Great food. Beautiful location. Server from Italy deliberately does not know the menu but tries to be personable.

Scallops in a bowl of butter that tasted like they were boiled... Horrible margaritas like they were out of the jar. All around awful.

Fast courteous service. Dine inside or by the water. Delicious food. After dining enjoy the Tiki bar by the water with live acoustic guitar music.

Great crab soup! Everything is good! In the summer time back in the late 80's and into the 90's, my family would rent a house off of Caine Stable Rd. and we walk to Harpoon Hanna's to eat. That was the only restaurant we went to! Now, since its too expensive to stay there, I drive from Baltimore on Sundays to go there and get a crab soup, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. (not Harpoon Hanna's fault)

Anyway, its a great place to eat, listen to live music, and just have a great time. Anyone staying in Fenwick Island or North Ocean City, highly recommended from a long time customer and patron!

Ordered a crab cake sandwich with fries. Crab cake was very good but the fries were cold and didn't taste right. As we left , the kitchen door was open and you could see inside the kitchen, They had a basket of fries done sitting in the fryer basket. Maybe if the cooks were not so LAZY and cook the fries to order, they wouldn't suck !!!!!!!!!

One of the best restaurants anywhere!! Food is always excellent. Servers are attentive no matter how busy they are. Well worth the trip and money!

On the more expensive side. Over $100 for 4. Waitress was very sweet and was on top of it. Food was good.

Food, waitstaff, and atmosphere are great. However if you are a party of 2 do not, I repeat DO NOT, tell them you are a party of 2. Lie and tell them a party of 3. They sit all the parties of 3 and 4 before sitting you. I saw this first hand when we had been waiting an hour and a party of 4 showed up 30 min after us and got seated within 10 minutes. I also saw the wait list and with our names at the top and about 20 names below all seated before us. Other than that the food is amazing and I highly recommend the crab dip.

In town for a long weekend with the family so we were looking for a good place to eat and took a chance on this joint. Definitely not disappointed. I braced myself for a long wait because it was Friday night and there were a ton of people already waiting outside, but we were told a 15 minute wait and were seated in less than 10. We got to sit outside right by the pontoon boats, which was great for our 3 year old son, and the sunset view was incredible. Food was simply amazing! The stuffed rockfish was incredible and my wife was super impressed that their crab cake was more crab than breading. The server was super nice and all of our orders came out perfect. Will definitely come back next time we are out this way.

Atmosphere is stimulating Saturday night entertainment DJ was very good on his saxophone appetizer crab balls over priced

This was the first time I have ever been to the restaurant and the Bread lady, our waitress and food were awesome!

Food is ok nothing special but not bad. Service is very good with 7 visits from our waiter for the 2 and a half to 3 hours we were there. Reason for 3 stars is mostly because of the price and wait to get in. This place is more of a tourist trap then anything else... overpriced average food with a packed restaurant

Decent seafood restaurant near Ocean City, MD. Fair price, great service and laid back atmosphere. The All-You-Can-Eat crab legs is a good deal if you are into that. With lack of good restaurants in the area, this is one of the better options hence probably worth visiting.

Great food! When the rolls are fresh they are amazing! I loved the live music in the bar area where having drinks but also having the intimacy in the restaurant area for dinner. It's now our go to place in OC.

Large dining area across several rooms. Food was well made, on the expensive side. Plenty of parking. GPS was mandatory to find the place.

I came to Delaware for a couple of days, and of course I was wondering about good places to have a dinner at. I found Harpoon Hannah's place on Yelp and asked my parents to go there... Before going there, we thought it would be better to reserve the table, because we understood it could be busy there. When my mom called to reserve, the girl on the phone said there is no reservations... How does that possible that there are no reservations in 2020 in a public pretty famous restaurant, especially right now, during Covid-19? Dear administrators, figure out this moment, please, because it would be better for both you, and your visitors.When we got there ,it was about 8pm (the restaurant closes @1am) , so it was not that late, we were shocked of how many people were waiting outside just to come in and sit. We asked hostess about availability of places outside, as we were heard about really beautiful views. Girls on the register were very rude and mean, because when we asked for the table , they were really rude. Then, I asked to sit on the bar and wait until the table outside will be free. They refused us. When my mom asked for us to wait in the car and just call when some tables would be free, they said they don't do this. Why tho??? Good restaurants usually welcome all customers... Our evening was destroyed,and my family was really disappointed about the customer service you have. There was only one thing that saved our evening, other really good restaurant. And I'm happy we found one.In my opinion, Harpoon Hannah's does not worth to stay outside for a couple of hours and wait for a regular evening. I think there are a lot of good places in Ocean City like this , that will welcome all customers. You have enough people that visit your place every day, and I'm pretty sure 90% of them come only to see views, enjoy food and a good customer service. So, why don't you give people all these things???

Ugh. If our waitress was any slower. She'd be in reverse . No alcohol in drinks and waited 45 minutes for 3 appetizers.

Waited 50 minutes for a table. Food was so expensive when you can make it at home for less.. The atmosphere was great, waitress was super nice. But food was okay, alcohol beverages were even just okay.

This place is great! We drove out boat up and docked for an hour. Outdoor seating right on the water, live music, drink specials. The crushes are really good and I think you should get the crab balls.

Great food, great views. Not a quiet place by any means, but the crab cakes were delicious.

We have been coming here for many years. We enjoy afternoons for appetizers, drinks and live music. We love to sit by the dock and enjoy the view. When the sun goes down, we come back for awesome seafood dinner and classic beach restaurant decor. If you are in the area, make sure you stop here.

The food is absolutely amazing, although it took us a while for us to have a server greet us, when the food finally arrived it was amazing, and some of the best on the coast.

Lunch was great my daughter ordered the i think tropical salad ? It wasn't worth it small shrimp maybe out of can? Few orange slice shredded lettuce disappointment But all other lunch orders were good

Love, love, love this place. Can't say enough. The food is fabulous. My daughter gets the seafood alfredo and all the great choice on the menu my favorite is the fish and chips. Best batter dipped I ever tasted. Loved it.

My family and I have been going to Harpoon Hanna's for years. I don't think there is a time we go to Ocean City and not dine there. We absolutely LOVE everything about It. The environment, food (absolutely delicious) and service is always top notch! Whether we sit outside on the deck listening to live music or inside for a more formal dining experience it's always wonderful! We have never had a bad experience at Harpoon Hanna's. Some may think it is on the pricey side but I promise you it is worth it! This is one restaurant I highly suggest to anyone visiting Ocean City!!!

Delicious food, wonderful setting on the water, great service. We ate both lunch and dinner there. The Harpoon Burger was unbelievable!

Really good atmosphere and an overall great experience.

So happy the outdoor seating was open and able to enjoy a gorgeous November evening sunset dinner. The coconut shrimp and salmon were excellent. The servers were all appropriately masked and everyone was safety distanced.

I had the three lobster tails,with vegetables and three glasses of cabernet. Very good, very enjoyable!!

My favorite restaurant at the ocean. Good atmosphere, awesome food, and great staff. The bread basket is a very nice touch.

Sat down at 5:52 pm, left at 6:02 pm, no server or service and it was dead in there, so don't know what the problem was but we won't be back. A server waited on a table 2 tables from us and didn't say a thing. So if you want good service, don't go there.

Service was fantastic. I went in expecting a long wait on a crowded night but we were seated with drinks in the blink of an eye. Appetizers were fantastic, meal was not bad. Great selection of beers and mixed drinks. A little pricey.

Not as good as expected - fish and chips missing something - as if fish came from freezer and not fried in hot enough oil.

Harpoon Hanna's is one of our favorite spots when we are on vacation in Fenwick Island. They have excellent bacon wrapped scallops and the prime rib imperial is a must have! Of course the bread course is unparalleled in the area!

Great Seafood and Prime Rib. Wonderful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Reasonably priced as well

SERVICE WAS NOT GREAT. CRABCAKE WAS WE THINK ASIAN CRAB, IT HAD A FUNNY TASTE.

Service at the bar was slow and unfriendly even on a slow night. They did have a guy playing guitar who was pretty good though.

The food there is amazing there is one time that was disappointing but all of the other times made up for it they were great the bread baskets are to die for definitely try the resturaunt but might want to make reservations there is most of the time a wait

This was our 6th trip to Hannas in 6 years. It has consistently been our favorite restaurant in the area and I'm sure it'll continue to be a family tradition for years to come. Great service, excellent food, very nice atmosphere, reasonably priced and yummy coconut & blueberry muffins.

Horrible. The hostess told us it was a 20-30 minute wait and they don t allow calling ahead. Got there and it was and 1 1/2 hour wait. Don t bother!

Nice setting on the water. Easy parking. Seating indoors and outdoors. Wide variety of menu items. Service was professional level. The muffins are a nice substitute for bread while you wait.

Terrible service and the food was bad. Had a Hanna s hickory burger that I told to cook medium and was over cooked. I m never going here again. Step your game up and hire people who actually know how to wait a table.

O-M-G!!!! This place is the real deal! My family and I come here 2 time or moreevery year during our vacations in OCMD. Everything we've ever ordered has been AMAZING and tasty. I also will drive from Philly to Harpoon's and back if I'm craving good seafod. I highly recommend this place, they never disappoint. If I could give 100 stars I would. I'll be driving the 2.5 hours for a great meal.

The food was great. Awesome seafood, great Burgers, prime rib, and steaks. Service was phenomenal.

Recently purchased a vacation home in Bethany Beach and celebrated with drinks at Harpoon Hannahs. A drink turned into many, thanks to the awesome bar staff, and the live music was a plus! We now come in every time we are down and we cant wait for our first summer here and looking forward the hanging at the Tiki bar!

Very disappointed with my meal. Ordered the combo filet and crab cake. $38.99. I came after 9 o'clock at night so the main restaurant seating area was closed. Had to sit at the bar which was no problem as I was by myself.

Placed my order and the food came out quickly but the whole order was either under cooked or cold.

My side item was a baked potato. It was so cold it would not melt the butter. Sent that back right away and the bartender told me that this late at night they close down most of the kitchen. Meaning they stop warming the potatoes. If this was told to me up front, I would have chosen another side. I asked if they had a microwave and they did not. Asked for a new potato and the attempted to warm it in the oven for a few minutes but we're unsuccessful. Was warm on the outside but still cold in the center.

My steak was ordered medium rare but came out almost raw "still mooing". Most of the time I would rather have my steak a little under cooked than over cooked so I began to eat it. Half way through, I could telling made the wrong choice. Should have sent it back.

My crab cake was cold as well.

I guess if I had to do it all over again I would have sent everything back and ordered a new side item but having only sent the potato back I had started eating my steak and crab cake.

Asked to speak to the manager and although he was very polite, he was unwilling to do anything about the matter afterwords. He even said the next time you come in, and I stopped he saying I'm from NC and would not be back. So now I'm stuck paying full price for a newly that I was very dissatisfied with.

Would I come back? No.
Would I suggest to a friend or someone else? No.

Service was good, had drinks and wings....music was good but a little loud

The food has always been good here and we've never had a problem but we've never ordered carry out before and it was definitely a different experience. We ordered food for 12 people so we spent a good amount of money and the portions were almost 1/2 the size and they still charge the same price. We ordered a few salads and all were overpriced and they forgot to add chicken but we paid for it. Carry out should be the same as dining in and if not, charge less, change the menu, tell people. Don't try to rip people off. We called to address our concerns and get some reimbursement because I gave a very generous tip because I know times are hard and was told carry out is closed so we can't help you. Unacceptable. The response should have been, I am so sorry about all of this, let me take down your information and I'll get you to the manager and we will figure this out. I was very disappointed and we will not be reordering from here.
