My wife and I absolutely love our visits to Harrah...

My wife and I absolutely love our visits to Harrah's so when we finally felt safe leaving our 6 month old over night with grandma, the only place on our minds was Harrah's. The main reason we wanted to go was the Lazy River, and since it says on the website that there is "Adult Swim" at the lazy river from 7pm -10pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we we're super excited!

When we got down to the pool, we found the lazy river was closed, not for maintenance, not for cleaning, but just "sorry, it just closed for the night"

I called Harrah's customer service, and while on hold heard 4 messages mentioning the "Adult Swim at the Lazy River", eventually I was transferred to a pool voicemail twice and when I called back a third time I was finally transferred to a manager who told me I was wrong. I took pictures of the website explicitly saying Lazy River, but she insisted it was only the main pool.

I wouldn't mind so much if it was an honest mistake, but telling me I'm wrong is the opposite of good customer service.

the only positive experience was Harrah's AI text assistant, who graciously offered to take $25 off our room charge when I asked about the lazy river being closed. I haven't seen that credit yet, but I'll hold out hope since she was so nice.

I just checked the website and it still says Lazy River for Adult Swim, so I guess my advice would be to not trust their website, or hold music messages, always call first and hope you don't get a rude manager who tells you that you are wrong.
