The meeting hall is big ... unfortunately the wifi is a mess ... it's hard when a meeting needs an internet network

minggu lalu menginap bersama istri dan 2 org anak umur 7 & 9 thn. kamar tidak terlalu besar tapi cukup nyaman. hanya saja kamar mandi agak sempit.

Saya menginap saat weekend, di minggu pagi mencoba berenang dan cukup banyak yg berenang, karena kolam renangnya agak sempit, jadi mengurangi kenyamanan. Hal yang menarik adalah tempat berenangnya yg nyambung dengan tempat makan. Jadi buat anak2, hal tersebut adalah hal yang sangat menyenangkan. karena anak2 tidak ikut paket free breakfast, jadi harus bayar lagi sesuai umur. dan menurut saya cukup murah hanya 25ribu per anak.
Untuk makanan variasi cukup banyak. untuk rasa relatif tergantung selera.

Hal menarik yang tidak banyak dimiliki hotel lain adalah, dibawah hotel ini ada mall yg cukup besar dan lengkap. jika bosan dengan makanan hotel, tinggal kebawah dan ada foodcourt yang sangat besar. main, belanja, nonton film sampai malam. semua dalam satu lokasi.
Cukup menyenangkan membawa anak utk main dan menginap disini, karena menyatu dengan mall yg cukup lengkap. Suatu saat nanti saya akan kembali lagi ..

Hotel made a mistake, but replaced me with a superb room. Well done manager for admitting mistake and improving. Keep producing a good service, and customer will be happy.

A very comfortable hotel for large scale activities. For activities that involve thousands of people, you can use convention. Or if you need a smaller room capacity, convention can be divided in two, convention one and convention two.

The furniture is good with bright colors. Very recommended for large activities.

The room is very spacious, enough cooling, but unfortunately the toliet near this room is very dirty, the tissue is everywhere, and the toilet smells like urine, like not a hotel toilet. Harris Hotel is located behind the festival Citylink Citylink, access can enter through the front mall Citylink festival. Its location close to long Leuwi terminal and sand Koja toll door so to the hotel using public transport is very easy to reach.

It's good, but it's still lacking in a cramped room

The only thing I'm sad about it that I couldn't stay longer. This hotel is ran by such a friendly staff. The location is perfect with big shopping mall at downstair.

I enjoyed my stay here.

I even had my wedding here. It's located in a mall complex. So it is convenient for the guest to get parking spot. The hotel catering was superb. (Especially the pastry)

Children like to stay here ... Next time will visit again
