Great room, service was great @ front desk. Wait staff was good at the Wedding, though the bartender had to look up alot of drinks on the internet.

Seem to limit elevators from 2 to 1 during the day of a 6 floor building and super slow doors. It's a bit of a process to go up to or come down from your room. Love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower dispenser though!

Right off 90 this hotel is super convenient and the staff is always quite pleasent. The rooms aren't quite as nice as some courtyards, but they are still good rooms. It's close to tons of places to eat.

Staff very friendly. Spacious room but not cleaned as well as I would have expected from a Marriott Courtyard. Some mold on the bathroom ceiling plus a liquid in the trashcan under the bag. Not huge issues but noteworthy.

The food was delicious and the space was perfect for our company Christmas party. Would suggest this place for anyone, especially the garden atrium room.

It has become somewhat old and has poor service. Breakfast is a Starbuck, expensive and the service is non-existent and very slow, because there was only one person to attend. Large but aged rooms.

What a wonderful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities for those with disabilities of all kinds were second to none the amenities for people with mobility issues were fantastic. They feature roll-in showers, they have a lift on both the pool and the whirlpool or the spa they also offer tub and shower benches and bathrooms that are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and a staff person. This hotel also features a piano in the salon downstairs and they offer live music several evenings a week. There is a full banquet facility and the food was very good. They offer a buffet style breakfast in their restaurant. There is also a full bar offering karaoke and a social atmosphere in the evening. They will arrange transportation to several attractions in the area as well as to the mall. This is a reasonably priced facility for all the things that they offer.

My son was going to be driving from Western Mass to Harrogate, TN to attend colllege at Lincoln Memorial. Since he would be driving alone and has not had really any experience driving such a distance he decided to take 3 days to get there with two stops along the way. He made reservations for his first night to stay at Courtyard Marriott Ambassador Conference Center In Erie PA. Unfortunately on his first day traveling which was 8/5/17 he ran in to severe weather in many areas along the way and decided that his safety was top priority so he had to stop many times and wait for the storms to pass. When it became apparent that he would not be able to make it to his destination for his first nights stay he called Courtyard Marriott to inform them and asked if he could get a refund since the conditions to get there were out of his control. The person he spoke with took his cell phone number and said a supervision would have to call him. Well that call never happened so he called again the next day and again told that a supervisor would call him. Again NO PHONE CALL!!!!! So the next day he called and he was connected to a voice mail of a supervisor. He left a message with his cell phone and his request for someone to call him back....well wouldn't you know....he never got a call from anyone. What we did get was my checking account billed for the $289.28 for the one nights stay that he was unable to make it to because quiet frankly he felt his safety was more important then the 48 hours typical notice of cancellations. Since weather is unpredictable I believe there should be some exception to the 48 hour cancellation policy. Even if we were only charged half the fee we would have been satisfied. The one thing that I find the most disturbing is that after several phone calls to discuss his inability to make it there not one person ever made an attempt to return any of his calls. I can assure you that unless this is made good I will never ever again stay at a Courtyard Marriott and I will be sure that none of my very large family and friends also never stay at a Courtyard Marriott. I will also post on facebook how inconsiderate the supervisiors and employees of Courtyard Marriott are for not even making an attempt to contact my son to discuss refund but instead they just felt it was appropriate to just bill us for the neatly $300 for the one night stay that he was unable to make due to severe weather that greatly put him behind schedule to reach his first nights destination in Erie, PA. The reservation was for Saturday August 5th 2017 and should be easy enough for someone to look up the reservation that was booked under the first name of Brandon and charged to the account of Debra. Poor way of doing business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also since my son will be driving back and forth several times for the next two years to come home for breaks and summer I will be sure he stays at the Hilton rather then The Marriott!!!!!! The best customer service is showing interest in your customers. Return their calls and show you care!!!!!

The hotel was remodeled and beautiful. The balcony view was amazing and the staff were very nice to us I hope to go there again.

My stay at the courtyard in Erie was very nice. It was nicely located near plenti of restaurants and shopping to choose from. The rooms have everything you need and we slept comfortably.

Really great hotel! We happened to be there while there was a massive party going on, and our room was still peaceful. Nice pool too!

We attended the mother's day brunch at the Ambassador. This is the second year they had the event and I don't think many people are aware that they do this. Everything was clean and service was outstanding. Lots of food and variety, and the bonus was the dessert bar which included the smores bar which was fun for our kids and my wife.

I've only ever been here for meetings. But it is a very nice place.

This hotel is very nice. The beds are really comfortable and the people that work there are very friendly.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Located right off 90 and on peach street. It has a pool and a bar which is open to 12:30. There is a 24/7 fitness center as well and ample parking.

Staff was very friendly when we arrived. Checked in easily and received keys to our room. When we went into our room it was beautiful! The decor, furniture, beds, bathroom, everything was clean and had a very welcoming feel. All the staff has been friendly, the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Loved it, would recommend to many people! It had very nice hot tub and pool, for all ages, and it was nice and quiet. Was very calm, good place to go if you want to have peace. Very nice-looking hotel! Very expensive-looking for a lower price! One of the best hotels I've ever been to!

Great location right off of highway. Room was clean with plenty of seating. Small balcony through a sliding glass door. Front desk greeted me everyone I walked past.

My family overnights here a lot on our road trips to the inlaws. This exit is awesome for things you might need on a road trip all centered in one block (gas stations, convenience stores, Krispy Kreme, Once upon a Child, Cracker Barrel, Aldis, Bob Evans). This Marriott has impeccable service, cleanliness, and the lobby restaurant area serves dinner till 10pm and cocktails until 8pm. Best pool area, safe parking lot, nice fitness center, and during Covid everyone we encountered in the hotel was good about masking.

Had a work meeting there and it was very nice. There was endless water and the room temperature was very nice!

Stay was better than average. Staff attitude (front desk) had alot to be desired for. Definitely not one of Scott Enterprise's better employees

The hotel is very clean and has all of the amenities to make your stay Pleasant. Location is great! There are many walkable venues from its front door. They also have a great Conference Center attached for those in need of business and meeting space. I recommend this property! It is also located on an exit which is convenient for those traveling on Route 90.

Went for a professional lunch in the Garden Atrium. Nice space; staff was attentive; buffet nothing special but perfectly acceptable.

The Ambassador is such a beautiful room and it presents a very professional environment. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion.

Atmosphere outside! BUTTT...my family and I got bed bugs from sleeping there one night in August! The manager Stacy will not give us a credit for the room!

It is October now and nothing! Stacy is ALWAYS AWAY FROM HER DESK OR IN MEETINGS!!!

Hopefully you will not have this experience!!!! But if you do...watch out the bed bugs are no comparison to the terrible customer service that manager has!!!
