I am very disappointed by the customer service I received. I live an 1-1/2 away wanted to give a local company my business rather than shopping online. We were going to purchase a Nikon D7500 camera along with 3 expensive lenses including the New Tameron lense ($650). A $2600 purchase! The gentleman working was unwilling to contact a manager who was not in the store at the time. All we wanted was a bag thrown in since we found the same camera online that came with a bunch of items incl. The same camera, a Nikon bag, 64G memory card, tripod, etc for the same price. A cheaper Nikon D3400 at Harolds Photo, came with a bag but they were not willing to throw one in for our $2600 purchase. I called the store today, to speak to a manager, and spoke to the General Manager, David, who was very sarcastic with me telling me they "should just start wheeling and dealing more, to make us happy!" Instead of trying to make the situation better, he made it much worse! I had enough of his sarcastic behavior and hung up on him! Not only did they loose the sale on a camera and 3 lenses, but after speaking to the GM David, they have lost any future business with us if we ever decided we wanted to upgrade our camera or purchase any other lenses! I am very disappointed and will not ever shop at Harolds Photo because of his rude behavior!
