Ich bin seit Jahren begeisterte Mitglieder und denke immer noch, dass es eine gute Entscheidung war. Tolle Resorts mit sehr freundlichem und kompetentem Personal.
Ärgert dich die Leuchtreklame auf dem Dach wirklich die ganze Nacht? Ich wette, Hapimag wird deswegen keinen einzigen neuen Kunden gewinnen. Energie sparen bedeutet vor allem, unnötigen Verbrauch zu vermeiden.
Die Hapimag Resorts sind - soweit wir sie in den letzten 25 Jahren kennengelernt haben - zu empfehlen. Alles ist funktional und sehr sauber. Hapimag wird für mehrere Jahre empfohlen, jedoch nicht länger. Mit dem Kauf einer "Aktie" (die keine Aktie ist, da sie nicht wie Aktien gehandelt werden kann) zahlen Sie 60 Punkte pro Jahr als Auszahlung aus, die wieder abgeschüttelt werden kann. Vor Ort werden nur die zusätzlichen Kosten bezahlt; Darüber hinaus wird einmal jährlich eine Jahresgebühr fällig (2014: 299,33 EUR). Dies scheint bis vor 10 Jahren nicht viel zu sein (2003: 198,54 EUR). Inzwischen sind sowohl die Jahresgebühr als auch die zusätzlichen Kosten exorbitant gestiegen. Beispiel: 3 Wochen Teneriffa in der 2-Zimmer-Wohnung: 2006: 252,00 EUR; 2014 haben wir für den gleichen Service 618,00 EUR bezahlt. Dafür wurden uns 105 Punkte berechnet. Eine Jahresgebühr kostet 1 Punkt jetzt 5,00 EUR, also kommen 525,00 EUR hinzu. 1140,00 EUR zu zusätzlichen Kosten und Jahresgebühr für eine Wohnung ,. was bereits über die Punkte bezahlt wurde, ist erheblich zu teuer. Für diese enormen zusätzlichen Kosten kann ich auch etwas auf dem freien Markt mieten; Ich muss langfristig kein Kapital in einer "Aktie" binden. Das Hapimag-System wurde im letzten Jahrtausend bis in die ersten Jahre des neuen Jahrtausends empfohlen. In der Zwischenzeit wird es wegen der Kostenexplosionen nicht empfohlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht richtig.

Vor ungefähr 15 Jahren bin ich zu Hapimag gekommen und konnte mit den guten Erfahrungen, die ich gesammelt habe, andere Menschen für Hapimag inspirieren. In den letzten Jahren wurden die Spielregeln für die Aktionäre jedoch sehr oft und kurzfristig zu ihrem Nachteil geändert, so dass ich Hapimag heute jedem aus Überzeugung empfehlen kann. Für die kurzfristige Gewinnmaximierung sind das Management und die VR offensichtlich bereit, die gute Idee zu verraten. Das Mitleid! Für die Gesamtkosten einer Ferienwoche erhalten Sie (www danke) vielerorts eine mindestens gleichwertige Unterkunft mit viel kürzerer Reservierungszeit.
