I love this place. They have the perfect selection of cds, dvd's, blue rays, from kids to television series. They also carry socks and candy.

I ordered the trade paperback "Final Crisis" from Bull Moose, and it arrived quickly. Though I had paid for a new copy, the copy I received had been bent on the corners due to bad packaging. I contacted Bull Moose about the damage and only about an hour later I received an Email of them profusely apologizing and offering several solutions to the issue. Bull Moose's customer service is amazing! I'll definitely be back :D

I've been going here since junior high and I'm now in my mid twenties, it was nice to come back last weekend after a few years! I wish they had a larger used vinyl section but overall I still love this place.

I like their grab bags. The problem with most record stores these days is that they overdo some of the pop culture, toys, comics, etc. Even though it's fun and quirky, it all starts to feel the same.

I go in to browse, but always end up walking out with movies or vinyl I wasn't planning on buying. Some of the best prices around for all things film, music, video games, etc... The used sections are full of gems in pretty good condition. The grab bags are sometimes a total crapshoot, but I have found some definite gems in them as well. Bull Moose is a Portsmouth staple. A must for any music or film junkie.

Bull Moose is a fantastic, huge record store, complete with old & new records, DVDs, CDs, and even some VHS! They can order any records they don't have. The staff is very helpful. I also really love browsing through their humorous postcards and fridge magnets.

Bullmoose has a great selection and the staff are usually pretty friendly. However, my friend and I recently had a not so great experience. We brought in a huge tote of movies to exchange for cash. These were newer movies some blurays good condition. We received a little more than what we had previously received for a quarter of the movies we had turned in. My guess is they didnt have time to scan them all and just made an offer. On the other hand, we didnt have to accept the offer. So, all in all its a cool place to check out.

A few things are a little expensive but for the most part there are good deals and a bunch of titles.

This is a great store if you want cheap new or used cd's, video games, movies, records, or any other type of entertainment merchandise. Plus, if you have any of the stuff mentioned above that you haven't used in years, and you want to get rid of it, they offer the most for your collection hands down. I've looked at many other places to sell things I had lying around and nowhere comes even close to offering as much.

This place sure has an impressive collection of movies, music and games. One of the best video stores I've ever seen! Me and mom checked this place out recently last month and she also couldn't believe the amount of movies they have here, it was mind blowing. The staff are really nice and they do a great job at helping their costumes out whenever they need it. I will definitely come back here time and time again in the future. My only complaint is that the parking is really bad.

Great selection of yughio cards. One of the main reasons my kids and I come down town. Wish they had room for leagues because closest is Portland or Manchester.

I really like this eclectic store. Prices are premium retail, but they have such a large stock of hard to find music, videos, etc. that it makes it worth the shopping trip. Be cautious about your bags, as they are hypersensitive about shoplifting.

Amazing store, i use them for tv series. If they dont have what your looking for they will do there best to retrieve it for you.

Service is great in store,but online is a bit of a pain! You put a title of a movie, and you get a bunch of everything but what you need and there's no option to "elaborate" your search or give a description of your search. For an example: I'm looking for a movie called "A True Story" that's the title! So I get everything that a movie that's a true story movie even though the movie isn't called a true story, just based on a true story or someone's life story!! Hello!!!
I want the move actually called "A true Story" about an old man who drives a tractor across country to see his sick old brother he hasn't spoken to in years!! Awesome movie!!
Unfortunately, I have no idea where to get it and will now have to find another place to purchase it that allows people the option to "elaborate" on subject matter! I still love bullmoose, but I'm going out of town and need this gift ASAP! Hope you fix this Bullmoose!!

Great selection of music and movies. Odd pricing scheme can be confusing (sometimes multiple prices for used media), but usually results in great deals.

Bullmoose is the perfect example why Amazon will never supplant the local record store. This is my go-to place for vinyl, blu-ray, vintage CDs, pop culture gifts, and a sense of community. We may have lost the magic that was Tower Records, but Bullmoose is keeping that torch burning bright.

Loved the people and knowledge and the selection of new and used vinyl. Better selection of blues and r&b than I have in my town, and the leftovers from RSD were varied and priced great. Totally worth the time!

The store has a large variety of hard to find, discontinued, or generally rare products ranging from classic movies, old music (vinyls and cassettes), and even anime and video game products. They're also very friendly.

I love going here, there are great deals on used CD's and if you are looking for new vinyl you'll find some good stuff even some harder to find things on occasion

One of my most favorite used CD stores in the country, and I can say that literally, because I live in Baltimore and I'm up here in Portsmouth New Hampshire.
