"She had a very difficult job, taking my 2015 Road Glide in on trade and selling me a 2017 BMW R1200 GS Adventure from 850 miles away. There were a number of emails, calls and text messages that were required to get the sale completed. There were questions that I simply could not get addressed until I arrived to look at the bike in person. Overall, I am very pleased with the transaction."

I have been doing business with Dallas Harley Davidson since 2005. Bought 2 bikes through them and have never had an issue. Just recently purchased a 2015 TriGlide in which my wife and I are taking on a trip next week to Colorado and we are super excited!
My special thanks to George in Sales and Aaron in parts for their help in all aspects. And, of course, another thanks to your folks in financing; I did not get their names. Everyone stayed late (9:00pm) to make sure we were happy with our decision and to get all the details taken care of.

Great as always, Amanda always greets me with a friendly face and a smile. Always puts a smile on my face. Kristi in motorclothes is always so helpful. Jessie and Brent back in service always take care of me. Aaron has helped me for years now and is always so knowledable. Lora is always so helpful too. Wonderful service as always!

I have to say this is one of the best dealerships ...

I have to say this is one of the best dealerships I've been to. I live 5 hours away, but stopped in for a brief moment on a trip. I talked with cam for a few weeks after my visit and had one of the best customer experiences I could ever have. If I buy another bike it will definitely be from Dallas Harley and hopefully can will still be there!! Thank you so much for being so helpful with everything!!

Been a Harley rider for decades. I am a huge fan. However I believe they have finally taken the the irriversable wrong turn. They abandoning their Brand and trying a 180. They are going to "You meet the nicest people on a Harley" And they are Waaay to expensive.

Stopped by Harley Davidson to take a look at the new bikes. We were greeted by Cam who showed us around. She is very knowledgeable about the bikes and we really enjoyed our visit with her. A great customer service experience and we will be back to see Cam and purchase our next bike!

What a great experience!!! First started with John Collins, he wad great through the whole process. Great taking the time to explain everything. And we were lucky enough to experience, the employee of the month gong celebration. Sandi was great, and we sure know why she was crowned employee of the month. Thanks to the whole staff. Our visit was amazing!!!

a. "Brent took care of me just fine. I knew the 20,000 mile service was going to take a while but it all took about 6 hours. The only problem I had with Brent was the slight lack of communication in updating me on the status of the process. Outside of that he was absolutely great and treated me well. He did apologize for it taking so long which I do appreciate!! I do not have a problem having him as my service tech in the future. Cost for repairs was very reasonable and I appreciate it. I used to use Longhorn and they screwed me over!! Thats why I use your dealership. Yall show you care about your customers. "

Worst harley store I've ever been to. The parts manager is a tool and it took so long to get aomeone to help that by the time I found someone to help they acted like it was a put out that I was asking somthing I just gave up and went on my way. Never again

Good time at the HD store I found what I was looking for. It was my 60th birthday yesterday and decided to treat myself to a couple of items. My only regret was they didn't have the decal sticker I wanted, but it was a good experience again

More honest than the dealer in Allen. After being told by HD of Dallas that replacing my riser bushings would cost me $220 these guys alerted me to the fact that my model of bike doesn't even have riser bushings. Not only that, but bushings are a $40 part that takes a good mechanic 30 minutes or less to install.

I have to say that the Team at Dallas Harley Davidson is AMAZING! I met with Chris Nihan and had an awesome visit with him. Chris took the time to get to know me as a person and not just a customer. He made my experience totally enjoyable. His knowledge and patience went above and beyond. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Chris to anyone looking for a new Harley. Everything was explained in detail and was easily understood. I have never felt more welcome as part of a new family. Go see Chris. You won't be disappointed!

Was in Dallas to visit my folks and hit a giant po...

Was in Dallas to visit my folks and hit a giant pot hole on the ramp to central expressway that killed the screen and lights on my 2014 CVO limited. I called DHD. Service mgr. said bring it over ASAP. They got me right into the shop and found a pinched wire causing the problem. Mgr. said they give travelers with problems top priority... and they did. I was back on the road within a few hours and there was no charge for their service even though the problem was on an aftermarket non-HD component. My helmet is off to the DHD service team!

I recently bought a bike at the Garland store and I can t say enough about Chris Nihan he found the exact Harley I wanted within my budget great customer service all around. He took me to meet the employees in all the other departments everyone is awesome I ve actually been back several times to get gear and clothing because everyone is so helpful. If you re looking for a Harley make sure you ask for Chris at the Garland store!

Finding DHD has been a great experience. From the deal to buy the bike, the friendly parts and service staff and especially the entire staff who welcomes you every time you visit. The dealership has many things going to keep you busy and "Included" in the Harley family. Buying my bike at DHD was like gaining a family!!! Keep it up!

"From the time walked in the door I was met with friendly and comfortable conversation. It was like I was talking with an old friend. The guy that I am talking about was new and in training named Marcos and he got Chris Nihan to come and help out and Chris was just as friendly. When it got down to the business side Lance and Josh helped make the paperwork a breeze. I went back a week later and Steve in parts helped to make sure I had the accessories to make me comfortable and relaxed on the bike. It was an all around good experience. "

Stop calling me at night about specials and events, otherwise I would rate you higher. Stop Calling me!!! If you where smart, you would buy a used Harley and stay away from there establishment. They offer plenty of services for sale, but poor follow through. Ive bought from both Dallas Dealerships. Take me off your caller list, all your voicemails are full and no one answers after hours, seconds after getting a call.

Wow, wow, this is the place to go! Cam and Lance are exceptional.

Recommending all my friends, family, and strangers to checkout HD Garland and ask for Cam. This is my second Harley within a year and my experience at this dealership was the best - wonderful customer service and purchasing experience.

I saw my dream bike at a different dealership and been doodling over it for months and the dealership was willing to work with me. While visiting Garland HD, I saw it again! Cam and Lance helped tremendously with the process - they make dreams come true! So, go see them and they will make your dreams come true also.

I had a great experience at this dealership and they way they do business. This is my very first Harley and the whole buying process was overwhelming at times. Marcos help me through the process and it went very smooth. He made me feel like I was important throughout the whole process. This dealership went the extra mile to help me get the Road Glide that I wanted and that's a sign of great customer service and Management.

Attitude is everything, and Marcos's positive attitude went a long way in providing me excellent customer service.

In the past two months I've purchased two very different Harleys. A 2020 Triglide and 2020 Custom Road King. The experience was incredible. Tracy is one of those rare finds. A combination of Brains, Beauty, product know, customer service and just being a real person. She would be the top reason I've bought two new HD. Lance was amazing and was able to broker a fantastic deal with good finance percentages. He was careful and walked us through the whole process. Josh in finance, Jeff in service I cannot say enough good about these guys. And Last but never least, is that beautiful Rockabilly Babe Christal. She was the topping on a very enjoyed cake. Ive purchased 5 Harleys and all from Dallas Harley Davidson in Garland. My loyalty was, is and continues to be earned.

Amanda and Savanah were super nice to me. My first experience in a Harley shop was definitely one to remember, everyone was super helpful. I talked to a few people in sales and they were all knowledgeable. Amanda and Sav are the greatest, their personalities go really well together. All the customers in the store seemed to all be really happy, and now I completely understand why. I will be back.
