Not a good place not a popular and no good quality not too bad not too good its normal

Fraud group. maintenance charges high then DHA and Bahria with no basic facility.

Such a pathetic and lethargic attitude of GIGA management. Invested my money and booked a luxury 3 bed apartment in defence tower 1. It's almost 4 years now but still main structure of the building is incomplete. It requires ages for their projects to be completed. They are just launching new projects as a trap. Never invest in their projects.

I hate their services. They are very organized thief and blackmailers.

Good company but gets long delays in construction projects

Small sized apartments, pace of all projects specially high rise building extremely slow, strong parking managment needed,location very good, all facilities available.

Defense tower 1 & 2 mai pecchly 2 saalon sa meri investment phaasi v hai. Ap tamam doston sa darkhawast ha ka Al Ghurair Giga walay apki investment ly kr phasa laity hain Na inko refund policy ha na inki completion ho rhe DONT INVEST IN AL GHURAIR GIGA.

It is good real state company Offer flates n commercial shops. Just at the entrance of rawalpindi.

Simply Pathetic. Every single person who bought a property in there is repenting. Strongly not recommended.

Do not waste your money in Al Ghurair Giga Projects. I have booked 2 apartments in defense residency block 18 in 2012. Possession date was June 2016. i have invested my savings. Today is 9-May-2017 and still no construction is there. I have asked them to refund my money back but they are saying we will return me my money after 9 months and will deduct some amount.

A Trustworthy name. Contractor of one of the best Projects in DHA Islamabad including GIGA MALL World Trade Centre Pakistan, D-Mall Lignum Towers Defence Residency etc.

A very beautiful place for family living, all type of commercial markets are available in walking distance, the security is excellent. The most good thing is children play area.

Construction quality is very poor. Never delivered any project on time. This group like bahria and DHA play with your money and never give benefits to client. Very few exceptions.

Substandard construction, very bad maintenance and customer service. Not recommended at all.

Never invest in their Projects .We booked one appartment back in 2011,which was supposed to be handed over in 2013.We paid all installment on time .But still we haven't received our appartment i.e Nov 2019.We approached Al Ghurair giga management various time and requested for any solution .But they even not listening us.Even their customer care manager threatened to creat more delay if we go in to any litigation. We are helpless. I met various affecties during my visits. Strongly not recommended.

They never complete projects on time. The company has residencial projects pending from ages but is focused on making more bucks by lauching new commercial projects with that money. I am a victim myself.

Very excilient place to live. One bed to 3 bedroom apartment. Near to G T Rd easy access. Safe and square with all amenities for 24 hours.

I want to buy a flat in this place but have not visited this place yet.

It have a big name but poor after sale service. It seems like 1 is living under a goondas of local street. The company is all abt making money even after getting the complete payment, they will blackmail u in the name of cam charges n the best part is that these services are not given

Great place. D mall will be attached through bridge to giga mall. Can't wait for construction to complete.

The living start with state of the art shopping mall

I'm very disappointed. DHA Tower 2 was expected complete by mid 2017 but today it stands with 2nd floor in gray. Expected completion now is 2020. Do they really deliver in time ever?

Alghurair giga is name of trap. They are best in launching new projects but worst in delivering existing projects. Just look at their website. Updates of defence tower 1 and 2 and defence dreams and defense paradise are all dumped and progress is 0 % over last 2 years....

Pathetically managed project. It was a mistske to invest with this company. Defence residency Prohect is overdue for three years plus. Work is very very slow. Never tell the truth to their clients.
