I had a bad experience with this dealership's service department. I brought in my bike and told the service advisor who took care of me to check a couple things for me ( rear brakes, inspect/adjust a couple things, adjust the steering head bearings and do fluids ) and figure out as to why the bike was running lean because I had just changed the spark plugs which they were completely white. In addition, I deliberately told him to check for anything else that the bike may need and I'd take care of it then and there. After the service was done and completed he told me, everything is well and fine , and with that I took off. As i was leaving however I noticed a sound as I was rolling the throttle to move, however did not think much of it since the advisor just told me everything was fine. Well, I took a trip to Sacramento and went to Temecula Harley Davidson to buy a windshield. The first thing I noticed was that my rear brakes were already starting the fade on my way to SacTown. Second, while I was at Temecula HD I passed by a motorcycle shop where their technicians noticed the sound and offered to take a look for free . They quickly found out there were two nuts missing from my rear exhaust and fixed it ;they also noted that this has the potential to ruin my exhaust gaskets considering how hard I was riding without them and that I should have them checked out and replaced. Also it was a major SAFETY ISSUE !!!!! With that information, I was livid on account that I had just taken the bike into the shop and deliberately told the service advisor to make sure everything was ok. After speaking with the sales manager and service manager they only offered to take a look at the bike but after this experience I just did not trust them with my vehicle and if I were you I would not either. Something could have seriously gone wrong, and they should've replaced those parts regardless , on part of their negligence , I would/may have to deal with the future repair costs. Careful who you trust with your bike.
