What a joke, You pay your bills off in full. Then say they had to recalculate and say what you've already paid is still outstanding.
Even with receipts they send it to court. Their answer blame the Government.

The whole service is below standard and certain customer service agents, Are rude and demeaning.

Avoid using them if at all possible.

Very speedy and efficient repair of wheelie bin lid for me and my neighbour, cost free and great communication. Thank you.

At the point of writing I have been on hold for 32 mins, draw your own conclusion. unfortunately one cant post this without min one star

It was very difficult to find the entrance, poor signage, left the premises without getting out of the car, don't think I will ever attempt to visit again.

Tried to pay Council Tax online, the online paying site could not be found, meaning, it doesn't work.!! Craven District Council website, said it was opened today 29th Dec until 4.30pm. On the phone, message said, the "Office was closed for Christmas and New Year. Opened on the 2nd January. This is no service...!!

Numerous problems regarding waste collection and postal voting. All of which was addressed not in good time. A zero score would be more appropriate
