Another favorite escape! Fun atmosphere & good restaurants! The rooms are so comfy & nice, and the pool is awesome!

Great pool. Good affordable food. Would come again and I don't even like casinos.

A great place to stay if your looking for a fun pool scene. It is crowded in the summer, so get there early. I wish there were more night time events other than gambling.

Went for the buffet, not as good as valley view, but casino is like being in Vegas.

Nice, old style casino in Funner CA. More older machines alongside newer ones.

Great buffet and good odds. Nice employees. Clean not over packed casino. Highly recommend checking out. One of my favorite casinos to go to.

Lazy river ,mystery card , roulette , smash burger that's a good day

Parking was difficult and there was a lack of signage. Cigarette smoke inside was unfortunate. And concert venue was difficult to find when inside.

I like coming here for a little getaway thats not too far. Sucks alcohol isnt complimentary tho

Great hotel, great pools, no resort fees=No free wifi. But there is free parking.

This is my favorite hangout spot. I've been coming here since 2005. This is a great place to stay and play, have fun and relax.

Very crowded. Lots of loud people. Torn and shoddy chairs in the casino. One of the players club kiosks was not working. One of the parking levels was closed. Not a fan anymore.

Harrahs is a great place to escape from the day to day life in San Diego (or wherever you live). They have a super convenient shuttle service, which is nice to relax on. We spent most of our time at the pool and gambling at the tables. It truly feels like a mini Vegas, and the pool area is well kept and has plenty of room to relax. The lazy river was fun, but I think mainly directed at kids and families.

Big place, feels like a Resort, many types of games.

Suite had ample room, plenty amenities, and friendly service. I am a repeat customer.

Nice place customer service sucks! Web site not updated you can t Mainer through the web site for I formation. We looked at the spa for treatments. Page locked no list of services or prices. Tried that twice gave up on Spa. Treatment! look on web site for free bus schedule it was out dated... tried calling the phone number 3 times got over 6 min hold all three times and then finally reached a person who put me on hold anther 4 min. Returned to the line and that person transferred me to another 5min wait. Never reached a front desk or customer service rep. After 37 min on the phone I gave up!! When we finally arrived we stood in line 23 min. And found. The bus schedule had changed ...but how is a customer to know this if you don t answer phone or post on web site? and the bus pick up changed 8-1-17. My group got left behind. Due to the old schedule... the trip was frustrating and took longer than planned due to harrahs negligence to its customer!! No movie channels or hbo. If you don t gamble you are stuck!! How can you be rated a 4 star hotel with no movie channels? The spa was not reachable. There was no brochure in the room with info how to contact the spa nor any resturant on site in the event you wanted room service or just to see what was located on site! Called operator got put on hold again!! Wanted to rent a cabana at the pool sign said contact attendant but the only attendants we could find were cocktail waitress. It s a nice place but you can t plan ahead or set up group activities. Not worth a 4 start hotel rating. For me. I have been to. Other harrahs and the service is much more accessible! Set up a number for your free bus service up date your web sites and hire phone operators to assist. Guest/ customers!!

Worst buffet and have never won here go to Pauma or valley - view

Casino floor is not very large, but a fun place to play

Hotel had no discounts for rooms and the rates were high went to pallo down the road save close to a hundred bucks

I love this place. More games would always be better and definitely affordable drinks would be better (7 for a can of bud light!?) But I love love the buffett, gambling, scenery, the pool, and other things I haven't tried.

This is a very clean and festive casino. Not all casinos are as inviting. Food options were great here; much better than Pala. I like this one and Pechanga the best. It was nice to get a Starbucks here. Game options are plentiful! Loved "The Walking Dead" and "The Godfather" games; those were winners!

One of the nicer ones in southern California, next best thing to las Vegas.

Very friendly staff but service is not the greatest. House keeping room checking person very rude about about late check out. Knocked on the door louder than necessary.

Harrah's So Cal has nice rooms, great pools, good buffet, plenty of parking and nice weather. Close to other casinos too.

Great complimentary free hotel stays, Great food, excellent staff in customer service. Very clean, safe parking structure controlled by 24 hour security and awesome slot payouts.

Regularly at Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada once or every other month with full comps invitation, air, suite accommodation, show, dinner. Last visited was before leaving, 3787 Polton Place Way, San Jose, California in 2005 or 2006 for Charlotte, North Carolina.

The place is excellent in terms of the casino I do not earn much or it lasts less the same money as other casinos

We met some friends there had a nice Buffet Sat around talking and enjoy dinner then went and played in the Casino until they left. We played longer had fun then called it a night.

They dont do a very good job of telling you where the concerts will be and where to park for the concerts. Otherwise it was a cool venue.

A place for a great time and get away from the city. Rooms are always clean.

Buffet 30.32 with soda no that much flavor on food and you can be on table only 2 hrs what no bueno

I used to love coming to this casino back in the beginning of 2019 but so many things have changed. Security there it's a bit overstepping the privacy of patrons by profiling people who fit a certain category. Besides that con for this casino in southern California, the pro at this casino is at the slots are really loose at times. I won here on multiple occasions and guest services is awesome

Great place for a little getaway! Buffet is always delicious. Has a nice pool and spa area. The lazy River is great for the kids and for those who want to relax. The only problem is that there's too many obnoxious adults that are drinking in the only area designated for those that are 20 and under, so just float by them.

Management was the worst. The guest I came with was invited to an invitation only slot tournament for Saturday, but wanted to arrive Friday night. The hotel insisted that she just pay for Friday night and the fees, and it was assumed the room for Saturday was complimentary. The whole point of her reservation was for Saturday night and they said that someone in the hotel made a mistake, and that their rooms were sold out for the night (Saturday). On top of that, they said that will be keeping the security deposit though no damages or any of the sort was done to any hotel property. This was by far the worst customer service I have even seen out of an establishment. Yes we still got kicked out and lost the security deposit on Saturday.

Never won big at Harrah's but the river raft pool and cabanas are fun.

Beautiful facilities. Clean newer and inviting. The rooms were very nice and the casino floor was rocking. The late night cafe was great as well less then 25 to eat and was full and took leftovers to the room. Saw there is a lazy river type pool. Didnt check it out but we know we will be back

Great concert venue, lots of space in the casino, great food options, and definitely worth the short extra drive.

Always a great time at Harrahs Resort love the way they treat their high rollers. I took my gf there as a surprise I fixed up our suite and made it the time of her life thanks Harrahs

No free WiFi which is a huge bummer. Great amenities otherwise. Cool lazy river and a nice casino.

Nice rooms, excellent pool area, relatively loose slots I suppose (compared to Vegas Strip), generous promos, nice staff. Not the best ventilation system for those sensitive to smoke.
