Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good poker room. Very tight slots. Didn't see anyone winning.

Amazing food at the buffet!! There are so many choices. To Pho Soup, Mexican Food, Sea Food, Pastas, etc... so many choices and awesome desserts

Great time, the pool and lazy river are amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable!

They will comp u a lot to begin with then pull your comps away if u use them because they say u get over comped . No happy medium and it takes a lot to get anything then boom they can take away . Getting cheaper by the day

Service is the worst here. No one wants to help you or you have to wait 30 mins to talk to a manager. Cashier told me to go get a ticket from the atm, I do that and go back and they say they can t honor it because my ID expired on my bday and I had proof of a renewal. Now I have a hold on my credit card for the amount.

I ask for a manager and she says oh she s new.. how is that my problem? I go to the hotel and ask them to help get a manager and she says my manager is busy it will be 30 minutes before she s available

Customer service is horrible here.
I will not be coming back.

Clean hotel and rooms and the service was fantastic. Close proximity to plenty of restaurants and bars and the events center staff is professional and courteous.

Well what I like about Hurrahs is that the machine pay an play alot more.

OMG they close down at 8 pm.
Pool bar. Brewery. Wow. Monday's have never been so boring.

Nice place to visit. Slots aren't very loose. Nice staff. Waitresses aren't very customer service oriented. Maybe one or two per shift. Pleasant place.

From day 1 my reservation was not honored I was given a room that was not up to standard. A Motel 6 room would've been a better accommodation most of the staff I came across as rude with the exception of the cleaning personnel.

The ushers are very courteous and friendly. The entertainers are always top notch. Even if you sit in the bleachers you can see them on the screens. I just hate smoking and I think they should make the whole casino smokefree.

My wife and I absolutely love our visits to Harrah's so when we finally felt safe leaving our 6 month old over night with grandma, the only place on our minds was Harrah's. The main reason we wanted to go was the Lazy River, and since it says on the website that there is "Adult Swim" at the lazy river from 7pm -10pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we we're super excited!

When we got down to the pool, we found the lazy river was closed, not for maintenance, not for cleaning, but just "sorry, it just closed for the night"

I called Harrah's customer service, and while on hold heard 4 messages mentioning the "Adult Swim at the Lazy River", eventually I was transferred to a pool voicemail twice and when I called back a third time I was finally transferred to a manager who told me I was wrong. I took pictures of the website explicitly saying Lazy River, but she insisted it was only the main pool.

I wouldn't mind so much if it was an honest mistake, but telling me I'm wrong is the opposite of good customer service.

the only positive experience was Harrah's AI text assistant, who graciously offered to take $25 off our room charge when I asked about the lazy river being closed. I haven't seen that credit yet, but I'll hold out hope since she was so nice.

I just checked the website and it still says Lazy River for Adult Swim, so I guess my advice would be to not trust their website, or hold music messages, always call first and hope you don't get a rude manager who tells you that you are wrong.

First impressions are everything when it comes to meeting anyone for the first time or an establishment but what ruined the experience for my wife and i laat night as we were checking in is how unaccomadating both the staff and supervisor were when my wife accidently booked a smoking room. The staff and supervisor at the front desk did little to no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue and had to be stained in a room for smokers. As a specialist in hospitality i would have expected more to diffuse and resolve the scenerio by any means but it goes to show that the customer service wasnt there and the issue was never resolved which meant the company of Harrah's do not appreciate the customer's business or experience. Other than that, the food at the pool area was completely over-priced and dis-tasteful at best as i could have gotten a better experience at mcdonalds at half the price and valet is out of service for anyone thinking about going. The room wasnt worth it as with the overall stay. Nuff said.

The service for drinks was Fantastic. I had my drink before I knew it. I didn't never win anymore then $10.00 on a machine. But hey its gambling.

Love to go here. But, think it's crazy they want you to pay 12 something for internet service unless you stay in Hotel.

Hurrah's has always been a great place to visit and take my chances at the slots, entertainment and great food. We always enjoy our visit at their fabulous Hotel. Thank you Hurrah's for having us there.

Everyone was nice, as usual, the room was great and the dinner at Fiore was excellent. Only problem is that they must have mixed up my wife's and my rating, as she got all the freebie benefits and I got the discounted perks... but I suppose mistakes happen.

Decent drive from San Diego but the lazy river is worth it!

Is international food pricey but authentic.

Loved the pools however, you have to order a dinner/lunch entree in order to get a drink poolside. 1 drink = 1 food. Then we decided we wanted to order another drink & we had to order another meal!!! CRAZY. I know that the bars are closed due to Covid-19 but this is just pure greed. They are definitely taking advantage of the guests.

First room in the Dive was very worn down. I phoned the front desk and they found me nicer, cleaner room.

The rooms were very clean, everything you need in a hotel are here.

I like to gamble here more than any other casino. I pass 4 nice casinos on my way to this one. Love the bj tournaments

Got to the Hotel around 2:30 in the Morning, and Card Services were closed, NOT A GOOD SIGN, HAVEN'T BEEN BACK.

Enjoyed the hotel. Check in was easy and the front desk was helpful in pointing out how to get around the resort. The room we were in "dive inn" were very spacious. The bed was too firm for our taste so we did not get the good night rest we were hoping for. The restaurants the cafe and Mexican were very good. The brewery was great with very friendly staff. Disappointed that crab was not served at the buffet for dinner on Sunday, we were really looking forward to that. There where some ups and downs but it was a nice staycation in Funner CA.

Seems like they keep bringing more slot machines that do not pay like they used to. Many of the new machines,will give you a "possible Progressive" but it is not always guaranteed.

Katrina helped us at the pool deck. Very attentive and friendly

Casino and hotel are following safety protocols. All guests were wearing masks. Hand sanitizer in many places and temperature checks before entering resort are being performed.

Use to stay with a gobbler there on th fifth floor susanne grill

Room is very nice. Especially bathroom is very clean.

There is plenty of parking and the rooms are big and clean.

Drinking glass was dirty and could not use my phone in my room

The place has greatly improved since the last time I visited it.

Buffet is terrible. Machine's don't pay. It's not Vegas ....

If you can't make it to Vegas, this is a viable alternative. Consider it Vegas "lite". Great staycation spot. The Corner Balcony Suites are massive. Not a big gambler, so can't attest to the tables or slots. We were a Tuesday - Thursday stay so it wasn't as busy as a weekend. Room was quiet and the blackout drapes work well. Bring a floatie for the Lazy River. FYI - the Starbucks has $0.70 refills on coffee and iced coffee with your receipt. (same day purchase).

I went to the casino, didn't win but still had a good time playing. As usual, the hospitality and atmosphere is friendly, warm and welcoming. This is one of my favorite places to go.

Looks to be very new. Has very clean HUGE gaming floor, I think it's the biggest there is (Vegas doesn't count) Its a pain to get to, but WELL worth the drive!

just wanted to make u aware that Joyce Simi is a con artist and is trying to sue Rincon Casino ,intentionally wore slick soled flip flops on purpose and intentionally walked were cleaning lady was mopping floor, beware of her and her brother Steve Barton as they are (grifters and con -artists).you may use this post to defend your business in their attempt to unfairly gain financial $$$$ .do to their own greedy actions . sincerely kevin p. ryan

This hotel is old and the rooms show it. The plumbing really sucks, and the last two times I stayed here they had no hot water in the rooms. The lazy river and pool is amazing. Also really love the steakhouse. Pala has much better rooms!

Great place to stay, needs a TV Guide for channels, Great front desk and Bar tender housekeeping people are great.

I have heard that harrahs casino recently has a few corona virus cases
and emplyees have been tested positive(cashiers and a few others so far) for covid 19! And so far I dont see any plans in place to shutdown!! Do not go to harrahs casino especially if they care more about making money than keeping everyone safe. I am so scared because my husband works here !

Room is excellently well kept. Service at hotel and restaurants has been amazing!

I went for a ball held by my organization. We were in the main ball room. The venue was very elegant and the food was very good. The cheesecake in particular was amazing. The casino had very many options and was very clean and clearly labeled smoking areas. Overall a very good place.

Foods great, lazy river is great, rooms are clean and good price, gambling not souch. Cant ever seem to go on a lucky run. Never gotten into a good jackpot
