Complete waste of money and time. I ordered 1lb of catfish nuggets, which came with macaroni salad, fries and garlic toast. Usually a pound of fish would feed at least four people, but theirs wasn't even enough for one. You could literally count the fries, they gave one buttered up, soggy piece of bread without a garlic taste, and the macaroni salad came in the same container the hot sauce and tartar sauce did (yes it was that small). The fish looked like over cooked chicken, was stuck together, small, mostly skin and just not what fish should taste like. For the prices you pay the food should have better quality than what it does. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am not HAPPY with it. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE IT'LL BE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Forgot half my order so I had to go down there and the manager got smart and basically said I was lying. The delivery driver ended up bringing back what he forgot.

The pizza is good but the customer service is horrible never will I order again

Good food, inaccurate menu on postmates. Rude worker answered the phone 5 minutes ago and hung up on me when there mistake was made. Disappointed to see the place run like every other place here in Vegas, workers who treat people and customers like garbage. Lady, you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you learn to treat people with respect one day. It's easy to lose faith in good people in a place like Vegas.

Two topping pizza, chicken wings, ribs, fries, and cookies for $30!!! Great deal. Awesome food. Happy family. Did take out, so can't comment on the staff, but we got our food really fast. Ordering again.

Food was not fresh, tasted microwaved. Very dissappointed. Do not recomend at all.

The sitting area had black gunk in the creases. The chicken had blood around the edges and look freezer burnt. The dressing was expired and the manager refused to refund my money and threatened to call the police on me.

Whoever picking up the phone at happys is f#*#*#g up happys MONEY in every way and needs to watch his mouth!!!!!!

This a very nice place to go grab u something to eat anytime , got some of da best rib tips n town & da people he r very kind & nice if u don't understand something they will help u out , at most places when u ask them something they get a real attention but these folks don't they do a good job at cooking your orders

50 dollar order plus five dollar tip just to wait 2 hrs and received burnt and ice cold food...called to bring food down to be replaced..upon me arriving the took the food threw the money at me..have a nice day wow...jerk

Shrimp were obviously re-heated & of course really over priced. And the banana pudding is banana flavored pudding with 2 vanilla wafers....that..is shameful...smh

Dirt bag establishment they never answer the phone they rude n then when u finally get threw they put u on hold

Happys pizza I give it less than one star because it took an hour and half to deliver the food was cold when I called they hung up on me and in case you're wondering I was calm didn't cuss or nothing, the riblets were all fat and they forgot the sauces so for the cost which is on the high side everything should be at least warm I recommend don't go there not worth it

Horrible First time ordered 30 wings with fries for me and family I got like 10 fries in a big box and the brown take out bag was drenched in oil! Didn't even give me ranch 33$ never again

Got lucky's pizza today cause it was next to the job and it was freaking Bomb tons of sauce on the chicken pizza looked and tasted great I wish one was next to me in Henderson

Love the food here, I always get pizza and wings! Never disappointed!

Waited over an hour for a warm pizza. Tipped the driver. I called about it and they dismissed me and didn't make it right. The pizza had hardly any sauce. The service of this establishment was horrible. I don't recommend it what so ever. Go to pizza hut.

Website is a lie

Called to get the 20 wings for $14.99 wing special, was told that the website is basically wrong and not the menu the store has. Wonderful stuff

Bad order a pizza today 11/15/2020 at 10pm. Charged me and everything delivery and nothing was deliver. It is 11/16/2020
1:10 am and nothing was deliver. Bad it's my 2nd. Time 1st. Time they where late with order now no order.

I only get their All Meat pizza, but it's good and if anything I give that specific pizza a 4 star review.

i order from this place everytime really good with food. good delivered.

I got the rib tips and 2 different order of fries which were cajun and lemon pepper. The rib tips were bomb! The fried were not. They are basic fries amd they dont really put enough seasonings on them at all . Also it was quite pricey for the amount of rib tips you get which is only 5. I paid $17.00 plus it took them almost 2 hours to deliver my food . Also did i mention that i only live 1 mile away from the location

I love their food but their delivery service is terrible. I waited over an hour and a half for a chicken salad!!! When I called (twice) I was not offered a discount nor refund I was only told that the delivery driver hadn t arrived yet and then that he just left with the food!!!

I love the food but so disappointed in the customer service. I called to put an order for lunch for my office and was told they didnt have shrimp till Monday...then i was placed on hold....and was asked what i wanted and i stated philly cheese steak then i was placed on hold again.....and was asked agin how can i be help i stated i would like to order a philly cheese steak and was placed on hold yet again for the young lady to tell me they did not have any available. Like really come on....placed on hold over 3 times to be told twice what i wanted to order wasnt available.

I don't live near this place and I order lunch and drove all the way home to find my pizza is not cooked all the way and my kids have eaten one slice already .so I had to cook it in the oven ..smh very disappointed in happy pizza!!

I was amazed by the pizza and their huge menu.

This was the worst pizza orders that I have received in a long time mainly because I usually order from pizza hut but I decided to order from happy pizza rib tips were so tough I had to recook them myself and had to reheat my entire order because it was cold when it got to me

Called in 15 till close and didn't know what time they close. and the guy who answer the phone said I'm not going to make you food bud. So I asked again and he said no. Wow! You want to give them money they don't want it.

Love the rib plate and shrimp but the shrimp sauce need a little work but over all my husband said love the food!

Its my 3rd time and my last time going to this place.. Poor customer service. Food is never cook properly. They cant even cook chilly cheese fries correctly. I seriously think they just put in a mircowave for 2 minutes. Please dont waste your time or money. Youll regret it.

I ordered a pizza and wings via the phone and got the delivery 30 minutes later. Both the delivery person and the guy that took my order were both very friendly.

The pizza was hot and crispy and the wings were delicious. Best of all the price was very reasonable.

Grandson w as noted a small, cashier made a great suggestion for the same price for a medium cheese pizza - grandson was very happy

While the food was okay & I purchased 3 different times, the stress of having to deal with this company isn't worth it. And make note that they have closed down their other location which begs the question why. The owner told me he was here from out East to expand the name. Beware franchisees.

1. First time I ordered they made mistake after mistake. The corned beef wasn't on an onion bun as advertised. The all drumsticks I requested came with wings. The thin crust wasn't thin.

2. When I called the second time, I found out the owner George was now in town from Michigan & had only been here a month. Oh & I had left a message in MI at the head office re: what happened & no one returned my call.

George said he would make my next order right, but didn't give me one thing to compensate me for what had happened. I even suggested he give me a piece of cake on the house & he didn't. Fine, I accepted that.

3. Then the fish I ordered for $10 didn't taste good like after the first time I had tried them, so I called again. I mean that's a lot of money.

This time George gave me a pizza on the house if I ordered $10 worth of other items.

4. On my 3rd time just before I ordered my very last time as I just moved out of the area, I thought they got the order correct, but they forgot to put banana peppers on my pizza which I was charged for. I called up & the guy said he would give me a $3 credit for my trouble. I said on my credit card please (I knew I was moving).

Well it never showed up on my credit card & so I called just a second ago & George ended up being an as*hole.

He tried to play games with me as if I'm stupid & he can pull one over on me.

First he said his credit card machine can't do refunds. LOL, yeh right. Then he wanted me to get there to pick up the $3 all the way from Summerlin even though I told him 3 times I HAVE NO CAR & it takes 20+ minutes by car to get there. And if this idiot thinks I'm going to take a bus just to recoup $3, then he really is an idiot.

Then he tried to up it to $5 as if the $5 would even compensate the $5 bus fare AND around 4 hours of lost time.

I told him if he doesn't know how to do a refund on the machine, to call his bank & they will show him. His next BS was about how he doesn't have my card so he can't give me a refund. I said when I buy you don't have my card either, but you take it over the phone. Here you want it I asked him? He didn't want to take it down.

He said he'll come to me & drop it off. I said do you want to? Sure, fine, I don't care. I even suggested he mail me a check.

When he didn't follow through on either suggestion (his or mine), I asked, "are you refusing to give me my money back? Just say so." I was already on the phone arguing with this p*ick 10 minutes now. I said when you figure out what you want to do, call me back & let me know.

Then about 2 minutes later he parroted what I just said & told ME to call him when I figure out what I want to do after. LOL Yeh try to play mind games with me George, it ain't going to work.

Oh & at some point he said he doesn't have the authorization to do a refund (another lie). I said you are the OWNER, how can you can not have the authorization. He then lied & said I'm NOT the owner, & asked me, "who told you that?"

I finally hung up the phone on him when I realized this cheap bast*ard is a chronic liar, he will do everything in his power not to make good on anything. I'm surprised now he even gave me the free pizza. Probably because it costs him so little to make one & he knew I'd order $20 more of other food which I had. Every time I ordered the bill was around $25-30.

I was told by one of the delivery guys that they are from the Middle East. Not that this should mean anything, other then I know most are liars in that region.

Placed an order at 7:45pm. Got a message saying it wouldn't be delivered for 3 hours due to a power outage. Which is fine. But charged me and never delivered and wouldn't answer phone. Won't order again.

I ordered a small pizza and shrimp over 2 hours ago and of course, after it didn't come, I called to see what the problem was. Turns out that my order was never even put in the system. This is the THIRD. TIME. that this has happened, and like the saying goes, three strikes and you're out. I will never order from Happy's again. The food is good but the service, or lack thereof, is terrible.

Great pizza. Fast service and the prices and deals are very good. Ill order from here any day.

Tried to order, but I guess a 3 mile drive was too far to deliver

My mother and I used to always order from the location on west lake mead for about 40.00 each time 2 to 3 times a week. recently they all of the sudden don't deliver to our address because it's too far... I calmly asked was this a new policy because we've been delivered to frequently they said no and they have never delivered there. I said i can show you on my credit statement and suddenly you hear "Look we're just too busy to go there for less then 60? and a good tip" and they hung up... called back and they hung up again... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE they don't have to worry about coming to my home ever again! Plus the food isn't that great in my opinion

Buffalo wings here are good. The prices aren't high, but definitely not cheap.

Never heard of the place got a flyer in my mail decided to try this place instead of my go to pizza hut. The pizza surprisingly was better than what I thought.The price was very reasonable as well I'll be back for their specials.

It is 12/4/2020 and i wanted to try this place and i order food that cost 50$ and i never received my pizza, it never came, tried to call them and no answer, tried to get my money back that they took for no reason considering i didnt get no food and they said ill recieve a refund and still never got my refund i wasted 50$ straight robbed by this company i dont no how they operate but there needs to be new staffing whos not robbing costumers. Thanks for the bad experience. Zero stars if i could give it
