Harrahs Resort & Casino Review

The location is great, the service was amazing and to top it all off the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend I night of fun at Harrah's to all of my friends and family.

The hotel itself is great. Room was Awesome, bed so comfortable, gym is state of the art. However, besides gambling, their is nothing to do. It is very isolated. Good adult getaway I guess, if only gambling is your thing. But for kids? Forget it, they'll be bombarding you with the "I'm bored" comment.

Overall nice a clean environment, a little get away with out getting away

When I went to the restaurant Buffet people were hard to understand and not friendly...bad.for Harrah good cacino ..

Continuation: He(Steve) also threatened to 86 me because I asked of his complete name and he refused. Aren't you supposed to have a badge with your name on it? He is so confrontational,unprofessional and made my wife so sad. We just went upstairs to our room.We will leavefirst thing in the morning. don't think we will come back for a while.So sorry.

Poor customer service from personnel who seemingly didn't want to be there. Ruined our "happy" hour.

Living in San Clemente is about 4 hours to Vegas or Laughlin, I am so glad we found Harrah's Rincon, is only 1 and 1/2 hours drive from us. In the past we visited Pala and Morongo and weren't too happy with it. We've been to Harrah's 3 times and every time it's been great. The people (employees) are so friendly and attentive, the buffet absolutely great with food stations for every taste. The seafood bar, excellent. The gambling is tight, but so it is in Vegas or Laughlin these days, unless you are a big roller. Overall, we love the place and we can hardly wait to have the time to stay for a couple nights.

I liked my stay here, the rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is very nice too but I don't like how they close the pool at 8pm.They close the restaurants early too. Nothing else to do other than gamble in the night.

I accidentally parked in Valet parking. When I went to leave my car battery was dead. Alexis helped me and also tried to jump my vehicle. When that didn't work. I called Roadside service. She stayed with me the whole time, and made sure that I was safe until Roadside service came. Excellent customer service. I give her 5 Stars.

Check out was super easy. I responded to a text from the desk and it was all done! No long lines at the end of our stay.

Great meal with a party of 8 friends. Casual and welcoming. Servers and hostess always made sure we were taken care of

We were there lesser than one hour and won $200. Thank you Harris we had to leave because I needed the money to buy my two granddaughters a new pair of shoes for school which will start next week.

I'm not much of a gambler but I go once in a blue moon the place is beautiful of course with a beautiful hotel and Casino with lots of food choices. They have a smoking and non smoking sections which is great.

Just a wonderful retreat take time out for yourself and your husband there was no one could ever get away for a few days it's wonderful very highly recommended

Nice casino and you can earn points for other Harrah's throughout the country. Buffett is nice and has lots to choose from.

Excellent resort. Obviously the casino is, well, a casino. I have yet to win more than $300 at once but the experience is what counts and the experience is terrific. There are beautiful amenities including a full fitness center, large pool, Lazy river, hot tubs, a spa, and multiple tasty restaurants and coffeeshops. The rooms are large and have all the basic features except for a microwave which is frustrating at times. But that's a casino for you!

Beautiful place. My favorite casino in Southern California by a lot. The pool area is amazing and includes a lazy river. Stuff drinks. Great events. Can't think of much bad to say other than I spend way too much money there.

Nice gaming floor with a very decent non-smoking area. Haven't stayed here so can't comment on the resort amenities but it appears that it would be quite nice.

good stay but they have a low hanging light, that hangs probably around my chest level and i'm 5'9. i stood up from the couch and my head broke the glass and got cut, now they are charging me $500 for the room damage. I think this is totally unfair and unsafe and will be filing as many complaints as possible.

I really like Harrah's the staff and service were wonderful. Especially Vicki at the rewards counter she was really sweet. I've spent some time here previously because my friend has a lot of perks here including rooms and food. I've have nothing but positive things to say about Harrah's as far as the people and the accommodations. Now as far as the entertainment well the night of June 23rd 2018 the live music was not what I would call entertaining and gambling the slots was a painful experience I'll not repeat there again.

My time is your time, that must be Harrah's motto. I've been trying to reach a human being for about 15 minutes, nothing but recorded advertising. Want to drive business away? Keep acting STUPID!

Great time at the slots but tables were ridiculously expensive. Servers and gaming staff are always great.

Great pool area for kids and adults. Very generous comp rewards program. Starbucks on site. Great sports bar with BIG screen to watch sports.. live music.. proximity to hiking areas.

Bob Dylan concert was disappointing for the cost. Poor sound system mostly. Gambling odds are so bad you should just burn your money to stay warm. Don't gamble and spend the money on a 5-star dinner with a good bottle of wine or a new wardrobe.

Just visited a friend's room but I was blown away by how beautiful it was i was a little grossed out by the people smoking inside but overall it was great

First time in this Casino. First impression as I walked in; too smokey! This was at 1:30 PM on a weekday. The place was not all that busy. I could only imagine what it would be like on a weekend when that casino is full of patrons.

Four stars for the latest games and video slots, but the smokey odor was disappointing.

Do NOT go to events here!! Worst experience!! My husband and I got tickets to see Penn and Teller and arrived early and waited in line to enter. Of course there was a huge line which is expected but there was still 200 people in line and they started the show! Why would you start the show when there are so many people still waiting. So my husband and I get to our seats and we've missed about 20 minutes of the show which is frustrating because we were there early! On top of that the house lights kept going on and off which made no sense why except to help people to their seats. At this point we go talk to a manager about the problem and she pretty much told us too bad and was extremely rude.

Our overnight experience at Harrah's Rincon Casino was superb. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are big, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. In addition, the lazy river for kids and adults is perfect for families. I highly recommend the Cafe, due to great prices and quality food. Lastly, Harrah's has a magnificent ventilation system. I did not walk out of the casino smelling like smoke compared to Viejas, Barona, and Sycuan. Best Casino in San Diego County.

WORST CRAPIEST ROOM IN THE WORLD!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. I PAID 400 DOLLARS FOR A WELNESS ROOM AND I DID NOT EVEN GET THAT. I GOT A OLD ROOM WITH DUST, BROKEN CABINETS, AND MILDY ROOMS. IT HAS A NAST SMOKE SMELL IN THE ROOM STAFF IS SO SO RUDE AND I AM JUST UNHAPPY. STAY AT A MARRIOTT OR ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THE WORLD BUT NOT HERE.

Harrah's Southern California is the perfect place for a quick staycation for socal residents without making the trek to las Vegas. The accommodations are clean and great and the lazy river in the kids section of the pool area is always a hit with children. Recommend!

Smash Burger and amazing little deli inside. Great smallish-mid size venue.

Fire pit outside with comfy seats, great for lounging and drinking.

Would be nice to see some $3 black jack tables but still an overall good time when you w walk in.

Best casino in Funner California! Genuine Las Vegas vibe without the long travel to or from.

We had dinner at the restraunt. The food was amazing but the service was horrible. We played the slots for a little while. They have a very large variety of slot machines. Overall a mediocre experience.

Doesn't even hold a candle to my regular spot Viejas went in for a quick few slots never hit a positive number on any roll of the 7 different slot machines I played.

Ate at Rita's it was pretty busy but we got food quickly. It was good.

Great visit. Came to gamble but left with great memories. A shout out to one of the dealers. Best dealer i have had the chance to work with. Name was Paul Fischer. Very knowlegable, funny, great dealer. Paul was the reason we stayed an extra two hours. Highly recommend casino because of him. Retain, and give him s raise. If anything have him teach the other dealers.
