The food is bad ... the menu package is not creative and the coffee is runny

The main lobby and room got a nice scent...Kinda orange-ish aroma...Every corner are clean.The room are spacious and clean too.The price are modest.

Strategically placed besides shopping mall and directly connected, good services and plenty of food. Overall a nice hotel to stay for business or vacation.

The hotel is quite clean and the breakfast menu is quite diverse. Unfortunately, the breakfast food tastes bad and there is nothing special, aka the standard for taste. The car park is quite wide. The advantages are next to the Citylink Festival Mall.

Meeting here, the atmosphere is nice, comfortable, cooled, the food is also good, the toilet is very good, Very Good

The hotel rooms are quite comfortable, the standard quality of a Harris hotel. Breakfast is quite a variety of food and quite tasty. Located in a mall so it is easy to find food, grocery needs, even to the movies. Here parking must use etoll / emoney. Parking is free, just show etoll / emoney. There is also a large hall here for rent.

Very good and nice minimalist hotel beside Festival Citylink Bandung Mall, Especially for Dino Souvenir for kids and kids club. My baby loved to hug Dino from Harris Hotel.

The place is close to a large and complete supermarket so it is easy to need something and a good place ..

Letak hotel yg bersebelahan dengan mall,bikin kita gampang untuk cari makan atau kalo perlu beli sesuatu. Tipe kamar standar nya ga terlalu sempit,ada semacam tmpt duduk panjang yg nempel ke tembok,bisa dipake tiduran juga. Kamarnya minimalis,ada karpetnya. Cuma sayang pas saya nginep di sini,dapet kamar yg air di shower kamar mandi nya agak berbau setiap pertama kali dinyalakan. Menu sarapan cukup beragam, ada jus sayuran yg made by order dan makanan sehat. Tapi yg juara itu croissant nya....enaaak banget!
Buat anak2 ada fasilitas game room dan kolam renang. Kolam renang nya semi indoor,air dingin dan ga terlalu luas.

Checked in around 12 hours a night, a long process, just climbed jm12, took 2 card keys, the electric receiver could not use the card, finally waiting for the technician to correct, finally the electricity kept on without the card, and the immediate intention to lie down became longer. Kmrin can rate 573 including breakfast, normal room, ok breakfast, complete, I like especially the fresh juices. Access to Citylink Mall, so many entertainment options.

Stayed here at the beginning of February for two nights. The hotel is one building with the City Festival Link Mall and has a large ballroom.

The rooms are minimalist, modern, clean, free wifi, the staff is relaxed and friendly, breakfast is a great choice but I got the spaghetti arrabiata pasta which tasted too salty.

Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

Me and my family actually stayed at Pop Hotel which is one location & management with Harris hotel and able to use pool and kids corner at harris. But there is something that you should be aware of if you want your kids to play at the kids corner that is situated right below the pool deck. This applies to kids with hights at least 110cm, they can get their heads knocked on the ceiling on one of the pillars, the edges are even sharp. So for harris hotel, you should get some corner safety for each sharp edge. Just a reminder to improve the safety of your hotel especially for the children's area. Thank you...hope you read this. The hotel is very comfortable and very clean especially if we want to go to the mall (FCL) just go down via the elevator or elevator that is directly connected to the mall.

The hotel room is nice, clean and the service is really good.
Earlier when I was about to open the door of my room I had difficulty, repeatedly taping it could not. Turns the card upside down, on the card / key there is no visual control so guests know the position of the card on the card tap to open the door.
