A place I hadn't been to in over 12 years. Back then no luck terrible. Recently not bad been Casino hopping all day thought I would try it out. Not bad needed more time. Good selection of machines. They always change the machines. Same with luck. Win one time, go back try again because you got lucky last time and not as good as the previous time/visit.
Used to love this place. Not so much now. They nickle and dime you on everything! Want a room with s pool view? Extra $40/night. Internet? $12.99/ day for two devices only (we had 4 so had to pay twice a day so we could work). Now you get PAPER coffee cups in the room (makes the coffee taste extra yummy). Late check out? $30, $40, or $50! And the hotel was empty! We're surprised they don't charge to use the pool (which is the ONLY great thing about this hotel). Our room was even dirty. Dust bunnies on everything, trash on the floor. We can't find good food anywhere in this hotel. And without a doubt the TIGHTEST casino around. Everyone we spoke to there had the same experience. Do yourself a favor and stay at Pala. Nice hotel, nice staff and great food, even in the coffee shop.
This place truly is FUNNER. Dog friendly! Such a great time.
It's a nice hotel and a nice casino. We just happened to go when their systems were down and didn't have the best time. No atms were taking vouchers. All the machines started to go down and no vouchers were being given so its was a 30+ minute wait to get someone to help you.
We escaped the heat waves in this resort. You have a variety of restaurants, a clothes store, gift shop, gym, lazy river, pools, hot tubs, pool bar and a full service spa with beauty products for sale.
The spa is so nice. It has a waiting room with snacks and beverages, a salt hot tub room, sweat rooms. If you get a massage, be sure to add the hot stones. It is so relaxing!
The beds are so comfortable. The balconies have a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed our coffee in the lounge chairs every morning at sunrise. There's even a trail right next to the parking lot to go for a nice walk. This is definitely a spot to escape for the weekend whether you gamble or not!

I was approached by a security guard while sitting at a game in the casino. A friend had walked to the bathroom and still had 16 cents in her machine. I cashed it out and he walked up to me asking if I had. I said yes..He asked if I had an ID. I said no because this man was being very rude in his speech. He told me I had to leave the casino then
I asked why
He said I had stolen the casinos money. He got louder and acted like he was going to harm me
There was no reason for his behavior

The casino clean,diamond room had good snacks,all friendly people,ate in buffet.good time and will be back.
We had a great room. Very spacious, the bathroom was very nice. Stand up shower plus a tub. Pool is awesome. Lazy river swim up bars and 4 or 5 hot tubs. A great value.
Quick stop for some video poker. Typical Harrah's odds (not great). Nice casino.

Huge everything! Pools, lazy River, casino.. Only downfall is you have to pay for WiFi. That and the pools close a bit early. Overall a wonderful resort to visit and have a lot of fun!

What a joke of a place!! $300 a night, I expect to be able to rely on room service and the standard accommodation a hotel offers for this price! We ordered room service and was told to wait 45 minutes or less. We waited an hour and half before trying to call back . By this point room service was closed. So we had to call the front desk. All they did was confirm it was closed and basically oh well but sorry . Days later, after several phone calls with the manager oh my staff gave me the wrong day and room number and another day or so later, she finally comes to the conclusion that there was no record of a call placed (this is so offensive). I personally called from the room phone myself and know exactly what I ordered! but of course no record on my part since it s their phone. Anyways, she gave a $50 credit towards one of their restaurants which we won t be using because we won t be coming back to their outrageously priced hotel! After winding down and in our pajamas and in bed waiting for room service , we had to redress and go down stairs to eat. Totally not what I was in the mood for! This place sucks for the price! The only reason I give it an extra star is because Neal, the pool bartender is who made our stay there enjoyable during the day. I sat at the bar and watched him treat every single customer like they were his main priority! That s the way it should be. Sorry harrahs ! But we won t be coming back! Not even if you offered a free room! I spent $650 between the food, drinks and and hotel fee FOR ONE DAY for the two of us! I m annoyed it took several days of conversing back an forth over something for her to come back and basically call us liars with there s no record you ever called in an order . What a way to treat a customer who spent so much at your resort!
Love the casino. Fair choice of slot games. The Buffet needs serious attention as well as Rita's Mexican Catina. Both are over priced and food is extremely mediocre. Your better off eating at their coffee shop.
Hard to get a drink while playing games don't hit and are dirty. Pool close at 8 that's just crazy. Rooms are nice especially the tubs room for two
Very nice room, quick and easy check in with great customer service. Not sure how most casinos are but the place reeked of cigarettes and the crowd was...interesting. nice pool but the swim up bar was disappointing. had fun gambling with plenty of options, overall a fun stay
Went to Harrahs for the Norm McDonald show, which was hilarious. Stayed in a north tower room. Even the standard rooms are very nice, larger than the average basic hotel room, with enough room for 2 guests and lots of luggage to be comfortable for a multiple night stay. Beds are comfortable, good sized TV, plenty of outlets and some USB ports for charging devices. The resort offers plenty of places to eat, and we would recommend any of them, especially Rita's Cantina for their margaritas. The casino has a good variety of games to play, four bars for drinks, and on some nights, a live band playing in the lounge. Definitely one of the funner places to play at. Also worth mentioning is the service from the employees - outstanding! From the valet and bell people to the bartenders and waitresses, dealers and managers, everyone was very friendly and provided excellent service. Harrah's employees are some of the best in the industry. Overall, we would highly recommend Harrah's Resort Southern California. 5 out of 5!
Waited an hour in line for lunch, and big line to wait to pay. Tables were available but they left them empty, waitress was pleasant and good, sandwiches were dry. Someone waited 45 min for a drink while gambling. Slot payouts were not very good. Overall would never go there again. The problems I encountered had nothing to do with the partial power issues they experienced.

Bunch of crooks who take your money by cheating! I went to the cage and they cheated me out of $50 ! How desperate a casino can be to lie right in front of your eyes and take your money illegally ?? The management is even worse ! Do not go to this casino ! Pala and other ones are honest and decent people and they respect your rights as a customer ! These people operate as a GANG !
We were having a wonderful time here at Harrah's until we visited the Earl of Sandwich, we placed an order for two sandwiches and it has taken over 40 minutes to get our sandwiches and we still don't have them. This is totally unacceptable, we will think twice before we come back to order anything from here again. Please do something because you shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich to be made.

Went to a job fair fir dive day club. Had 3 interviews. First was one on one with job recruiter, then group personality interview, then one on one with dive supervisors. Had an excellent time and the property looked fantastic.
I think it s so cool that you can pay just to go to the pool and not have to rent a room which was a very inexpensive way to get out of the heat and into the water when the beaches are crowded. Only sad news is that it s not kid friendly so for you single people you ll love it.
The time we stayed there was awesome, so laid back and relaxing. Can't wait to go back.
Too bad Ragae Sundays are gone until next Summer, but its still fun to go and play a little black jack and roulette w a tall frosty Sculpin.
If you like Chinese food and Kung Pao Chicken...they have some of the best.
The buffet is really good (and I don't like buffets).
The steakhouse is a cool place to have a little more of an upscale dinner, or eat at the bar for a little more of a relaxed atmosphere.
Great hotel! The room was new and clean. I don't gamble, but my friend that I went with does and I was impressed to see their loyalty program!

Bad, don't stay here, I have stay here 5 times didn't make a difference , I arrive., due necessities they downgrade me, then I called the manager on Turn *Nicole* and ask for and explanation, maybe to apologize, she just says they don't have room then , I said I wanted I credit for inconvenience, she said , nothing. I and do, then hang up the phone , not the customer service I expect from Cesars, definitely not satisfied with them, Nikole from Harrah's Southern California, Not got manager for Customer Service, Better got to Viejas New Hotel and Buffet or Sycuan.

Upcharge you on everything, even for wifi and to use their pool. Research before you go or you will end up spending a ton over your budget. Music was also blaring all night long, finally stopped at 2am so I could get some sleep.
I come here to shoot dice at there craps table they have the best game and comp buffet each week and I only play 5 dollars minimum I will always keep going
My friend and I stopped at the Pechanga before going to Harrah's. I can honestly say that I enjoyed Harrah's so much more! Everything from the service to the games that we played was outstanding! I didn't win anything, my friend did though! It was definitely a night to remember! Thank you so much Harrah's, I definitely can't wait to go back!
Jeff Card is the best bartender around. Little on the short side, but makes up for it in effort. Staff is incredible!
It is a beautiful resort and casino rising from the valley floor 20 stories into the night sky, the size of the place actually shocked me. The room was beautiful and the shower was amazing to say the least. The gaming was even awesome I played off of 60$ most the night...
