The food is a bit on the expensive side but the atmosphere is great. The food is delicious too, especially their buffins

Fast and friendly service and food is always amazing. The one place I look forward to eating at when I come visit ocmd. Best restaurant in all of maryland/Delaware. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I visited Harpoon Hanna's today and have to say it wasnt our usual experience. Had a few drinks at the tiki bar and moved inside to order dinner at the inside bar as usual. After ordering our first drink we were informed by our server that due to the weekend car show only appetizers would be available at the bar but we could add our names to the over and hour wait for in house dining or place an order to go. Oh, and you had to order some kind of food at the bar in order to have drinks..interesting to say the least. So we opted to a drink/appetizer and placed our dinner order online to go. Quickly checked our order before leaving and notice no muffins even after I paid extra for both coconut and blueberry muffins, that are suppose to come with your order anyway. The gentleman at the front desk promptly said let me take care of that and grabbed muffins again that I paid for. After getting back to our place dinner wasnt as we ordered missing both salads, no butter or sour cream for either baked potatoes and fried shrimp was completely burnt. Super disappointed as harpoon Hanna's is definitely a favorite but total miss tonight!

Was little pricey for what we got but the food was good.

Took us about 20minutes to get a server and that was after I asked someone if could have a server. The server that we finally got was very good, his name is Jason.

Food was good, service wasn't too bad, & we we seated quickly with a party of 10. It was great that we were able to see the kangaroo that was there at the time, brought by a local Wildlife Center.

Where middle-aged drinkers come to yell and scream at the TV's at the bar!! In addition, the music is so obnoxiously loud!! The outdoor smoking is disgusting and nauseating, especially around young children!! If it has to be allowed, it shouldn't be anywhere in the vicinity where people are eating!!!! VILE!!!!

Our family's favorite restaurant when spending time at the beach! This trip we had another delicious meal served by a most attentive and friendly waitress, Chloe. Not only was she attentive to our table; she was hustling between her tables and always had a smile on her face. The boom boom shrimp never disappoints! Highly recommend!

Yum! Bacon wrapped scallops, steak topped with crab, and ice cold beer! The tiki bar is a ton of fun and the service is excellent. One of our favorite places!

Love this place. Great dock bar and tables for watching boat traffic.

Lunch was average but it's off season. Went there in the summer and ordered seafood and it was superb. Upbeat atmosphere in a beach town.

Showed up with a party of 11 and was seated quickly. Had a great meal and drinks!!!

Every time we are in Ocean City, Md we have dinner at Harpoon Hanna's & the food is always outstanding & you are given alot to eat.

Had a wonderful meal at Harpoon Hannah's! Crab cakes were the best on the shore! Prime rib was very juicy and tasty. The all you can eat crab legs was as advertised, some places charge for every refill but not here! My grandson was served 3 refills at no extra charge! Our party of 7 was served quickly and all food arrived hot and not one mistake! Dining with a 5 year old can sometimes be a hassle but quick service made it a very pleasant experience! The coconut muffins were extraordinary, I have tried 5 recipes since returning home and none compare. Thank you Harpoon Hannah's for a wonderful memorable meal!

The table was wobbly. A lot of the staff appeared to be hanging out. It seemed very chaotic and there was no supervision. My husband ordered his tuna rare. It was completely overcooked. While we should have told the waiter and had it sent back, we just wanted to get out of there. The muffins were the highlight of our meal.

Extremely disappointing. Since they don t take reservations, expect a wait. This would be fine if it was worth waiting for. The dining area is crowded and the rickety chairs and vinyl tablecloths are reminiscent of a bowling alley or American Legion. The service was quite spotty, very hard to get a server s attention. It took 45 minutes to place our food order. Most of the menu items are fried or broiled in butter, so not much to choose from if you re health conscious. The fresh fish, which was obviously cooked from a frozen filet (their use of the word fresh is quite liberal and not literal) was ok, but not fresh fish that you d hope to have at a beach seafood restaurant.

The worst part is that I have an allergy to pork protein. I mentioned this to the server, and when my salad came out, it had bacon bits all over it. I pointed this out, and he rushed it into the kitchen and came out with what he said was a new salad. However, to my horror, i found tiny pieces of bacon in the new salad. I could have gotten very sick had I not noticed this. The server apologized, and never did anything to rectify the problem.

I would never again waste my time or money at this dive.

Awesome food....the Tiki Bar is fantastic, as well as the views.

It was a football day so the TV was really loud. (Hard to talk to one another.) Food was okay.

GREAT food with both a full restaurant and a tiki bar with a different menu of delicious apps. Seating right on the bay. Must visit!

Phenomenal foods you could tell they were short staffed but they handled it very well would highly recommend

Mediocre food and drinks. Nothing stand out about any of it. Not bad, but don't go expecting to be wowed.

Terribly long wait times for service even when not very busy. More of a stop for convenience off the main route into Fenwick and easy parking.

The setting along the channel, especially at sunset, was beautiful. Unfortunately the outdoor seating area was so loud as to make conversation almost impossible without shouting. Food was okay, but not spectacular and service was spotty. Our waitress was nice, but I had to ask for water 3 times. The pop was flat, and when we pointed out were just brought more flat pop. Not the worst place I've been, but I probably wouldn't go back either.

Loved the view, complimentary pastries, and the fish tacos and steamed shrimp were awesome!

Great service for outside area, bar food and drinks were really good! We really liked the crab pizza!

Excellent food and service! We didn't have to wait for an indoor table in the peak serving time, and we could still see the water. The crabcake platter was delicious!

Best tropical salad ever! Great views of bay bridge! Atmosphere Great! My kids and I go every year! Food excellent and service. Coconut muffins to die for!

We visit this restaurant everytime we are in the area..food has been excellent..last night, however, was very disappointing...the seafood platter..especially the scallops were very bland. We waited about 45 min for outdoor seating..the view is spectacular. Our bill was over $120.00. Very disappointed to say the least.

We placed an order for carry out. They gave us the SMALLEST serving of crab dip, mainly cheese and minimal crab meat. They forgot to give us our sides with the three seafood platters we ordered. The food was luke warm. The scallops were drowned in oily sauce which took away from their flavor. We were disappointed!

It was awesome. Our server ( I didn't catch his name) was also awesome. He was polite, talkative and friendly. He definitely does his job well. We will be back next year.

Harpoon Hanna's is a great seafood restaurant on the bay with fantastic views! It's a little pricey but worth it. They lost a star for their steaks. While I got a great piece of meat, it tasted kinda bland. I'd definitely go back but I wouldn't order another steak.

The outside menu is very limited and the whole experience is over hyped. The quality of the food was just okay, nothing special. I would advise looking elsewhere to eat.

We only went here for happy hour and they didn't disappoint. The drink deals are good and the view was amazing.

Went just for drinks one evening. LOTS of delicious mixed and frozen drinks that were just what we were looking for during our beach visit.
Seating was challenging in the back area along the water and we also had to track down a server after a while of not having anyone come to our table. Once we got one she was great.
I would definitely recommend going there if the great cocktails and view.

Fun, great location, good music. Plastic cups, styrofoam, and plastic straws make it 4 stars at the most. Of all places, a bar on the water should be more sustainable.

Popped in for Happy Hour. The prices were more than reasonable and the beer selection was fine. A few local beers and a house beer, but also plenty of Bud-like beers.
The happy hour food menu looked pretty solid. Fried stuff and savory stuff, all good for enjoying an extra beer. They happened to have music, which I don't think they have every day. It was fine. For me the best kind of music at a bar is the unobtrusive kind, so this was a home run.
The dinner menu looked pretty basic but had all the seafood you would expect from a restaurant on the water. The view was really nice, even through glass in the wintertime. I imagine there's nothing like sitting out on the deck and having a meal or snack on the water. Certainly it's worth a return trip to find out.

Always a good place....sitting by the bay eating clams and scallops and crab with an ice cold beer is pretty much Heaven.....

Solid savory food. Went there twice in one week during the pandemic bc they have online ordering & a well coordinated pickup setup. Crabcakes, filet and prime rib were on point! Sides are the bomb too mac n cheese FANTASTIC. Its places like this that want me to come back next year!

Without a doubt always a good time! I love HH more than Secrets! I know, I know, but I do! So many of my OC stories start at HH!

Waited 30 minutes to be seated, and then an additional hour to actually receive our food, which was mediocre at best. Took an additional half hour to finally get wait staff to bring the check.

Always a good time at Harpoon Hanna's. Great food, drinks and there is always something going on. Oh yeah, you're on the water too, huge bonus. If you're at the beach you have to stop in, it's the law .

Always a clean restaurant. The staff is friendly and always on their feet for a request. Our waitresses name was Kim. She was very attentive. She was funny and we really enjoyed our time there. She made our experience the best! Thank you very much! The buy one get one prime rib was to die for! Melt in your mouth! Thank you!

We came for Sunday brunch. Staff was nice, coconut muffins were so good and omelets were big. We also had a nice view where we sat.

If you REALLY want to impress a first date, celebrate a special occasion or propose marriage THIS is the place to do it! From the bread basket filled with homemade iced raisin bread, corn and blueberry muffins to their super-fresh seafood and flavorful steaks and homemade desserts, the food is heavenly. Service is top shelf. There are beautiful dining rooms inside (some with water views) and outside informal seating with live music. We LOVE this place!

Great restaurant for families or large groups. The food is decent, and the service we had was excellent.
