks. The experience was wonderful and all the actors/security/workers were super kind and helpful. I totally recommend this for people who want to get scared.

Serial Killer Escape Room was very intense but very recommended. Lots of surprises. Good luck~

They advertised it being 5 houses. They only let us in 2. Rip off. Never again.

I enjoyed the sets but didn't get scared once! I'm a big baby! You can tell a lot of money was spent on the sets, props and make-up/wardrobe, but I wish they had more actors. It wasn't worth the money. :(

Props and details are amazing! You are absolutely paying for the cost of the props and the convenience of being inside with the hefty ticket price but can be worth it depending on the weather. Went on a Sunday and lines were not bad, maybe waited 5 minutes a line. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on the 5 minute "Escape Room" Death Machine. They brag that no one has beat it but that's because it makes no sense and they don't give you a hint to start, very disappointed in that but only bad thing about it.

Had an amazing night! The lines weren t too long and the houses were really long and super scary, it was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed this escape room experience. We completed the Pharaoh's Tomb and set a new record! Cannot wait to come back for the Serial Killer and Zombie rooms. We have completed dozens of rooms and this location is one of our top faves.

i Have been going every year for almost 15 years. Never once have I not had an amazing time. The VIP tickets help you get through the lines quick but kinda take away from the suspension of the house. Other then that this place has always been amazing Tim runs a great haunted house.

Five houses are the same thing. Once you see one you have seen them all. Over price

So much FUN!! I was very grateful for the police presences, it really made me feel safe while going through the houses. I feel like this was one of the best run houses, i have been to and it is very well organized.... Of course....could have been more scary :P

Awesome time, some of the stuff the actors say is hilarious

I got every year because I love to see all the cool things! My only complaint is that they push my and my boyfriend through too quickly.....we aren t runners so we like to look at things and watch the scares.....but it s hard to do so when we get pushed to close to grouped a head of us and the actors are not back in their spots to scare.....but other than that it s a good time!

So upset it was literally only 4 houses when stated we were getting 5. I have no problem paying for tickets when the houses are actually scary but this year I didn t jump once. It was only 40 minutes for all houses and we were pancaked in between two groups. All in all, social distancing wasn t even really practiced, right when we arrived they preached practice social distancing the entire time over a loud speaker or you will be kicked out. Probably won t be returning next year, it was a complete waste of money.

They let hundreds of people in in the middle of a pandemic. No social diatancing, no masks, inadequate staffing and security.

Never been here. My girl friend went last year and said it was great but this year we were rushed so couldn't see all cause they kept making us pretty much run through it all.

Great actors, settings and decor. Keeps you in your toes. Opening night, no lines. So much fun

We went on a slow day. If 10 was best i would give it a 6. I am hard to scare and they did get me a few times. Killer theater did good in character, and infected did good with the element of surprise. I thought hell house wouldn't get me but they did. Good job girl in the red dress from the overweight guy's room and hall way. I tried to have characters break during the other houses and they stayed in mode. I do like all the visuals, and some of the sensory things. There characters did great with what they had. We did the simulated ride and it was disappointing. Thought there would be more visuals and a story line. Not worth the extra money. The others with me were saying this is great for high school kids.

I was part of 'The Bride Tribe' & have been to other escape rooms, but this one was by far the best! We were in the 'Serial Killer' room which was amazing! It was challenging, fun, scary & definitely not for the young ones. 5 stars for sure & we would do it again! Thank you to Dusty, Michaela & all the staff for a fantastic time! They were friendly, helpful & did not rush us through anything! We cannot wait to come back for the other rooms!!

Super scary! The decorations and time put into each house was incredible! We drive from Rochester each year to visit. The staff is great too!

Escape room was outstanding. We've done a lot in the buffalo area and this was one of the best. Only negative was the temperature. Dunno if they didnt have AC? Either way, we will come back for sure.

Saturday night was total chaos. ZERO crowd control. A breeding ground for Covid. Needs to be shut down. Greedy $$$$$$$$$ hungry pockets only thinking of themselves.

Awesome! Long lines on Fridays & Saturdays, try to get there as close to when they open at 7pm as possible or go on their less busy days like Thursday or Sunday if you can't make it there till after 9pm. All of the houses are well worth any wait time though.

We had 8 people in our group this year. This was our 4th year coming. It was amazing every other year so scary and had us screaming and freaking out. This year was absolutely awful! There were no actors so we just basically walked through and looked at props. I paid $243 dollars I get the pandemic and COVID and rules and regulations but then don't charge $29.99 it was a complete waste of money. I think the fair thing to do is a partial refund. We counted 4 actors that came out from all those houses we were in. Terrible!! We were there Sunday October 11th 6:30pm.

Don't buy on line. Take enough cash to buy your tickets. Line for pre paid was huge...with almost no line for cash.
Too much of it was too similar to last year.

Walking in, the lobby was super detailed. But the workers working outside, and in the lobby were very rude. Not welcoming. The workers inside the houses were very good, but groups weren't spaced out enough and it was quite frankly a covid-hazard. There were points when there were 3-4 groups stuck directly behind mine and it was very close quarters. Sorry but this is a waste of money. Not worth 29.99 + tax, maybe like $15.

Hekkin' spook. Incredible practical effects, and high quality sets. Definitely got the blood pumping.

We stepped out of line to use the bathroom just to find out there was none inside. We were told by the owner that we would not be allowed back in to finish the haunted houses because we stepped out of line. I didn't realize you needed to go through all the houses without stopping. Even the security guard told the owner we didn't leave the building. I'm currently seeking a refund and filling a complaint with BBB. Never had this problem with Frightworld and the houses there are much better from what little I saw here.

Amazing staff! They enforced the wearing of masks multiple times and even kicked groups of people out for not keeping their masks up at all times. They did have social distancing guides everywhere in the building and made it a point to force people to follow them. Some kids obviously didn t listen, but the staff was super helpful and did whatever they could. Security was also a great presence and helped as much as possible. Super fun haunts, lots of fun!

I'd give it 5 stars ....if it wasn't fir the price. $30/ person is expensive when you've got a family. None of the characters touch patrons, but they definitely stay in character the entire time and are good at what they do. I think some arrows are needed however to point you in the proper direction.

Soooo yes this was my 1st time at this Haunted House. I've always just went to Frightworld. Let me say that 3/5 houses we went in was extremely scary. I thought i was going to die loool. There was one house in particular that was a waste of space that they could have just...NOT. I think it was the Chemical Warfare room. Booooooo. But totally an awesome experience to say the least. I met Pennywise the clown and Gigglez in the lobby. All of the characters roaming the lobby was a bit freaky like OMG. Totally happy that I made the last minute decision to go!!

I always love coming ever year. They always do a good job of changing the houses up a bit every year to keep it interesting. My favorite is the Theater house.

I've never seen so many rude people in my life. The haunted catacombs SUCKS. The police and security guards were off the wall rude to us, when we weren't even doing anything just trying to leave so we can find an ATM. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE AN ATM IN A PLACE THAT ONLY ACCEPTS CASH?! Also, there was no parking what so ever.Then, it's 11:20pm and they close at 12. They wouldn't let us in line for a house because "there wasn't enough time". Then, wouldn't give us the $7 back for that house. Then when I politely asked for it get nothing but a rude response. (I understand there's no refunds but come on). If we knew you couldn't go in after a certain time, then we would of done that one first. The houses sucked, that the one was soaking wet. THIS IS WHY THE MANAGER GOT FIRED FROM CHANNEL 7 IN THE FIRST PLACE! YEAH I'M TALKING TO YOU STEVE!!

This attraction is awesome! The cast, props, scenes, and attention to detail are impeccable. I've been to a lot of haunts over the years and never get scared, but they got me in every scene. It was well worth the admission. If I lived closer I'd gladly go again!

I have to say this is the best haunted house my fiance and I always go to. We usually go to a lot every year but now we just go to House of Horrors. The level of craftsmanship and execution is immaculate and consistent in all of the themed houses.

We have gone to Frightworld a few times but it never can compare. They only have that one really well thought out Raven Hills Asylum house but that's it, the other themed houses are just not as good.

House of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs always gives more bang for your buck every year. They are always surprising me and adding new things. From the escape rooms to the rides and from adding new features to the houses, they always try to change it up. The scare actors are always friendly and respectful. They just want you to have a good experience and if it's too much they will make sure you are safe and well taken care of. I will always recommend them to friends and family, it's also great that they work with other local companies like Mighty Taco to supply discount tickets.

I always go the the house of horrors it's always a good time. They did there Thing for dealing with covid.

I live for the adrenaline of a good scare and boy did I get it! If you're looking for the best of the best in haunted houses, HOUSE OF HORRORS(specifically killer theater and hell house)!

It was a lot of fun I enjoyed the new cave-like room and the escape room mini escape room the only thing is I wish I would have had a little bit more detail to know what I was supposed to be doing in the escape room

They put an enormous amount of detail into each house. I d say the quality is award winning. The sounds, the sights, the smells.....etc. I m only taking off one star because they need alot more actors.

Oddly enough, we came here for a bachelorette and we had a great time! We finished with like 3 minutes to spare... I'm a complete wimp and jumped at all the random noises but it was really a fun challenge... The guide who helped was incredible and hilarious, recommended to many people already!

Ive done a decent amount of escape rooms around Buffalo and this was the best so far. Great clues, great setting. You have a dedicated game master that helps throughout. I believe ours was named Mariah, and she did a great job.

Excellent experience! Got there right at opening. This drastically reduced wait times for the houses. Great actors, costumes, and sets. Truly a great set of haunted houses!

What a great set up for the haunted houses and the escape rooms (I've done 3 this year there) are so much fun. The staff is also awesome.

In my opinion they need to replace the infected but the mark of the beast and he ll house are by far the scariest ones

Won free tickets but have been here in the past. They have cheapened it by taking away 1 haunted house attraction and calling another a double it isnt. Still fun but stupid money for less attraction s

The Premier Haunted House in WNY. I have a lot of friends who work at Fright World, but the Haunted Catacombs still takes the cake. Even though their "5 Attractions" are definitely only 4. They were worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and pay the 10$ skip the line fee. Houses were unique and quite well thought out. Actors really put a lot of heart into the performance. I even got startled once! Great time :)
