We love Rincon. The pool area and food options are better than Caesars properties in Vegas. Things are starting to get better, in spite of Gavins non sense.

Love to gamble and this place me and my husband love it
Didn't like it at all. I was trying out the different casino's around the area, but this one didnt impress me at all. The worker's had such an terrible attitude. They were very nonchalant. I was very disappointed on how we were treated. Of my whole visit there I meet only one person who worked at the highlimit that was nice and seemed customer friendly. I will most definitely not go back!
Restruants are not open in the middle of the night except for the cafe witch sells only 4 items on the menu.
I was just here for a party, but the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The pools are large with plenty of space to chill, swim, play volleyball or just float around the lazy river. The cabanas are nice, complete with safe, refrigerator, couches and ceiling fan. The rooms are also impressively spacious with large balconies and the usual amenities you would expect from a quality hotel.
Beautifully views from all around. Its worth it coming here to get away to relax and get away from city life for a couple of days.
Had dinner in the cafe and the prime rib was pretty good, vegetables and salad good also.
I go there for drinks and some light gambling with friends. We always have a blast and if we have to stay the night the rooms have always been clean
We love coming to Harrah's, to spend the day relaxing in the lazy river. The rooms are nice, & comfy. Service is great. Unfortunately we visited at the end of the Memorial Day Weekend, the pool was packed. But Tuesday was much better. Our family still loves a day at the pool here.
Rooms are nice. Food options aside from restaurants are good with Pinks hot dogs and the "taco truck" but not available late hours. Table games are good but slots don't seem to pay out much.
Interesting casino outside of vegas. My roommate had good luck here and I did not. I was a little shocked that the minimum hand was as high as $25 when we went for some games. I was expecting $5 minimums.
I love this casino ! It's very comfortable ! They have many a big variety of machines to choose from to play ! They reward their players nicely ! I enjoy their hospitality and they also give great customer srfvice ! And .machines hive hood payouts at times ! Haven't won a jackpot lately ! But I hope I'm due for one soon ! Lol ! Thank you Harriahs Casino ! My favorite casino ! Great food buffet / restaurants ! Even stayed at the Las Vegas resort ! Loved it ! Thank you ! Much appreciated !
Loved the room. Close to pool. I understand no kids menus but it would be nice.
Okay, if this is your first time going here you need to do this....... Go to the customer service desk ask for mr. Tomate he then we'll give you a 30-minute presentation on how to use your players card he isn't going to sell you anything you might be skeptical but he won't believe me he won't. Once you're done with your presentation he will offer you a free buffet or players money. Now if you're smart you will take the buffet!!! I go to all the casinos around and this casino is by far the best.
Lovely place to go in get away, the buffet and musical guess we're amazing.
This place brings that Vegas experience just only less than 2hours away from LA. Rooms are clean and modern. Lazy pool is perfect for the kids and adults. Drinks are really good, especially those hot summer days. I would recommend this place. It would rate it 4.5/5.
Tier matched my Barona player card and had an impressive casino floor with friendly staff. Machine pays seem pretty standard, and guests were happy. Not a ghetto crowd like many other casinos, but not pretentious like that armpit called Viejas. Ill be back soon to Harrah's Socal
That place is horrible people are rude slots very tight just horrible
We Always have Funner Times together at Harrah's!!!
Fun casino. Pool area is really nice. Machines are pretty tight but the property is overall fun times
Great place to relax and enjoy all that harrahs has to offer! Great food. Cool and staff!
Came for a conference and didn't gamble. It was a nice hotel with clean rooms. Free valet was awesome. There were several times that I thought to myself: I wonder if this is their first event here? Here are some examples of what I mean.
The check in process took over an hour. (Yes, lots of people were checking in for the conference but they knew that would happen)
The pool closes at 6pm. For those in conference meetings all day....It doesn't work.
The event rooms had to be reused after breakfast and lunch. That meant our classes couldn't start for almost an hour after the meal which wouldnt be so bad but there wasn't anywhere to go. The event center seemed too small for 500-600 people.
I went up to the top floor to see the view and make a phone call. Ran into security hanging out in soft chairs. Told them about an emergency exit door that was open and they basically ignored me.
Almost every meal was served late and it took a long time for them to bring food to everyone, then you had to eat quick cause they needed to switch the room around.
Overall it was a nice place but the event side of it is totally lacking. Rooms were cleaned every day and staff, other than security, was polite.
Came for Trombone Shorty concert, venue was nice, room clean and nice, restaurants nice, Micro brewery really nice, Smoke filled areas NOT SO NICE, but thats just me. We'll watch for future concerts and be back!
Here with my wife for a couple days. Our room is very nice south tower. Everyone here is fantastic. Pools are great. Will be back often this summer
I was only there as a guest of a guest however for that time, my experience was very good and I am definitely planning to return for an extended stay in the near future!
Great place but some of the areas are a total dead zone for phones and it makes it hard to communicate with other guest in your party cause there's no free wifi either to make the stay more convenient
Casino and hotel room were very clean. Almost every single staff member we walked past greeted us, which I thought was amazing. When asking for directions inside the casino, we were personally walked to our destination and not just pointed in a general direction.
Our server at the pool, Amanda, was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept us feeling comfy while we enjoyed the water.
I loved the Fitness Center!!! It was clean with everything I needed to do my cardio and arm workout.
Only thing that didn't amaze us was the buffet. We love a good buffet! Unfortunately, this spot didn't have the WOW factor for us. But...that's ok, there are other restaurants at Harrah's to enjoy.
We had breakfast at the cafe and this is the best waiter we have waited.
The lazy river is very nice but there is no pool for the kids to just play in, the lazy river is it. The other two pools are adults only. This casino is rundown looking inside, old machines that are tight
We stayed in a nice updated room in the north tower. View of the lazy river and mountains. Very quiet, clean rooms, comfy beds. But, pillows were not supportive. AC only went to 65, not cool enough for us at night. There is no loud window AC set up, so it's nice and quiet. Looking forward to staying again soon!
Harrah's don't even bother or waste your gas time or money gambling is a big fat joke on us who go it's impossible to win anything. Any other at least amuse you not Harrah's they take take take .
I will never stay or go to this hotel. I tried booking a reservation for this hotel which is 90 miles away from me. We would have 2 adults and 2 kids, All they had were king beds available which is fine so I requested 2 rollaways which they immediately stated each rollaway would be $20 a night which again I was okay with. Then when I'm about to pay for the room she tells me that the roll aways are not guaranteed. I expressed my frustration that I'm not going to drive 90miles to find out my kids have to sleep on the floor, asked for her to check with her manager because I refuse to book a room where my kids have to sleep on the floor and she refused. She now lost your company a 1st time customer and potentional returning guest as we prefer staycations sorry Harrahs, one less customer and one more bad review.
LOVE gambling here, always have a great time, their suites are amazing and the pool is always a good time!
Really nice, except the room temperature controls don't work. We had 10 rooms, and everyone complained. Very fancy computer thermostats, but nothing changed when setting them. Front desk gave patronizing explanation. Pity.
Amazing place to spend a birthday!! I turned 35 on Jan 1st. So my family and I went to the Harrahs NYE event to celebrate and ring in the new year, as well as my birthday. I must say.... they went ALL OUT!! The place was decked out like a circus, with free cotton candy, churros, and popcorn. They also had a Bearded Lady, Tall man and strong man and they gave away $100,000 every hour. Not to mention I won $600 on 1 pull of the gigantic Buffalo slot machine. Best Birthday Ever!!!
Stopped in for a first visit to kill some time because of heavy traffic. Wanted to just sit by the pool and relax. But at $75 for my wife son and I to just sit, not swim was outrageous. So we left. More then likely won't be returning.
Friendly staff and clean, well maintained hotel and grounds. Several restuarants, gift shop and casino.
Long distance from other attractions ( need transportation).
A little remote but nice facilities and friendly staff
I HATE the plastic covered mattresses, they're noisy and hot. And I will not be back until you change them.
Nice clean rooms and great views. This place is not just fun. It's Funner.
They every type of machine here with multi denominations. I liked the buffet, so much seafood. They even have a Starbucks if yiu happen to be up all night and need some caffeine.
My mini weekend Get away place. Enjoy the drive from Los Angeles to clear my head and the air.
Went for dinner. Super smokey smelling everywhere inside. Couldn't get away from the smell.
The rooms are very nice and well kept. The bathroom has a separate room for the toilet and both a bathtub and a shower! There are plenty of slots and games on the main floor.
i had great time over here, great comedy shows and atmosphere.
We extended our stay because the casino is in a beautiful area surrounded by hills and a hopping casino on top of it. We thought we were in Vegas. The property is well kept, clean inside and out. Hotel staff is very friendly, lots of food choices besides the obvious entertainment. Two thumbs up!
Harrah's casino is a great place for a weekend get away or just for a day of fun. There are lots of slots to play and places to eat and friendly staff too. I would recommend Harrah's Casino to anyone looking for some fun or just relaxation.
Had a lot of fun great concert and won three hundred
Love it here...the suites r fantastic especially the whirlpool bathtubs...and KJ Chinese Food is by far my favorite chinese restaurant even if it is a tad bit expensive...
You can win here like every casino it's all about your luck .
Lazy river is great for kids and adults. Has adult pool and swim up bar. Also has good food selections.
Great promotions every day for players club users. Feels safe and clean.
It is a hotel with a casino, pool, buffet, restaurants and a spa.
Very good service and usually clean.
The adult pool has salt water. There is a pool with a bar and a lazy river. This area is for guests only.
I like that it feels isolated.
Starting to become worthy of the long drive, thank goodness Harrah's is stepping up its game.
I was Very Surprised how they have opened it up More Very nice
Harrah's So Cal is a great spot to relax and get away for a night. We especially like it since it's less than an hour and a half drive. They have a good selection of restaurants, a great variety of casino games and an amazing lazy river pool & swim up bar.
The rooms are nice it's cozy and the diamond lounge is nice to just chill out
Pretty slow late at night but they still had plenty of tables open.
The only criticism I'd have Is to have adult hours at the pool for the lazy pool and other things. Other than that it was amazing and fun.
