My 3 yr old son is on oxygen because of a heart problem. We were in the hospital for 2 and a half months. We have been trying to get a portable oxygen system for him so he doesn't have to be tethered to a large oxygen tank when we take him out. We called several times asking about it and kept getting transferred to voicemail and never got a call back or told we need a special prescription. Then we were told even with a prescription the insurance probably wont cover it. Now its been a little over a month since he got home and finally after the 4th or 5th time I called I got the supervisor she said we dont even need a special prescriptio all they have to do is send it because he already has a prescription for oxygen. She was a little rude. She said "well it only lasts for a couple of hours" thats a long time for a 3yr old. Even so we can always change the cartridge. So it was suppose to be delivered today since yesterday was when we spoke to the supervisor and when we got the delivery today no small oxygen system. My wife asked the delivery guy and he said " oh ya I almost forgot we only have 4 or 5 small oxygen systems so we will need to order one for you" really I'm sure the supervisor could see how many were in stock yesterday. Were ready to switch company's. I wish we would have looked at the Google reviews before we chose to use hastings.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They try to blame everything on the doctors office but believe me it's them. I will never use them again.

Ordered a walker for my daughter on Thurday, they brought it Monday and it was a toddler Walker. Before seeing it I asked the man if he could show her how to use it he said it's not my job. Omg!!!

My neighbor gets oxygen through this company i live in a highrise and my other half pottied my service dog and was bring her back into the apartment building and the delivery person was in middle of lobby dragging a oxygen tank on wheels and made alot of noise and my dog was entering not bothering him but barking as noise was hurting her ears the guy told his client my neighbor he was filing a complaint against my service dog go ahead hastings as i will see you in court disturbing and distracting a setvice dog is illegal and a 2nd degree misdemeanor and you in the dogs home and making racket to hurt her ears what do you expect next time ill file in court disturbing and distracting n interupting a service dog team and someone will be charged with a 2nd degree misdemeanor and ill also file harrassment charges and mentel anguish charge for stress it caused me the handler also in this apartment building there are security camera system and i will have that as proof my dog done nothing to your delivery man such trouemaking people shouldnt be working in healthcare and ill never seek you for any of my medical needs

Incompetent in their billing/posting of accounts receivable. They billed me to a wrong address for months. The provider had my correct address, as they billed me correctly. When they finally made contact with me, I informed them of my correct address. Within days of receiving bill, I paid and it cleared through my bank. (It cleared 1/18/2020) Today, I start receiving collection phone calls. I called Hastings who said they didn t have record of payment. When I asked for email address to send proof of cashed check, they suddenly found payment and said they would post my account. Now I ve been turned into collection because of their incompetence. When I voiced my obvious frustration, Pam had the nerve to tell me to calm down, she was fixing it. How dare she. Would she enjoy receiving collection phone calls on an account that was paid in full days after the bill was received? Do not tell me to calm down because of you and your companies incompetence. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Clearly I m not the only one with an issue, as most reviews are 1 Star. They also do not identify themself as being a supplier for drug mart. I had no idea who they were when they had contact, as my paperwork from the provider had Drug Mart listed as the medical equipment supplier. I assumed my insurance covered it as I never received any bill from them. The urgent care had my correct address and had no problem getting the bill to me.

If i could give 0 stars I would they mess up our order every time! Have been dealing with them for almost a year now and still every order is messed up

Very disappointed..twice I have placed orders for supplies only to have to call back weeks later because the orders never shipped ... Even after I was promised delivery would take place within a few days after the last "confusion". I left three messages for a call back this time and had to call a forth because messages are not returned. Look elsewhere for supplies.

I hope I never have to deal with this company again. Kept delaying delivery until the last possible moment that we needed the equipment, and now is delaying the pickup of the equipment. They refused to pickup the equipment for a week and now it s been almost 2 weeks. I have scheduled several pickup times and and they have not shown up or even called to let us know they aren t coming. Will update when they finally pick up their stuff...
