Sorry but I'm giving every Harris County and Houston City agency a poor rating. Flooding is Houston's #1 problem. NOTE Why is a metro rail proposal on the ballot in the 2019 November election? The residents of Houston know better than to vote for the metro rail extension. Ask yourself this, ARE the County Commissioners controled by contributions from builders/developers? Ask the Country Commissioners how much money $$$ each one of them have in their campaign coffers!

I was involved in the most avoidable accident there is by being hit by a HCFC truck while I was already at a complete stop at a red light on Bammel and North Sam South Parkway West. The driver and managers that arrived on scene were nice people, but action needs to be taken to make sure this never happens again as a matter of safety for their tax payers. Whether it's properly inspecting their vehicles regularly for brakes, retiring older vehicles unfit for the road anymore, or better training their drivers I don't care what caused it but it should never happen again.

Meanwhile I've been going through the Harris County Commissioners Court and their Risk Management office to complete my claim and it has been nothing but a bureaucratic nightmare to get the repairs paid. As an hourly worker I have wasted alot of time and missed paid hours to fix this mess I was left and will be going on 2 months now driving around with a damaged rear while county risk management gives me their final hoops to jump through.

Do not let this happen again. Thank you!

No one else can take so much tax money to create flooding.

Force developers to hold water, or do not allow them to build. Cause your other solutions are not effective. Nothing like sewage floating in your front yard after a 3 inch rain. Not talking major event here people 3 inches.

Came at a bad time, early in the morning on holiday with no flooding and when there was flooding, no sign of any help... SENSELESS!!!

For 5 years I have wrote And called for help of my flood problem of the bayou that runs next to my house that everyone s blood water is flooding my property eroding all of my property due to poor drainage system, my home is leaning these people don t even acknowledge me, I need Help with this problem

Shame on you sir... Today I watched one of your employees dump their trash inside the cab at a busy intersection with 0 shame .. your trash is not better placed on the streets then in your cab or BETTER YET a friggin trash can.. is it really more work to throw it away properly? How can you work for a company that focuses on solutions yet be a big part of another problem. Shame on you sir..

It is time to make a new plan. The flooding in Harris County is out of control. You could rename it...The Harris County Flooding Out of Control District.
