Harrah's always feels like a giant party has great amenities

Horrible casino and bad service bad food no offer nothing
They are very cheep I don t recommend any person to go there even the slot machine just takes money never bonus.

Arrived on a Friday night and somehow walked in where the signup for rewards cards is. We went to a 30 minute presentation by Alex who knows and explains very well all the ins and outs of the rewards program. It wasn't about buying a timeshare or signing up for a credit card. Really!
Because we went to the presentation we chose to get a complementary buffet ($33 value). Hands down, best buffet I've ever had. Every single thing they make, it is made so EXTRA. Just superb.
My advice is to arrive extremely hungry and take your time.
And if that wasn't enough, this spot proved to be the luckiest of all 3 casinos we went to. My top pick of the 3 in this area.

Plenty. Of room to play slots several choices when it comes to food. The tow are very nice and clean.

We remain in Harrah's hotel if Southern California for two nights, they like the meals, amenities, and they enjoy the series and enjoying slot machines! And they love the kindness and helpfulness of all of the staff and employees of Harrah's hotel!

Wonderful people very helpful professional staff. Great gamers. You'll probably leave with money.

Unless you enjoy loosing your money... Go. A lot of the staff are under trained (The Security staff is a bunch of joke. They don't look like a security officer, act like a mob wearing a white shirt).

Well we had a happy ending after waiting hours for our room no one giving us a courtesy call it was ready. Then requesting a room change to south tower, at first we were not given two beds as requested. Also to be noted the dive tower those rooms need to be looked into. The room given to us mind you a suite, the furniture was chip, the house phone inoperable a liability to the casino should an emergency arise. All connections on my part were checked.

Hotel is clean, and the lazy river is fun. Staff are friendly also.

I was really impressed with this place. Clean and well run. Great pool area and wonderful staff. Just like Vegas except closer.

We didn't stay over night. We just went for the day! Had fun gambling.

Our stay was great gaming food rooms and service. Can't wait to visit again

Worth eating at. Not so much staying. Maybe if you had a concert, event of get together. But other than that rooms are expensive. Its slowly but surely becoming an unfriendly location for kids. Not that it is but with the dive nightclub attracting who it does me as a parent would not want to take my kid here.

Great Hotel & Casino. Staff is amazing, place is top shelf, close your eyes and your on the strip in Vegas.

It's the least fun of all the 5 casinos in the loop.

Excellent place for fun and relaxation. Big pool, lazy river, and poolside bar. Great rooms with tubs so big that even a guy 6'1", 250 lbs like me can fully submerge and soak in. Great host and service. Won a little $ too.

If you like casinos. Not many food choices. No buffet

Clean, sanitizing constantly. Slots weren't too bad.

Saw a show for Halestorm, In this moment, and New Year's Day, was amazing! The venue was great, had standing in the front and seats in the back. Got hungry in between shows so the restaurants right outside were amazing!

I only went for a short visit, but the machines worked great and the bartender was friendly!

It's was fabulous my daughter's my wife and I enjoy it .

It was too smoky, felt areas are too close together, didn't feel elegant or fresh

Pool is fun older gimpies go midweek no piercings stearing in our face. Grandkids have own pool and river run. Go go go. Palm springs here I come

I haven't been to Harrah's for many years. I am glad I came back. I spent several days there staying in the hotel and also eating and some gambling fun. A great place to hang out with friends!

First timer at this Harrah's property and was very impressed by their pools! Staff was excellent, great variation of foods and rooms were very clean and up to date. Slots seemed a little tight (great selection) Definetly did not like that they want to charge for WiFi unless you have Diamond or Seven Stars status. As a casino conasour I totally recommend this place! Looking forward to sun and pool times!

Great theme for New Years... I really enjoyed my visit.

The dealers were extremely helpful in teaching me how to play Texas holdem. Under their guidance I won a few hundred dollars. Buffet was delicious. Servers were nice and kept all the dirty dishes off the table.

I love the ambience, restaurants, gift shops, and hotel. I have addressed the discrepancies in the high-limit room many times to no avail. For example three casinos in the area pay $5,000 jackpot on 5 of the $5 machines in the high-limit room and they only pay a thousand on the Jack Pot

Pool was very nice and glad they have an area separate from kids. Service was mediocre at best. Nothing posted anywhere saying gratuity was included. Tipped the girl cash and then had to pay 20% on top of the bill. Not too happy about that. Rooms are very nice. Buffet also didn't have crab legs on Tuesday so that was a tad disappointing as well.

Funner my. Nobody wins. Food sucks. No more free Wi-Fi. Drinks are high priced. Should call it No-Funner. Star should only be half. Go 8-10 times a year. No more. You are losing customers.

Good casino with tons of slots if that's your thing

The room and service was great! No complaints. The food is pretty good too! The online thing I'll say is that I wish they posted pictures of the bathrooms for each styled room up on their website. The pool area is amazing with a swim up bar and a lazy river!!

Harris is a wonderful Casino Resort property. It's convenient to get to from the 76 Highway and they have nice and clean atmosphere

Giving it a three because it's a dangerous road to take on your way. So I wouldn't want anyone getting hurt. Other then that it's great. It's average. The taco truck is better then the buffet. Games are good. Staff is very friendly.

The rooms are very nice and well appointed with comfortable beds and clean linens. The Casino floor has a great variety of machines and tables to intrigue all. The variety in the restaraunts is good and the dessert bar is a temptation on earth.

Love the place just not some of the employees! Was treated like a 3rd class citizen!

One of my favorite casinos 2nd to Valley View always have a great time at both really loved the rooms at Harrah's

very nice, quiet, and clean resort w/ ample parking linking to hotel and casino entrances. Service is good but selection and choices of food in the Buffet section is limited.

We all enjoyed our stay. We got the suit. And had lots of fun at the casino

Harrahs has alot of amazing employees that created a beautiful birthday for my day. They made it so much brighter and I thank them for their dedication to their guest

Great people, but they charge for drinks while gaming. Rooms are spacious, but the pillows are atrocious.

So far so good, everyone is so nice! They're always asking if you need anything.

great spot. "funner city", mayor david hasselhoff, lazy river, live music, gaming, nice new rooms. only down side is the roads to get there.

Went for the pools for the kids and was a bit disappointed that the all ages area only has a small jacuzzi and lazy river, not an actual pool. Kids still had fun, though. The food and drinks are awesome in the pool area.

This one star or should be no star is for the buffet. Came here on a Monday evening and the food was cold. Had a chicken breast and wasn't cooked all the way. The woman that was cooking the prime rib didn't even cook the meat all the way and had attitude. Completely made me sick. Spent money to eat one plate at a buffet. For my first time was truly dissatisfied. In my book Valley View 10x better. Should of just went somewhere I knew was good. Will not be returning here.

Great rooms horrible slot play. Slots are tighter then Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob.

Average casino. Buffet could use an upgrade. Pool area was nice, but a bit small. Wish they would have virtual black jack and roulette. I'm not a big spender so having those games there for cheap would be great.

Very comfortable, just know if you go to any of the Indian casinos they are tighter than Vegas which it makes it hard to win. Good luck. If u go for the events it's great, just stay away from ciggaret smoke. Yeah kind of hard.

The night was great. Won some money and had a great meal at the buffet.

This is my "happy place" ever since "Neon nights" I haven't had any bad experience!! Lay out pool side and there is also, an adult area with swim up bar. I love Harrahs!! It's a good spot for a staycation!!

When booking a room they don t tell you that they will not clean your room when staying multiple nights but yet want to charge full price. People beware of this place and NOT keeping rooms clean.

Lots of games were down. I didn't collect point that I could see like other casinos.

Great room, nice casino, great bars and the drinks were fairly cheap! Overall great stay!

The air conditioning wasn't great in our room and parts of the casino, also the shower and tub backed up. Other than that the people were really friendly and helpful. The pools and restaurants were great!
