There are so many different aspects of this resort it truly is a getaway from the workplace. Even if you were attending an event here, there is enough to do here that you can have some fun during your free time.
The Gaming offered is ok. Had a nad experience at Smash Burger. Food was oily, especially fries. The burger looked liked it was quickly put together. Looked unappetizing. Fix the food court!
The pool and jacuzzi closed to early, but otherwise it was great.
Decent casino. Customer service has really taken a hit since the change to Harrah's from Rincon
Not to fond of this place, it's not easy to Win, you will spend a lot.

Not happy paid for 5 people in room they only give 4 passes to pool so had to pay 40 for extra person to get in pool, they charge for wifi that's unbelievable , don't leave your I d because you cant pay with debit without it, they also charge for kids 20 each , so room for 4 dosen't mean you get 4 pool passes .
Clean. Not too smokey. Good action. Craft beer bar just across parking lot.
Perris has a very friendly staff they also have very generous comps and the hotel stays here are flawless

Great experience here, hit the cabana and lazy river all day, our personal server Zara was on point with the service. Then headed in for a great meal at the cantina. The Suite we had was fresh and luxurious. Staff was courteous and professional.
Nice short Lazy River and nice adults pool and poolside bar . Way too smokey, even pillows in no smoking room!! Nice hotel accommodations, except for cleaning issue (big hair everywhere) a nd poor showers inside room and outside at pool. Good weekend lunch/brunch buffet (with king crab legs) for the price.
Rip off slots, so prefer to gamble at Harrah South Tahoe, Reno and Vegas.

Nice sized casino. Not overly Smokey like you typically find in casinos. Hotel rooms are nice and most of them are newer. Friendly staff. The best part of the property is the lazy river and several heated pools, hot tubs and fire pits. Recently opened is the SR76 brewery. They brew some of the tastiest beer. Highly recommend visiting the tasting room.
Harrah's is always my favorite......give me a slot machine, feed me and I am happy.

A hotel that suits the real hoance! It's paradise in deep mountains. I liked the pool very much. In winter, the pool is warm water. I want to go again next time.
Enjoyed the Casino once we got there, but that two lane mountain road going up the mountain without any guard rails was a problem for me.

I took my husband to see Chicago at the Pavilion and it was a wonderful experience. There is not a bad seat in the house. We had "seventh" row seats and got to witness the magic that is Chicago live for our first time. I highly recommend this venue and its atmosphere.
Excellent place for social parties. The lazy river pool is awesome. The rooms are clean and the dealers on the floor are amazing.
The rooms and casino look clean and well kept however the buffet was a huge disappointment. The crab legs were the size of my thumbs, the so called carne asada tacos were just ground beef and the options were very limited.
Check in was a breeze, rooms were well-apportioned, pool staff was helpful, drinks and food were tasty. Lazy river with a beverage of choice is how I spent much of my time. Very relaxing. I enjoyed my stay.
Did the buffet for lunch. As good as any other casino buffet
Rooms are nice. Have 2 queen beds with two tables, rooms are dimly lit, temperature control, remote control for room service and tv (which you have to press really hard to use), bath tub and separate shower, separate toilet. Night we were here, the cash redemption machines malfunction so the lines to redeem your cash was over an hour long.
Had such a great memorial weekend at Harrahs. I was bummed out I didn't know about the reggae concert that was happening at the pool party. Overall buffet was good, experience was good, definitely going back with friends.
Got away for our anniversary. Swimming in adults only pool. Than enjoyed the spa. Did some gambling and dinner. It was a great day for as.

We have an amazing time every time we go. We have made it a tradition. Either concert or pool side. Sometimes both. Great food. Great vibes. Great rooms. Not the best gaming (never win) but overall a great time !!
Hotel had great things to do. Loved the pools. Wasnt huge but has a bit of everything. Better casino of the many in area.

Buffet has a variety of great tasting food. And SmashBurger has very tasty hamburgers and chicken burgers. I was there to see Air Supply. Great Show , sound system and screen's we're loud and clear. Steak house over priced and not that tasty. Multiple Bar's, plenty of restrooms, and plenty of slots.
Temperature checkpoint at main entrance. No valet parking, all spaces are available to park. The pool is open, lazy river is open. Our room was clean and sanitized. Had a nice time visiting, will be back soon to explore more of what they have to offer.
Great rooms, beautiful pool area with a really fun lazy river. Fun for adults and kids. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from.
It was okay. Indoor concert venue all carpeted. Just felt weird like I went to play at a library. Bands were great but this was just okay. The sound was a bit off and the screens to the left and right of the stage had their frame rates off making the performance look slow mo to what was just a few feet to the center
Went for Saturday adult only, no kiddos day. Called Dive Day Club Ultra Pool party. Lots of fun. Most of crowd was pretty young but enough of a mix of ages to keep it real! Drinks- our party of 3 got tumblers for $21. ea. Refills were $11. ea. So 3 drinks each for the day cost 150. with tips. Bring plastic!!!! No real food could be found. To eat at the adjoining restaurant we would have to leave the "party" and there is no readmission allowed. We were told we could not order food from the bar menu on Saturday. You cannot bring in anything even sealed water so I guess you have to live on chips during the day. Another thing. The cover is $20. When we arrived, we were told it was almost sold out and our price was $40. ea. Hummmm. Odd logic I think. But we paid it, as we had made our plans for the day. As for the event... it was a lot of fun. People were pleasant enough, good people watching, water was super! Lazy river fun too. We are making plans to return before the season ends. 4 stars for ripping us on cover charge, over priced drinks, and no food. I suspect those things will not change.
They don't tell the truth about matching players cards. They gave a supposedly matching card however when I went to the VIP LOUNGE. I WAS DECLINED ON A COKE AND TOLD TO GO TO THE BAR TO GET A COKE BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH POINTS AND I WAS NOT. ALLOWED TO BE IN THE VIP LOUNGE UNTIL.I ACUMULATED ENOUGH POINTS. WOW !LOL.. SO I GOT A PIECE OF PLASTIC NOT WORTH ANYTHING. NO BIGGIE I JUST.GAMBLE ELSEWHERE.
Fun Fun Fun...rooms very nice,good food ,many places to chose from to eat,great club rewards. Feels like you're in Vegas without the crazy crowds !And go home with money in pocket,what's not to like!They also have buses from all over if you don't or can't drive!
It was ok. Ordered seafood salad very disappointed 3 shrimp cut in half very little crab meat had it last year and it was full of shrimp and crab over charged for what we got.
There was practically nothing to do in the hotel, the mirror to do my make-up in my room were covered in nasty smears. Everything was over priced, and to top if off I lost my drawing book and when I called them they couldn't find it.They couldn't find a purple drawing book that is an eye soar, so it looks like you shouldn't bring anything valuable to the hotel cause they'll just throw it away.
Had a relaxing time. Pool was great. Slots were fun. Join the rewards card and benefit from points earned. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Power went out at 5am, not back on until almost 7am.
Great Casino. Parking. Food excellent. Personal outstanding. Come 4-5 times a year. Times ride Harrah's bus from Carson.

I love it but need some type of entertainment that does not cost money to enjoy. This is a very relaxing and calm community. I like it. Games play the best (compared to other casino's I've visited lately). Hoping to come back.

Jammie at the pool was great. Well run under social distancing situation. However, I will never visit the Starbucks again as the manager was abusive and unfriendly to the customers and when informed that the hand sanitizer was empty was combative upon being informed
Harrah's is a great place to stay. It has nice rooms and a great pool area.
So much fun! I'm not just saying that either! Definitely one of the few casinos that I actually win at with out breaking the bank! I love the wild game! I won $700 off of their giant machines in the front. And their buffet is to die for!
Lamest Harrah's ever. Put the t.v. on the local channel and watch the guy talk about how bad it was for him to get a loan. They get a loan, build a hotel, then pay people for jobs that doesn't exist.
One of them is the "Funcierge" who is a robot via text.
