Pierre did my tattoo he had a great attitude and did a sick job with crazy detail will definitely be back to have more work done. The location is awesome too we walked around City walk and had lunch and a couple drinks before our appointment
I spoke with Adam Natonio when I went in there on 02/25. I didn't end up getting tattooed that day but when ever I do come back to get my tattoo I will for sure go to him.
Went last night to Hart and Huntington Orlando. Had my appointment scheduled with Adam. I have to start off by saying how incredibly friendly everyone at the shop was! They also sell clothing and other items so it attracts a lot of people coming into to shop, even though having a heavy footprint the shop was impeccably clean!
About my tattoo, I was nervous because I had to correct and add to an existing tattoo another shop had done. I have several tattoos but never had to do a cover up so I wasn t sure what I was going to get. I had emailed and messaged with Adam prior to my appointment as to what I wanted but he completely exceeded my expectations. I went from having a blah tattoo to having an amazing work of art.
I highly recommend Adam Natonio his skill is incomparable. He has such a fun and calm manner to him as well, which adds to the already fantastic experience.
By far the best experience I've ever had getting a tattoo and I will definitely be back. I drove two hours to come to this shop, and Russell made it more than worth it. The tattoo came out BETTER than I ever imaged. He's a true artist and this is work that I will be proud of forever. Definitely recommend. In addition to the art being amazing, the vibe of the shop was perfect as well, which is always important to me when sitting under a needle for a few hours. :)
The store is really cool, open & chill. Everyone was super friendly and made my friends and I feel very comfortable. The process was super smooth and easy and I m excited to return! Definitely recommend.

If you want a real tattoo shop experience, go here. I was a little nervous getting my tattoo done at a storefront at city walk. It just felt like it was going to be some commercialized cookie cutter tattoo. I was so wrong. This place has a very cool vibe. The staff were amazing and the artists top notch. My wife and I decided to get matching tattoos from different artists and the results were amazing. Stephanie and Luis were not only great to work with but they did amazing work. We gave them a basic stencil to work from and then asked them to take creative control from there. If you're considering a tattoo at this place, get it because you will not be disappointed. We'll be back for more ink next trip.
Just finished an appointment with Mark where he tattooed some beautiful Pink lyrics from her Rose Ave album. He worked with me and made sure I was happy with my tattoo . From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The staff at this location wemt above and beyond to make it an enjoyable appointment even while waiting. Thank you again! They were wonderful group of folks. Felt very comfortable taking myself and granddaughter in for tattoos we having been planning on getting for 5 years now. They were a little costly for our budget but felt safe in their hands. Thanks guys. You rock !

Mark did a cover up for a keloid scar and it was my first tattoo. He did amazing!! He was careful and helpful and my tattoo looks amazing! He placed it perfectly to add on in the future, which I most definitely will. Highly recommended!!

I have to thank the staff for my experience the other day. Chris was there to answer every single question I had before my appointment, and I had a lot!! I couldn't say enough nice things about Russell the tattoo artist! I walked into the shop extremely nervous, but Russell was there to calm me down and make me feel secure in my decision. Russell worked closely with me to get my design exactly how I wanted it and assured me that it would come out exactly as planned. The tattoo came out even better than I expected and with minimal pain. I left the shop extremely excited and happy with the results. As I left, I was thinking about my next tattoo that I want Russell to do, he was awesome, the shop was awesome, I can't wait to come back! Also, the desk staff were amazing as well. Kenny at the desk made me feel like a part of the shop as soon as I walked in the door, they were all joking with me and making me feel right at home. The service was so amazing that I would fly in just to get a tattoo from Russell there over getting one locally here. I just had to express my deepest gratitude to the entire shop for an amazing time!

I got a portrait of my sweet puppy, from Adam! I would highly recommend coming to this shop, every single artist has been so welcoming and makes you feel like you re apart of the atmosphere. I recommended the shop to my friend, who ended up getting work done here as well and was also extremely happy. As a first timer, i was very nervous but Adam put me at ease, making light jokes and reminding me to breath, everyone here is awesome!

I had left a deposit and scheduled an an appointment with JC. On the morning of my appointment, I emailed Brixby to reschedule, as my husband is dying from brain cancer and was not doing well. That evening he was rushed into the emergency room and they called me at 7:20 to see why I was not there. My appointment was for 7:00 pm. I immediately called back while I was in the trauma room and my husband was being worked for a code. Tyler became nasty with me and said he wished i would have let them know sooner. I explained that I tried emailing earlier in the day and he said they take 3 days to respond to emails. I told him of my husband's situation and that this wasn't my main concern right then. He then told me to call back when it was a better time to speak. On 2/5, I tried to reschedule my appointment and Tyler told me that since I missed my appointment, they're keeping my deposit. Talk about no empathy or compassion for the human race!
Hands down, best place to get tattooed. Russell turned my vision into a reality and it could not be more perfect. He was friendly and hilarious, as was the entire staff. Good music, relaxing atmosphere.. Will definitely be returning. Could not be more satisfied!

Russell was such an amazing guy he let me stop like 6 times because I was having a hard time/panicking even like a wackadoodle. He kept reassuring me that it was okay and we could get it finished. All of their staff were super sweet; they kept bringing me water and everything. I'm in love with my new tattoo I waited 5 months to get it and it was worth every single aspect of it.
As a walk in I never expected to receive the outstanding service that I did. My husband and I were in Orlando on a trip to Disney and stumbled upon Hart and Huntington. We decided, about an hour before seeing Star Wars, that we wanted to get inked. Not only did Todd work with us to find a time/artist but he also helped me simplify the rough idea in my head. Mark hit a home run with designing my piece. I fall more in love with it every time I look at it! They also helped me stay on budget My husband has been looking to get a cover up for a while now. Jeremie hooked him up and even stayed an hour past closing to finish it (since we were headed back to PA in the morning). This is a high quality shop and I would 100% recommend their services!!
I was in Orlando in October 2013 and I spoke with Chris Turck to schedule my appointment. He was really nice and even when I got there, he was super funny and friendly. I got an appointment with Jeremie. He was very nice, polite and took the time to ask me if everything was fine. We had good discussions throughout my appointment, and he was really patient with me (because I don't speak really well in english) which is good when you're there for a long time. I really love my tattoo, he did such a great job! I haven't had the chance to go back but it's sure that I 'm going to get another appointment with Jeremie as soon as I get the chance .
I was suppose to have Jeremie do my tattoo, but he was delayed with another customer. They asked if I would be okay with Jime doing my tattoo and thought what the hell. Both my friend and I had our tattoos done by Jime and we are thrilled with how they came out. We were tattoo virgins and we both had ideas with what we wanted. Jime turn our ideas into drawings that way exceeded what we were thinking. My tattoo took an hour and was $250, my friends was $150. It may be more than the normal shopping plaza tattoo, but the care that the artist and staff took to keep the area clean, way exceeded any place we had looked at in Orlando.
(Florida residents don't pay for parking after 6pm) If you are a tattoo virgin this would be the best place to go. They have a private room in the back, most of the areas are out in the opening with some glass between you and other people seeing you get your tattoo, it didn't bother me. I would recommending making an appointment and ask for the back room if you don't want anyone to see you. Thank you Jime and Kenny!

My tattoo experience is what every one should have. Ryan Eternal did my sister's Maleficent style tattoo so I booked him to do a piece I have been thinking about for some time now. We brainstormed he drew up an incredible design, and we sat for about a 6 hour session, with some breaks. The finished product is gorgeous and better than I imagined. I'm beyond happy with it, Ryan also made the experience amazing because he's just a chill dude who is easy to sit with for so long! Even when my butt went numb I was just so enthralled in watching my tattoo come to life. Definitely coming back, and recommending a few people to him! He's "so not a douche bag." Hahaha

My husband and I were looking for a permanent tattoo artist so we saw Hart & Huntington s profiles online and decided to go in person to get a quote. I told Cortney what I wanted which was some Gerbera flowers around my existing tattoo on my upper arm. She told me that it was going to be a high quote and then said it will be ......Between $1500-2500!!!!! I will get it done when I go back to NY when I visit and get it done for $350!
$600 for a piece I have been told previously was around an hours work. That s $600 for an hour. $10 a minute. What?! How far are you stuck up your own arse to think that s a legitimate price to give? Not to mention this is the low end I was quoted. $600-$800 for a black and white tattoo that was 3inch by 2inch. Get over yourself.
I don't have any tattoos, but when I am finally ready, H&H is where I will be. I have sat with many friends while they get their work done, and the level of cleanliness, customer service, and full on "badassness" of the artists and staff will make you happy that you chose H&H for your permanent mark on the world. And if you have a chance, start a conversation with the manager, Murphy, you will hear some stories that will make your toes curl!!
Went in to look and purchase merchandise. Started to look at artwork on iPads and was approached by Todd. And then decided I wanted to get a tattoo. From there I spoke with Todd and other associates to get info and ideas. Todd hooked me up with an appointment with Adam Natonio, which I patiently waited for. I waited three hours and was nervous as hell but when I returned for my one tattoo Adam made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained everything as we were going. The experience and the atmosphere was so good that I decided to come back for another tattoo that day. I would recommend to everyone I know that it is worth the trip to make to have an experience that I did at Hart & Huntington Orlando. And I know that you guys have made a permit customer in me and I want to thank all of you for the great experience that I had and the great art that is apart of me.
I had been thinking/wanting to get a tattoo for several years. On a whim, my girlfriends and I decided to drop in to see if there were any availability to come a get our small tattoos done. Everyone was great and the guy who helped us at the front was very informative/helpful.
I was excited to have Adam as my artist. I had been following him on Instagram for a while. He listened to what I wanted and sketched it out. I absolutely love it,and I love how he added his flare to it.

Best tattoo shop in town means best artists, which is what HH represents entirely. They'll ask you for a deposit in order to hold your spot since it takes hours for the artist to come up with a design from scratch which I find nothing less than fair. Only a complete moron would have an issue with something like this. This Jeff guy, who probably wanted a tribal sleeve, is way out of line with his thought process. Bet if someone came to your septic truck job and wanted you to unload their tank next week, you'd ask for a little "good faith money" as well. Asshat.

Mel is my girl. I travel from Tampa Florida to have her do any art I want done. I am not a wealthy person but consider the cost of the trip and her work worth saving for. If you are looking for a true skilled Artist this is the best choice.

I went to H&H for my first tattoo. I was nervous at first but I can't thank everyone there enough for how comfortable they made me. Whether they are your artist or not everyone is especially friendly and some are just too funny not to laugh with. I'd also like to thank Pierre the artist of my choosing for his honesty and integrity, these artists are true to the word. I felt even more comfort in going here once I watched the detail and skill these artists use in their tattoos. They care about your tattoo as if it was a canvas going to be in an art exhibit. I cant imagine a better place to get some ink. Thank you guys very much.

Walked in with a friend to get his tattoo touched up that got a tattoo there a few months prior. Excellent service and excellent work. Manager seems very nice and very cool. Shop was very clean. The artist Stephanie was amazing. Her work was perfect and she was so funny and friendly. Definitely recommend her, she was great! Definitely made it a fun trip.
1) My family and I were evacuated from our home during Hurricane Dorian so I decided to take them to Orlando and visit Universal.
2) I made a deposit to get a tattoo appointment scheduled for the following day.
3) The company took a $500.00 deposit and scheduled the appointment for the following day.
4) I was on time for the appointment and after 1.5 hours of waiting the artist told me that I should reschedule in case the park was to shut down due to the storm and I would be in jeopardy of loosing my deposit. I rescheduled from their direction, but could not take more time off work we had already missed multiple days due to the evacuation. I told them a week in advance so they did not lose the appointment time.
5) The company refused to refund me my deposit I talked to the GM of the company and the GM of the Orlando store both have refused to make this right. They took $500 dollars and never provided me a drawing or a tattoo how is acceptable practice for a company that sits inside Universal Studios? My credit card company will not refund me because on there fine print receipt there is a line that states, non refundable, but non of this was discussed when they collected the deposit. This company has no problem taking my families money without providing a service or a product. They will not call me back now after multiple attempts to work this through the GM. This is a lot of money for me and my family obviously this company has become so corporate they have lost sight of the customer.
Horrible customer service! Waited in line to speak with front desk clerk he looked at us and ignored us but spoke to other people who were behind us whom were white and we are not.
Out of all the tattoo places I have visited, this is by far the best one. They did such a good job that I ended up getting a second tattoo on the spot. Highly recommend. The entire staff provides excellent guest service and all of the artists were very cool, down to earth. They make you feel comfortable and they do a hell of a good job! My artist was Nicole and she rocked it!!
Every time I came to Universal Studios I would stop in Hart and Huntington and talk to them about getting a tattoo.This time I walked in and talked to Todd about getting one and he walked me thru the whole process.The entire staff their is super nice and friendly. I showed Todd what I wanted in a tattoo and he showed me some really cool ideas,so I booked my chair time.He asked if I would mind if a guest artist did my tat.I was shown her work,Ashely Stover is her name.I had no problem with her doing what I wanted done after seeing her work.The whole thing went off without a hitch,she took a simple tattoo and made it awesome. People I've shown it to say it's nice work.Some people say I paid to much,they have tattoos.The difference is you get what you pay for,they have gone back to get these fixed,re-inked or color added because it didn't look right,but it was cheap.Its been three weeks for me and mine is healing perfect and looks awesome, no problems what so ever. That place is awesome and the staff is great.I am going back up their for another tattoo and Ashley will be doing it if she is available. Thanks again for help.
Was visiting Universal Studios for a few days and saw their location. Had an idea of what I was looking for but wasn t sure about location or size. JC and the whole crew listened for two days and worked with my multiple changes to get me exactly what I wanted. I came in from out of state and left with awesome art work. It will be a good excuse to come back for the next one.
The best thing about this place is that your getting the best quality tattoo. The hard part is picking the artist because they are all amazing!
I was on a family vacation at Universal Orlando and walked into H&H to get a small tattoo I had done over 20 years ago covered up. I realized I was lucky to have Ryan do my new tattoo because he was honest and truly understood what I was trying to accomplish with the cover up. He actually talked me out of my original idea and quickly came up with an cool alternative that turned out amazing. I was so pleased with Ryan (and the rest of the H&H staff) that I want to do another cover up on my next visit. Thanks again Ryan for the awesome tattoo and funny movie!!!!

Was there about a week ago. The place was clean and well kept. You can see the care the artists take to disinfect and sterilize their equipment. Adam put my mind at ease and did an amazing watercolor tattoo. If and when I decide I want another I know where to go. Everyone was friendly and inviting, which made the experience all the more pleasant. I was happy with the results anyone could do a shamrock but the outline and watercolor made it look completely unique. Highly recommend!

Mark did my flowers. He was incredible, social, and efficient. I showed him a photo I took of a flower and asked him to create a tattoo. He exceeded my expectations. We are both beyond happy. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. We will be coming back down from Canada to get tattoos from these two gentlemen in the future.
Both of the artists gave us detailed instructions on how to care for our tattoos. I would recommend these two artists to anyone looking for a tattoo in the area!

I went in on a whim when I walked past it on my way to Universal. I had been planning on a tattoo for a while, but I couldn't find a place that I trusted locally. As soon as I walked in to H&H, it was obviously clean and professional. I explained to the staff why I wanted a tattoo and they were very helpful and got an artist for me on the spot who drew up something absolutely beautiful in no time at all. Russell was courteous and professional and did an amazing job. This was my first and definitely not my last tattoo. I fully intend to go back for another.
On top of my 200$ deposit they wanted to charge me another 150$ for this small tattoo. Please go elsewhere!

Went in and one of the girls said they couldn't do a simple really small butterfly tattoo? She was EXTREMELY disrespectful. i showed her the picture of what I wanted and she said it was "impossible"??? Just because you can't do it doesn't mean it can't be done. Also, really expensive just because it's in citywalk. You can't do a small butterfly tattoo but they were going to charge $145 JUST FOR THE OUTLINE. C'mon sis lmao. Save your money, there's better places with better people.
I did a thing! After years of thinking about it I finally started my sleeve! I went to the best of the best! Adam Natonio is awesome!! It was such a great experience I can t wait for him to add more!!
In May 2018, I put down a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for a friend and I to get tattoos. I have seven, and one of the was from Hart and Huntington six years prior. I wanted two words made dainty and small on my foot. I just went for my appointment in Feb 2019. The artist INSISTED that if I didn t make the words larger, they would bleed together. We went back and forth on it, and I finally agreed. First, I was required in the paper work to buy their soap and lotion. A tiny pump and two tiny packets of lotion for $23.00. I brushed it off, because I figured my $300.00 deposit would cover this. After I signed my life away, BEFORE my tattoo, I was charged an additional 167.00. You are looking at a 467.00 tattoo. I was furious. If I said no, they said I would lose my $300.00 deposit. So I was freaking robbed. I would give it 1 star, but I like my work, even if it s as large as MY ARTIST wanted it.
I am beyond thrilled with my tattoos!! Russell is my artist and, honestly, the only person I'll be getting ink from ever again.His watercolor style is exactly what I was looking for in a tattoo. I have the most adorable BB-8 on one foot and a picture perfect Ray the lightning bug from Princess & the Frog on the other foot. Both appointments, Russell was very clear when giving suggestions on how to make my idea flow better as a tattoo...and both times he was absolutely correct. Ray looks like he just flew right out of the movie and landed on my foot. It's perfection. Everyone in the shop is hilarious and having a great time. The atmosphere is very friendly. I definitely recommend this shop & recommend Russell as your artist.
I've come to this place in 2 separate occasions (4 years apart) and I can honestly say that i would come a thousand more. Everyone is so absolutely delightful to be around, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. They're so welcoming and just outright lovely. The manager is amazing, he will make the whole experience even better. As I mentioned I've been there twice, the first time with a appointment (and they were very accommodating about rescheduling) and the second time I just showed up. Both times the experience was great. Going to a place to be stabbed by needles can be nerve wracking but I can assure you that you won't regret coming here.
From a technical point of view i can attest to their hygiene and sanitation of all materials used, everything was 100% up to standard. Both of my tattoos have healed beautifully without any issues. I would also like to point out how incredible the artists' integrity is, this recent time i went (Jan 18) Mark tattooed me and he was very upfront (while still being nice and professional) about what he recommended for the tattoo that I wanted, what he was comfortable doing to make sure the tattoo would stay beautiful with time, and with the proper after care instructions.
If i could give them more stars i would without hesitation.

What surprised me was the artist JC and the two tattoos he did for me, they came out phenomenal. I mean that in the most truthful way, after seeing the finished tattoo I was blown away at how amazing the tattoo came out. Both are extremely well done. Both are stories or chapters captured to my greatest satisfaction. I've been to Hart and Huntington for multiple tattoos before, but JC's work had me feeling amazing walking out of the shop seeing what accomplished. I recommend Orlando Hart and Huntington tattoo shop to anyone who wants quality, you go there and it's a amazing atmosphere, awesome artists. Extremely well coordinated and work hard and deliver the quality and passion a lot of other Tattoo stores lack, not bashing them. But every tattoo has been done incredibly done. The two newest tattoos I got will have me coming back to H&H for every new tattoo. I'm no lie, extremely satisfied with the quality and people love to see the two newest tattoos I got. They're blown away at how enigmatic the tattoo's are. truly one of a kind, I recommend Hart and Huntington to anyone who wants pure quality tattoos. The tattoo ointment I picked up was redemption, and of the past one I've got Redemption is my favorite at the moment. Helps heal fast and maintain the detail of the tattoo extremely well. Hart and Huntington is a definite must to go for tattoos at least once, and you'll see the passion put into the tattoos. All amazing artists, and I believe there is only 3 maybe 5 shops in the united states. Meaning you know when you go there you will walk out with amazing artwork that'll satisfy your feeling of your tattoo with great respect for the artists. A truly well done tattoo store Hart and Huntington. CHECK IT OUT!!! one of the Best in town, in my opinion the BEST in Orlando area at Universal City Walk!!! It is all worth it, trust me. if not trust the Owner of the store and the Artist!
So the number one thing to keep in mind about any business is location, location location. And finding out that this tattoo shop (which I was thoroughly disappointed as I had seen all the great reviews and a professional website) was located in City Walk inside Universal I immediately decided I would do absolutely no business with this company. The fact that you're foolish enough to put your store in a place that requires you to pay 20 dollars a day for parking, unless you come after 6 (heaven forbid you actually want to get anything sizable done that might require multiple visits) doing a job that can require sometimes 10-15 hours worth of work is just asinine. Frankly any business inside City Walk is saying we don't really want any extra business b/c Disney Springs is free and available all day. Really poor decision and really sad to see as I was definitely thinking of dropping a decent amount of coin for a quality tattoo, but the thought of paying over and over just to go there (a cost that otherwise would be factored in for a tip not parking) removes this as even a remotely considerable option for any serious tattoo work.

My experience at Hart & Huntington was great! My artist was Russell Van Schaick, and although he is booked quite a few months out, it was absolutely worth the wait. I gave him a loose idea of what I wanted, told him to draw whatever he wanted and he came up with what is my best tattoo by far. Everyone at the shop was helpful and friendly, and I'm already planning my next work and will definitely book with Russell again!
My first tattoo experience couldn't have gone any better thanks to the folks at Hart and Huntington in Universal, Orlando! Especially my artist Ryan Eternal! He shows an amazing amount of focus and thought into what you want as he works to create a masterpiece! Couldn't be more pleased with my tattoo and the whole experience! Thanks so much!!
Ok this place is expensive. But you have to understand the cost to rent that space at Citywalk. Really it is an expensive spot to rent, plus their artists can all do all styles well. They also included aftercare products, and on top of that I was seen as a walk-in with very little wait. The piece I got I get compliments on all of the time. Nate tattooed me and he understood my concept and executed it quickly and better than I ever imagined. Yes I could have probably gotten a really nice tattoo cheaper somewhere else, but I knew going in that I would get a great piece here and the ease of mind made up for the cost
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and kind. Ryan Eternal did my tattoo and it is gorgeous. He was professional, fun and made me feel comfortable and confident in his skills. He made my tattoo my own and his artwork is flawless. I will be going back again for sure.
I got a tattoo from Russell and he was phenomenal! Not like average shops you go to. Fun atmosphere, people are super nice, and it feels like you are part of the family. These guys could be totally cocky because of their gift, but they aren't . The money is worth the quality and art. And he is by far the BEST artist I've ever seen with water color type tattoos. He will always be the person I recommend, and lucky me, I live close. As long as he is there, that is where allllll future tattoos will come from. You definitely will never be disappointed!!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hart and Huntington Orlando. Everyone who works there is so polite, professional and organized. Not to mention the shop is so clean, and the atmosphere is very inviting. I am beyond pleased with the first session of my sleeve. Cortni West did an unbelievable job designing exactly what I wanted, and then some, and executing that flawlessly without much input from me at all. No matter the artist you choose, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this shop I will not be going anywhere else

Mark and Isaac did my fiance's tattoo's today. We overall had a great experience , from asking questions about how and what to do on our arms to how long it would take and how much it would cost. All on a whim! Great people, and great atmosphere! I would recommend them to anyone looking for some ink from a reputable shop with reputable artists! Will definitely be back again! ( Only recommendation for shop would be to give some kinda merch with each client/ just a thought) thanks again y'all!
Came here last night to get a tattoo with my siblings (my very first tat!). The staff was very friendly-loved that atmosphere. Stephanie James was our tattoo artist - she was incredible! The line work was spot on. Had the best first-time experience, and will def. be coming back for more!
Please are extremely nice and it s a very fun and relaxed place to get some ink. I have been twice and I had jimmy both times, great artist and person to do your tattoo. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is willing to give it a shot.
