Having worked with Helping Hand Group for over 5 years now as an Auctioneer, It is always a pleasure and a privilege being in the company of so many very talented and passionate people.

All staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the charity and their guests are comfortable and happy from start to finish.

Having indulged in the Private Dining Experience, I would highly recommend this item as you will be the talk of the town amongst friends and family.

Keep up the great work.

I bought a Goodwill Getaway holiday through the Helping Hand Group to the Reef Resort at Port Douglas as part of an auction at a charity event, it cost $2100. When I got there the accommodation was filthy, the resort was unwilling to provide other accommodation. It cost me another $2500 to find alternate accommodation. The response from all of the parties has been terrible. Dept of Fair Trading advises that because it was bought at an auction they have no powers to intervene so I am forced to take civil action. Beware of doing any business with these entities, they are immoral at best.

We have worked with Helping Hand over a number of ...

We have worked with Helping Hand over a number of years as our Silent Auction partner for the Give a Little Love Foundation. Our focus is raising funds for mental ill-health and suicide prevention in youths.

Typically we run three events a year and Helping Hand are integral to the success of all events and our fundraising efforts.

How?

Platform: Their technology is simple to use and provides great alternatives for different styles of event

Support: Their staff attend every event, looking immaculate and providing an extra level of class for every occasion

Variety: They provide us with a huge number of products for the Auctions which are done on a consignment basis.

Quality: The quality of the Auction Items, along with the rest of their service is always at the highest level. This is especially true of the holiday items where we are lucky enough to leverage their sister company, Goodwill Holidays, who provide holiday packages with flexible dates and incredible value for money. Whilst the cost of these items is taken off the total, they have access to items we d never otherwise manage to get hold of and they are always popular.

Donations: As we commit to multiple events, they kindly donate a holiday at no cost to every auction we run which always generates good money for the cause

Over the years, Helping Hand have helped us raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Give a Little Love and I am always grateful for their support, experience, consistency and generosity.

Hopeless they won't take messages or help with you...

Hopeless they won't take messages or help with your question if its out of the ordinary. Its like talking to a recording. I would not consider buying at a charity night again that is being run by them. They sell the same things over and over, for a considerable profit to them. Its not my kind of Auction that you win everything you bet on, have charity nights really become profit making.... to many.

We couldn't have put on a successful event without helping hand!
In 2017 my friend and I @twomumsfromroselands, held our first gala dinner in aid of the Children's Starlight foundation.
The support we got from helping hand was exactly what we needed to help our event go from "ok" to "super successful".
They not only helped us source the right auction items for our event but also assisted with logistics on the day.
Our next event is on the 14th of June and we did not hesitate in using them again, we wouldn't even consider another provider.
Hosting a successful charity event is hard work, don't do it on your own. Trust the experts, trust helping hand.

I was recently at a charity event where Helping Hand Group where there handling the items. I attend quite a few charity events and was most impressed with how the fundraiser of this event was run.
I bid on a few items in the silent auction and was very impressed with the girls from HHG running this part of the event. They circulated the room, answered my questions and were highly organised.
The live auction was also great. Great items. Auctioneer was entertaining and funny and did not drag on.
