I had fun losing my cash right up until they wouldn't cash my voucher. I was told by the guy at the poker room to ask for the manager at the counter but the guy at the counter told me there was no one else I could talk to. After getting told "why dont people just understand there is nothing we can do for you" the poker room guy called a manager over. They still weren't able to cash my voucher that I only got because their simulcast wouldn't let me bet at 11:30 after I put my $100 bill in even though their website says simulcast til midnight and there is still races going on. Which is fine because another patron gave me cash for it since he was going to be there the next day. The receptionist guy tells me you can't go off the website you have to go by what's here. I reply where is there anything telling me the simulcast is ending early? No answer except him saying now I'm arguing with him. Very poor customer service by everyone but the poker room guy who apologized to me for the other two but the manager has the say. With all the options in this town for casinos I will never choose this one again. Thanks Harrah's for ruining a perfectly good night at the casino.
