Was happy with the service, walk one day in the following day walked out with my brand new bike. People the services people bi was dealing with making my purchase happen was awesome and did there job and answered my question very happy.

Worst service of all the dealerships I visited. Yes, the lady says hello when entering, big deal. I waited 30 minutes at the parts counter and 4 people from the staff walked past me without saying anything. Let them not wonder why we buy online. I left empty-handed and bought elsewhere. I will not visit them any more after their move even closer to home. A real shame on the name of Harley Davidson.

Zero customer service here today. I came in ready to buy a used Dyna I saw on their site. I walked around the store for 15-20 mins, no one said hi to me or came to see me and when I finally found the bike I wanted to see, I couldn t get a salesman s attention despite making eye contact with several of them while standing next to the bike. They were too busy talking to each other or on the phone ignoring their surroundings. Maybe I could have made the effort on my end to approach someone and ask for some service but I don t want to have to chase down a salesman to give them my money, there s plenty of other bikes and plenty of other HD dealerships around QC that have better customer service than this one did today. I should note that the last time I came here a couple years ago, I spoke with a guy named Jim who was actually pretty helpful but at the time they didn t have any bikes I liked and he wasn t there today...

Staff at the service without knowledge. Dishonest people from one end of the shop to the other. I took my bike there for a final injection tuning she left quarter turn I did it in front of the service. She does not leave and they told me that they had to disassemble the engine completely. After telling me they did not touch it. In short, liars and dangerous people. I would not even change my oil ...

Great service, advisors were very helpful and made me save time and money with their new "storage package" , parts department had everything I needed on the spot, the girls in the boutique were happy to show me around and I got a great deal on a jacket, one of the sales representative offered me to tryout my favourite new 2018 model....and to top it off Larry "le frotteux" did a fantastic job at bringing back the shine on my paint! I had an awesome time Thank you Premont HD

Meet at 1:00 p.m., I arrive at 12:30 p.m. ... they enter my bicycle at 1:40 p.m. ... it took 4 1/2 hours for a FRONT tire change and an oil change ... it's long. .this is long ... I went out at 4:30 p.m. ... this is my last time in Laval!

I do my service here and get excellent work. They also have competent sales staff. My salesman was Christian Martin; he is a no nonsense kind of guy, he will steer you right and get you the best deal possible!

DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE..........They are not out for your best interest. I purchased a stock part that had a small inperfection....tried to return it and they flat out refused. No Customer loyalty at all. STAY AWAY

service is simply not up to par for a name like HD, yes the women say hello when you walk in and say goodbye when you leave, big deal .I was in there with my wife for over 35 minutes., not one person(sales staff) asked us if they could help us . if they did i would of bought a used EG ULTRA .Which i did at hawksbury hd . that place super busy but they had the staff. to which i say to laval hd thanks for nothing . My wife and I were the 4th clients in the store so i wouldnt consider that a busy moment , I'm very disappointed. Our buddy was right he warned us about the service .and now I'm warning you.

Big shop big deal theirs no service in their. The staff feels like they never Hurd the word Harley lol Two staff came and saw me and they ask me if they could help me and I was shopping for speakers and both of them could not help me they didnt even try to go in the computer and look it up it was a Thursday morning and all of the rest of the staff where buisy or out for lunch so after browsing for 45minutes she came back and told me that they could call me back lol I told her her that I was an hour and a half drive and already waited 40 minutes for someone to help me. Hope some of the management reads those post to improve customer service satisfaction. Best place to shop is Goulet Harley in Hawkesbury Ontario.

Mechanical side, motorcycle delivered 1 day late, change oil, add cap in chrome and re invoice the oil because it is necessary to remove the oil to lay the cap ,,, motorcycle full of oil when been put back ,,
