From the check in this place has been amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room, decorated nicely in a modern style. The front desk person, Melissa was super friendly and made sure our stay was set up right. She took care of a lot of details, places to eat, shows to see, how we wanted the room to be.

I was pleasantly surprised how great this trip was!

Great location very central. Kind of an older hotel with a minimal room (no overhead lighting, broken hair dryer, smallish, some lumpy pillows, badly patched walls). Bed was comfortable and felt clean, good price

Absolutely the worst. My girlfriend immediately felt like she would be assaulted or raped here, we left the next day and switched hotels - manager lied to us and was a complete dick. refused to give us a refund for the nights we did not stay there because the manager lied when we checked out. Some creep with a flock of seagulls brown haircut in a $50 suit. Stole our money. The $20 sandwich is complete BS, they "upgrade" you if you just ask and the "upgraded" room is garbage anyway. bed was horrible, only 2 pillows on a king bed and they were flat and awful. We did not sleep, room was awful. Shower has no door. Absolutely no water pressure. Bathroom is disgusting. Entire place smells like smoke. No robe. shampoo and soap are in a permanent dispenser in the shower (gross). If you're a drunkard loser degenerate crackhead you'll love it, otherwise spend some extra money and enjoy your stay elsewhere. Again this is the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen, worst staff ever complete A-holes, $20 sandwich is a complete lie probably cooked up by the staff and posted in reviews to make extra $ off of suckers. you couldn't pay me to stay here again. Don't eat the food. Don't stay here. F this place. We're professionals from NYC so maybe our standards are higher than some loser from middle-of-nowhere but if you have half a brain go anywhere else.

We did not stay in a renovated room and I almost wish I would ve paid the extra. Our room in the Madri Gras tower had mold growing on the walls of the bathroom. We stayed one night and didn t notice right away. When I reported the next morning after finding the mold on the shower curtain and bathroom wall, they changed the curtain but the front desk seemed completely annoyed that I was speaking to him. Didn t apologize even after seeing the pictures and didn t offer to move us. He told us he would send someone to the room and then turned away. When we returned the curtain was replaced and the bathroom smelled of bleach. We reported again at checkout and they refunded one day s resort fee. After calling the billing department to verify as I didn t see it on my bill, I was transferred to the front desk manager where I was told that I should ve reported to security if I wanted anything done. I was also told that we were not moved because, we only had one more full day left . He also tried to tell me that it was the caulking in the shower, not mold. I was then transferred to security where the call was disconnected suddenly. After spending as much as we did in their hotel, I m absolutely frustrated that we were treated so poorly. We will not be frequenting any Caesar s Entertaining venues again.

Not what I was expecting for the Las Vegas Strip. The staff was nice and helpful for the most part, but not very helpful when it came time to haul my luggage up to our room. They wouldn't let me use a luggage cart and we're trying to make me go back to my car and pull back to the front of the building just to use a cart. I ended up hauling all of our luggage and my kids things up to the 7th floor myself. Besides that rough start, the hotel is very old and run down. Rusty fixtures in the shower and a fire sprinkler caked in dust. Beds weren't comfortable and floor was dirty when we got checked into our room.we found personal belongings from the previous guest on our nightstand. Harrah's has a good selection of cheap eats downstairs which pretty much earned them a second star. Outside of that, the rooms were dissappointing and I didn't feel like there was a whole lot to do in the hotel itself. I got a good deal on the room rate, but with the $40 a night resort fees and the $10 a day parking fee, I won't be returning to this hotel. Vegas needs to figure out this resort fee issue. It's driving people who look for a bargain away to outer casinos. We will be looking elsewhere for vacations until we don't get nickel and dimed like we do in Vegas now.

Reasonable price for the strip. Unfortunately I would've rather paid more for a nicer room. When I booked the room online it said I would get a 10% discount for being military and to present my ID upon arrival. Once I arrived they wouldn't give me the discount. Then when I tried to pay with my credit card they wouldn't take it because it had my maiden name on it. Now we were annoyed and just arrived. When we got into the room there was hair all over our shower. Then we called the front desk to do a late check out. There was apparently a lack of communication and we were walked in on twice by housekeeping. Then we got a call from the front desk telling us check-out was at 11 am. We informed her we already spoke to a gentleman about a late check out. We then go grab food and when we came back we were locked out of our room. We then had to go to the front desk to get new keys and they told us they were deactivated at noon. Yet after speaking to two people no one told us that. The housekeeper was very sweet.

Bad cell reception and poor wifi. The room service food was worse than mcdonalds and the other restaurants in the hotel were also pretty bad. For a hotel on the strip really no special experience. Location isn't bad (next to venetian) and the room was pretty nice if unexceptional.

Harrah's one of the cheapest hotels you can find on the Strip.
Location was very convenient: next to the Caesar Palace and High Roller. I was lucky that my room located on the 4th floor where are also fitness center and spa. Also, I loved the huge door-window facing the pool and High Roller on the left, a Caeser Palace on the right with a tiny balcony where I could step out in the morning.
Room cleanliness wasn't excellent, but better than in many places.

My ISSUES were:
- Sink in the bathroom was filling up quickly so I had to wait for the water to drain;
- Hotel Staff was hard to find and didn't seem to happy to answer question or help.
- Awfull pool hours 9 am - 6 pm
- Poor fitness center hours 7 am - 7 pm
- Waiting time for the elevator (during my stay 2 out of 6 were out of order, the line was quite big all day long)
- No fridge

Upon check in you get a voucher for a free drink and you can choose $10 room service food voucher instead of housekeeping, but be aware the prices quite upscale and you will have to pay additional $8 service fee plus gratuity (if you wish) and $10 order minimum.

I loved the room but probably would stay again only if they change at least pool hours (especially in the summertime; heard lots of complaints about it from other guests as well).

Loved the hotel and accommodations. Loved the rooms as we were rooming at the hotel suites 32nd floor. Didnt appreciate being hounded as soon as you walked in the hotel with people in suits claiming to give you free stuff only to lead into trying to sell you timeshare. All in all good experience .

Harrahs could not check me in due to an error in the booking, but they still charged us for the night. They did not offer any accommodation when we were present for check-in and basically stole our money.

I am basically going out my way to give a poor review because my family of 3 (husband, 2-year-old, and I) had to sleep in the car and still had to pay them...

My family goes to Vegas a lot and this was our the first time staying at Harrahs. I ve never experienced this kind of service before. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

They have rude employees and the manager was not accommodating.

My husband and I stayed here for a free 2 night stay we received through total rewards. Checking in & out was very easy and the room was clean (we got a free upgrade!). The bed and pillows were super comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience overall. We'd definitely visit this place again.

7/24/2019- Did an early check in for $34. Floor 4 out of 21 floor I requested another room, wasn't available. Okay. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. And and dirt all in front of the tub.

7/26/2019- Finally was able to change rooms to the 10th floor we go. The room smelled HORRIBLE like sweaty sex and mens cologne.

So we just stayed on the 4th floor, the bathroom was never cleaned during our 4 day stay.

Harrah's casino is a staple Vegas venue. Filled with plenty of slots and located in a good spot right on the strip. We usually make a stop through Harrah's to fill up on drinks or get a little gambling done.

You get what you pay for. I checked in on a Friday night for a 3-night stay. Reservations were made in advance. I booked an ordinary room at an ordinary price. I have been coming to Vegas for over 30 years and come an average of 4 to 5 times per year. Most of Vegas rooms today or Suites. So the young lady at the front desk said she was going to give me an upgrade to a new room in a new tower it turns out the tower was not relatively new was a further walk from the casino and the room is like staying in a Motel 6 hotel. It has nothing there is no refrigerator and it doesn't even have little bottles of shampoo or conditioner. The window in the room in Vegas are usually tremendous this is the smallest window ever and you look into a garage parking alley. Most rooms in today's world have a shower and a bath this has a shower in the opening doesn't even have a closing so the water leaks out onto the floor. The bathroom has no Essentials and the room has one little picture it is minut. I am very disappointed and will probably never stay at Harrah's ever again. Vegas has more who to tell rooms that ever so I am sure there are better accommodations for the same price or less. I tried to take additional pictures but the room is too small and I don't have a wide angle lens. I played blackjack in the casino and the Ambiance just wasn't there very slow table service. I then played slot machines before and after black check two different times I pushed the service button which a attendant came to fix my machine not drink service. drink Service never showed up to give me a drink. This is not what I came to Vegas for

Where to even start. The 'old' unrenovated section isn't even worth the $30/night stay. Barely any water pressure, half of the wall outlets don't work, neither do the lights plugged into them. Was in a not-smoking room, but that didn't stop the people below me from lighting up all night and blowing the "smoke" up into my room (it wasnt tobacco they were smoking). Couldn't move because hotel was full. Front staff were friendly, and helpful, but couldn't overcome shortcomings of the room.

Beware they are renovating so in some places it is really loud. We have stayed here many times and it is one of our favorite places to stay. But I am not liking the newly renovated room the shower only has half of a shower door so even though you put the shower mat down there is still water all over the floor when you get out. The AC is not very cold even through we had it turn all away down. Other than that the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

I visited Harrah's last night for drinks and gambling. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The gambling was great even thought I didn't walk away a huge winner, but the atmosphere was awesome and it really gives you the old school Vegas vibes.

Nice rooms with plenty of elevators. Restaurants are plentiful and lots of choices. Parking is ample but getting to the hotel is an atrocity at best. Turn down an alley, drive thru the mall entrance, cross past the parking garage, down another alley, then left into the entrance. Good thing the room was priced right because otherwise I d flame their review for sure

We chose Harrah's for its location on the strip and the updated Valley tower rooms, for a friend's milestone birthday. There were 6 of us on this trip. Two out of the group opted to upgrade to a suite. The suite was lovely.

Before I go into why I didn t like Harrah's, I must say that most of the staff were lovely, wonderful people. They were always willing to assist until certain hotel policies forced them to say, I m sorry but I wish I could help.

The issues we had were with management and their utter lack of customer service.

Here s where our beef begins. There was a bar in the suite, but only paper cups, and no wine opener. Is it not standard in most hotels, to have a wine opener? We called to request one, and were told to go to the gift shop and buy one. We asked to speak to a manager and were told the exact same thing...go buy one because people steal them. It was appalling, who says that to their customers? I have stayed in many hotels, in different places. Wine openers are standard, and if they are not, room service will bring it up to you. We asked the staff if we could have proper wine glasses, and were told they were told that they couldn t provide them.

On our last afternoon, we had purchased food at the Fulton Street market and brought it up to eat. We forgot to grab forks, so we called room service to request them. We were told we could have then if we paid a $8 deposit for each one! By no means, are any of us opposed to putting out money, but it s offensive when it s demanded that we pay a deposit. There is a reason why we are asked for our credit card when you check in.

For this reason, I would never recommend Harrah's to anyone. Stay somewhere where you aren t already being pre-judged that you will be stealing the wine opener, glasses, and cutlery. These are the things that question people s integrity and will make one consider where one will stay in the future. I will never stay at Harrah's again.

Harrahs is a super location on the strip. Convenient to other casinos and restaurants. The valet service is exceptional as is bell service. The gym and the spa provide a great workout and relaxing experience in hot tub & steam room after. However, if you are not a Diamond member, there is an additional charge - which is crazy since a $25/day resort fee is already being charged. I understand paying for services like a facial or massage, but not to sit in a hot tub or take a terrific shower... Carnival tower has nice rooms, however since they took out the fridge, there is no flat service to use besides a small table. The buffet food is good, but pricey at almost $30. The clam chowder and the acorn squash were quite tasty.

You can't even get a bottle of water in this place without being taxed. The bellhop preferred not to take my bag. Room service was very late. All in all very lousy service. Vegas is one of those places where people are going to come regardless; so service has dropped to a very low standard. We need to hold these casinos responsible and start demanding what we want to stay there. Like bottled water in the room when I get there.

There was construction going on inside and out. Our room was okay no refrigerator or coffee maker they preferred you to opt out of daily maid service plus there was a mandatory service fee of $39.68 daily for WiFi, gym passes and spa which we had no intention on using other than the WiFi which according to the website it was included with room. We tried to opt out of but was told it was mandatory plus they charge you $25 a day parking! Very disappointed this was my 5th trip to Las Vegas first and last time at Harrah s very expensive! I will be telling all my family and friends not to book with Harrah s and associates!

Stayed down on the South End of the strip and took a walk north. We spent a little time having drinks and flying slot machines. For not being one of the hot spots it was an enjoyable experience and I would find myself there again. I can't speak to the quality of the rooms. There seems to be a lot of construction happening on the north side of the strip so I think a lot of the older casinos are going to see a Resurgence in popularity.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, many sanitizing stations, free face mask available all over the place. Not a lot of food options tho. No in room dining as a result of covid 19 ( understandable but annoying) security was a little moody but im sure they deal with a lot so not a big deal to me. Easy casino floor to navigate thru and the slot machines paid pretty nicely.

When we first arrived at the check in kiosks a cockroach ran by our feet, first bad sign. Upon check in we were told that our two queen bedroom that we reserved weeks in advance was no longer available and we got down graded to a one bed with a rollaway with only one day resort fee waived as an apology... These are 140 dollar per night rooms, we are staying two night, and we got down graded and only comped $40?
The signage in this hotel is terrible, leaving you wandering around their casino lost. My friend has RA, it is very painful for her to be carrying luggage and walking around the hotel trying to find SOMETHING to point us in the right direction.
The hotel hallways are dirty, the rooms are dated, and they charge guests for parking. They also charge for wifi, how tacky. What's next? Charging per towel to shower?
Literally the worst hotel I've stayed in on the strip and I'm not picky at all. I have stayed at a lot of the older hotels, but you already expect those to be run down.
Very disappointed.

Very reasonable hotel. Had enough Vegas theming to suffice for the price. The rooms had nice touches and our smoke free room smelt very clean. The parking lot, like most hotels on the strip, is garbage and inconvenient. We also did not appreciate there being a parking fee per day on top of the resort fee- pick one. It's rude and obnoxious. Also what's with the see through bathroom door? And why was there no shower door? I was freezing while taking a shower, and the floor was soaked. That was terrible. But the shower head was great. Also get a fridge. It's 2018. The front desk and housekeeping staff the day of check out exceeded our expectations of friendliness. Overall we would stay again and recommend this hotel but it was definitely not a slam dunk.
