Historic ranch land ranging from hilly forests to sagebrush fields to grassy meadows, all laced with trails for hiking biking and horseback rides. Some of the old ranch cabins are for rent for overnight stays, and are very comfortable.

Spectacular fly-fishing on the Henry's Fork. Fishing access and productivity vary widely throughout the year, so check with local guides/shops before you plan your trip. Can be as challenging as anywhere!

Beautiful! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can bike, hike, or ride horses on the miles of trails. Support the park, if you don't have Idaho Park pass, and pay the very reasonable day use fee. Fun to look for otter, elk, deer, bear (signs of anyhow...tracks, stumps torn apart...), birds.

Fun place to bike, and hike. Absolutely beautiful trails. The trails can be quite muddy at time so give it a few days to dry before riding after a rain. If you like bird watching there are many stunning birds and the trails let you get up close with the lake shore to see them. Don't forget your bug spray though as the mosquitoes can be bad in the spring.
