The staff down at Dallas Harley are awesome, Savannah and Amanda helped me out today and their customer service is always above and beyond what is expected. they made my experience great and if y all were open on sunday i would be back tomorrow. :)
I went there trying to get a bike not knowing if i could and i was happy to be received my terry and his whole crew everyone was nice and did everything they could to get me rideing, it was such a great experience i loved because of them i felt welcome! ***UPDATE*** Although we waited nearly an hour and a half today to simply pick the bike up, (which should have taken 15 mins), I am still going to give 2 more stars. But ONLY because once Jeff found out we had been waiting that long, he personally went and got it and even programmed a 3rd keyfob. It took less than 20 minutes. If he can do it that efficiently, then why can't the rest of the staff be timely? There is a definite break in communication between the departments. Thank you Jeff for your outstanding service today.. ***

Just bought a 2005 soft tail and some accessories from Dallas Hd. My sales rep was Chris an I can not say enough good about the service I received from him and the staff. There were a few issues but they were addresses and a solution found promptly. Go see Chris And get your bike.

A great place to stop, shop and chat and they don't mind you putting your feet up in the lounge and having a cup of coffee. The service guys willingly answer technical questions and the parts department is eager to help. Ask for Aaron in the parts department. He can advise you on what fits your bike best and can help with the DIY questions. Aaron helped me select a seat, LED lights, grips and more to make it "MY" bike. Clothing sales was most helpful selecting a replacement helmet. They ensured the helmet fit my head safely and correctly. Two thumbs up! Dallas Harley-Davidson sponsors numerous events throughout the year and they are all worth attending.

Kat was great, my first time in for service and she was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Had a mechanical failure over the weekend after the bike was serviced (no fault to the service dept.) and she talked me thru some things on the phone today to try and resolve the issue....Kat has earned my business by going above and beyond the normal customer service standards.

Took bike to get nitrogen in the tires. Told was completed, paid and drove off. Rear tire only had 15 LBS. stopped and added air so tire would not be ruined. Total waste of time. Will never go back to service dept.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Lance the sales manger picked me up from the airport, treated me to lunch at Strokers here in Dallas Texas. After lunch he brought me to Dallas Harley where I met Doug who was the best. They sold me a bike then proceeded to find me a hotel, set up Uber on my phone and got the shipping taken care of to get my bike back home. Hands down the best experience.
Kat in service always does a great job helping me out. Kristi in motor clothes always helps me find exactly what I m looking for. Kennedy and Amanda always welcome me in with a smiling face and makes me feel so welcome. Best Harley Davidson by far. Love this place.

Actually I went to chuck e cheese and it was amazing. Cool games. Has a weird flying thing and chuck e cheese is on top of it with weird eyes. Overall good service.

Spencer the service writer always goes above and beyond to help with any question I may have or to recommend service options for my bike. He's always glad to help with any questions on HD accessories that I'm installing myself. I've been doing business with HD Dallas/Garland since 2007 and this team by far is the best they have ever had and Spencer is a big reason why I'm a happy customer!

Ad says everyone approved, on my first call people jumped thru hoops to help me, after running my credit, that I told them wasn't great , I've called and talked to 3 different people that all assured me they would help me trade my bike in (let me add my bike is an 03 but in great shape just wanted something bigger)and get another , no one calls me back. I guess they are really busy and dont need my bike or money.
I went to this dealership to get my state inspection done. After waiting in line for 2 hours at the DMV to register my bike I was informed that the inpector put the wrong VIN number on the form and I had wasted my time .I called the service department to complain and the only response I received was "oh ok" no apology or an offer for a refund. WORST HD dealership I have ever been to. DO not waste your time.
