It's convenient for the seminar and the food is okay

Clean hotel, friendly and polite staff. There is a slight problem when you want breakfast, but the staff with a friendly, thoughtful and polite attitude solve problems with great respect for hotel guests.
The breakfast menu is diverse, but some menus are a bit salty (Dory Steam and Soto). There are healthy juices (vegetables) that can be juiced right away. There are herbal drinks. The bread and croissants are delicious.
The pool area is not too large.
There is a lovely balcony for dining and relaxing chat.
Can access directly from the hotel to the Festival City Link Mall.
There are no gym facilities, but the hotel collaborates with the Helios Gym which is located right between the hotel and the mall, so you get free access to the gym.

Excellent service, clean, 5 star class breakfast menu, very calm and conducive to Istrahat and sleep at night.

I like to stay here because the hotel share the same complex with quite nice mall in Bandung.

Ramadhan package is not good ... there are no special types of food ... too flat

Stayed for a night on a filming trip, it was ok. Room was ok (doesn t have a bad smell). Hot water available. Breakfast was also ok and they serve various menus, service and staffs were good and friendly.

I have a big Convention 2x here to get office and graduation from the post office and the service is good

Lovely place, there is bbq all u can eat every sat night. You are able to eat everything good here. Nice atmosphere and design.

Bad service!! Room size is big enough for 5 people but we experience bad service. From the moment we arrived in front of the hotel door, nobody offered to take our bagage.
They replaced only one towel for used towels. They also interrupted us on sleep hour (10.00 PM) for unfinished payment because we extended for one night and when we wanted to pay the night before (when we told them that we wanted to extend for another night), they told us to pay in the next morning but when we went to pay, they told us to pay in the afternoon (we have a day appointment and we won't be able to do it), and they forced us to pay on 10.00 PM that night (it shows that there are no coordination).
Also when we wanted to borrow iron, they wanted to charge us if we wanted to be put first because there's too much demand for iron at the moment (let's be real, we will only use it for 5 or at most 10 minutes and will gladly give it back).
